TORONTO, ONTARIO, Jun 11, 2010 (MARKETWIRE via COMTEX) -- HARTE GOLD CORP. (HRT)(FRANKFURT: H4O) is pleased to announce that it has raised gross proceeds of $1,394,500 pursuant to the final closing of a non-brokered private placement of up to 8,000,000 flow-through common shares priced at $0.125 and 45,000,000 Units priced at $0.10 announced May 27, 2010.

Harte issued 8,000,000 flow-through common shares at $0.125 and, 3,945,000 Units at $0.10 per Unit. Each Unit consists of one common share and one-half common share purchase warrant. Each full warrant is exercisable at $0.15 until the expiry date of December 9, 2011.

Finders fees payable in connection with the final closing consist of a cash payment equal to 8% of cash raised and that number of common share purchase warrants equal to 8% of the Units and flow-through common shares issued in connection with certain of the placements, for a total of $92,840 and 588,400 Finders warrants. 359,600 Finders warrants are exercisable into common shares on payment of $0.10 per common share and 222,800 Finders warrants are exercisable into common shares on payment of $0.125 per common share; expiry date of Finders warrants issued pursuant to the final closing is December 9, 2011. Securities issued under the final closing are subject to a hold period ending October 11, 2010.

Harte raised total gross proceeds of $5,274,200 under the two closings which amount will allow Harte to aggressively pursue the exploration and development of the Sugar Zone Property.

("Harte") (TSX VENTURE:HRT - News; FRANKFURT:H4O - News) is pleased to announce that results from metallurgical testing of Sugar Zone mineralization conducted by SGS Lakefield Research Ltd. ("SGS") indicate a total gold recovery rate of 98% of which 80% is recoverable utilizing gravity concentration methods.

Stephen G. Roman, President commented: "The SGS results are a very important development for this project as the 80% gravity recovery rate and the potential to process ore on site with a simple gravity plant should significantly reduce capital requirements and minimize the environmental footprint of any future mining operations."

Surface Prospecting Confirms New High Grade Gold Showing at Sugar Zone

8:00 AM ET, July 21, 2010

TORONTO, ONTARIO, Jul 21, 2010 (Marketwire via COMTEX) -- HARTE GOLD CORP. ("Harte") (HRT)(FRANKFURT:H4O) is pleased to announce that a high grade sample taken by field prospector Gary Peacock on the Sugar Zone Property in late 2009, "under an overturned tree," which graded 87.8 grams/tonne, has now been corroborated by Harte Gold's VP Exploration, Mr. George Flach, P.Geo. with recent grab sampling from the site which returned 9.85 g/t, 52.8 g/t, 6.84 g/t and 37.3g/t.

Of importance to note is that these samples were taken from metasediments with significant amounts of disseminated sulphides which is a new type of mineralization in addition to the quartz vein hosted Sugar Zone deposit.

Due to the importance of this discovery, Harte is currently in the process of sourcing equipment to clear the area around the showing with a backhoe and will fast track a drill rig onto the site. The backhoe and drill program will confirm whether these samples are a bedrock occurrence.

In addition, some previously completed Induced Polarization (IP) surveys have shown a series of northwest - southeast trending anomalies in the vicinity of these samples which may indicate the presence of sulphides.

Harte Appoints New Directors With Substantial Mining Industry Experience

TORONTO, ONTARIO, Aug. 4, 2010 (Marketwire) -- HARTE GOLD CORP. ("Harte") (TSX VENTURE:HRT)(FRANKFURT:H4O) is pleased to announce the addition of Mr. Derek Rance and Mr. Bernard Kraft to the Board of Directors of Harte.

Mr. Rance, P.Eng. MBA, is Chairman and Senior Associate of Behre Dolbear & Company Ltd., an international mining industry consultancy providing services in the areas of due diligence, feasibility studies, project finance, process optimization, valuations and marketing studies. Previously, Mr. Rance held the position of President and Chief Operating Officer of the Iron Ore Company of Canada ("IOC") and President and Chief Executive Officer of The Cape Breton Development Corporation. Mr. Rance also held the position of Mine Manager at the Dickenson Mine, Red Lake, Ontario, Gold Corp's flagship mine in Red Lake and has served as a Director of a number of public companies including Gold Eagle Mines Ltd. Mr. Rance will be an independent director and a member of the Audit Committee.

Bernard Kraft, C.A., is a retired senior partner of the Toronto accounting firm Kraft Berger LLP, Chartered Accountants and now serves as a consultant to that firm. He is also recognized as a Designated Specialist in Investigative and Forensic Accounting by the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants and is a member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Business Valuators, the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners and the American Society of Appraisers. TORONTO, ONTARIO, Aug 10, 2010 (MARKETWIRE via COMTEX) --HARTE GOLD CORP. ("Harte") (TSX VENTUER: HRT)(FRANKFURT: H4O) ispleased to announce that initial results of the Induced Polarization("IP") survey currently underway at the Sugar Zone Project have beenreceived.

Results show a "strong IP anomaly" as shown in Figure 1 (click herefor Figure 1: http://media3.marketwire.com/docs/harte.pdf)surrounding the high grade Peacock showing recently discovered byHarte geologists (see News Release dated July 21, 2010). Two otherdistinct anomalies have been detected and will be further assessed bytrenching and drilling.

IP surveys are used to detect sulphide mineralization. ("sulphides").It is clear that the gold at this prospect is associated withsulphides.

To date five line kilometres of a minimum of 30 kilometres have beencompleted. Line spacings in the survey are 100 metres apart in anorth-west (strike) direction. The IP survey results have beeninterpreted by Blaine Webster, President of JVX Inc., an independentgeophysical consultant who stated "On Line 14600N of the survey areathere is a strong IP anomaly from 10050E to 10100E. The PeacockShowing is at 10070E. There are also two moderate to strong IPanomalies that flank the sample area".

"The correlation of the IP results with the recently discovered highgrade showing is very positive and merits the expansion of the surveyarea to include additional lines in order to define the extent of theanomalies" said Stephen G. Roman, Harte's President & CEO. "Theanomalies ran the entire 600 metre length of the recently completedsurvey".

On completion of the IP surveys Harte will proceed with a trenchingprogram in preparation for diamond drilling to confirm whether thesesamples are a bedrock occurrence.

The Resource Estimate includes both a re-classification of the previous resource from the Inferred to the Indicated category and the addition of new resources to the inferred category.

The Resource Estimate used a polygonal method, a three (3) gram / tonne cut-off and is based on a 50 metre area of influence around the pierce point of each drill hole for Indicated Resources and a 100 metre area of influence around the pierce point of each drill hole for Inferred Resources. Previous data was updated to include the ten holes drilled in the April - May 2010 diamond drill program.

The updated Resource Calculation was prepared by David S. Hunt P.Geo., of Sharpstone Geoservices Ltd. Mr. Hunt is the author of the original NI 43-101 Technical Report. A new N1 43-101 Technical Report will be posted on Sedar and the Company's web site: www.hartegold.com within 30 days of the date hereof.

The Company also announced that it has retained Nordpro Inc. of Thunder Bay, Ontario and P&E Mining Consultants Inc. of Brampton, Ontario in connection with a Feasibility Study for the Sugar Zone Deposit. Work will include:



- Mine portal location
- Environmental Baseline Study
- Block modelling of the ore body
- Economic evaluation
- Underground layout and mine plan
- Process (gravity) plant design



Together with Feasibility Study related work listed above, the next phase of diamond drilling will focus on expanding the current Sugar Zone resource, moving additional resources into the Measured and Indicated resource categories and exploration drilling at the Peacock Showing and associated anomalies.

Phase two of the Induced Polarization and Magnetometer Survey is currently underway. The stripping and channel sampling program focused on the high grade sample area found in previous field work (see News Releases dated July 21st and August 10th 2010) will begin shortly.

New Gold Discovery on Sugar Zone Property

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Sept. 21, 2010) - HARTE GOLD CORP. ("Harte") (TSX VENTURE:HRT)(FRANKFURT:H4O) is pleased to announce a new disseminated sulphide hosted gold discovery located 1.7 km north-west of the Sugar Zone.

This discovery is highly significant for a number of reasons:

Gold mineralization is hosted in disseminated sulphides
*

Assay results from initial grab samples returned 6.53 g/t and 5.97 g/t
*

Disseminated sulphide hosted gold mineralization is often associated with large gold deposits such as Hemlo, 60 km west of the Sugar Zone property.

The discovery was made by excavating a new IP anomaly. The Phase 2 IP map is attached (to view the map, click here: http://media3.marketwire.com/docs/HRT_map.pdf) and shows significant extensions to the Phase 1 survey area and numerous new anomalies.

Phase 2 IP outlines massive anomaly west of Peacock Showing.

The length and width of the new discovery area will be determined following further clearing, channel sampling and drilling.

The above referenced grab samples were taken from a newlydiscovered IP anomaly. Overburden was cleared with an excavator toexpose fresh bedrock which was sampled by Mr. George A. Flach, P.Geo VPExploration of Harte. This mineralization may not be representative offuture drill results.

The Company plans to excavate many additional IP anomaliesbefore winter, which will then be followed up with diamond drilling.Construction work to upgrade the existing road to the site is nowunderway.

HARTE DRILLING CONFIRMS NEW GOLD DISCOVERY AT SUGAR ZONE PROPERTY

Harte Gold Corp. has confirmed a new gold discovery on its Sugar Zone property located 60 kilometres east of the Hemlo gold camp in Ontario, Canada.

Two shallow angled holes have been completed under the trench 2 zone (now known as the Wolf zone)(see news releases in Stockwatch on Sept. 21, 2010, and Oct. 5, 2010). This discovery area is only a small part of the new zone area that is located 1.7 kilometres north of the Sugar Zone deposit (see news releases in Stockwatch on July 21, 2010, and Aug. 10, 2010).

Hole Number NZ10-02, drilled beneath Trench 2, intersected 9.5 g/t over 7.5 metres from 22 metres to 29.5 metres. Included in the interval are 22.9 g/t over 3.5 metres which includes 111 g/t over 0.5 metres. The mineralization occurred as disseminated sulphides with varying amounts of fine visible gold (VG).

Hole Number NZ10-01, drilled above Hole Number NZ10-02, returned a section between 20 and 23.5 metres of 3.5 metres grading 1.83 g/t, including a section of 3.6 g/t across one (1) metre. Because Hole NZ10-02 returned much higher grades and width than Hole Number NZ10-01, it is believed this may be an early indication that the Wolf Zone is improving with depth. A program of step-out drilling will begin this week.

Harte-Bohrungen bestätigen neuen Goldfund auf der Liegenschaft Sugar Zone

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - November 11, 2010) - HARTE GOLD CORP. („Harte“) (TSX VENTURE: HRT)(FRANKFURT: H4O) ist sehr erfreut bekannt zu geben, dass sich der Goldfund auf seiner Liegenschaft Sugar Zone 60 Kilometer südlich des Goldlagers Hemlo in Ontario (Kanada) bestätigt hat.

In der „Trench 2 Zone“ (mittlerweile als „Wolf Zone“ bezeichnet - siehe Pressemeldungen vom 21. September 2010 und 5. Oktober 2010) wurden zur Bestätigung des Vorkommens zwei erfolgreiche Bohrungen mit flachem Neigungswinkel vorgenommen. Das Fundgebiet entspricht nur einem kleinen Teilbereich der sogenannten New Zone Area, die sich 1,7 Kilometer südlich der Lagerstätte Sugar Zone befindet (siehe Pressemeldungen vom 21. Juli 2010 und vom 10. August 2010).

Bohrloch Nr. NZ10-02 wurde direkt unterhalb von Trench 2 gebohrt; im Rahmen der Bohrung wurde ein Goldvorkommen mit einem Gehalt von 9,5 g/t über 7,5 Meter Länge von Tiefenmeter 22 bis Tiefenmeter 29,5 durchtrennt. In diesem Intervall sind zudem 22,9 g/t in einem Abschnitt von 3,5 Metern enthalten, einschließlich 111 g/t über 0,5 Meter. Die Mineralisierung tritt in verstreuten Sulfiden auf und zeichnet sich durch einen unterschiedlichen Gehalt von sichtbarem Feingold aus (VG).

Bohrloch Nr. NZ10-01, direkt oberhalb von Bohrloch Nr. NZ10-02 gebohrt, durchtrennte einen Abschnitt von 3,5 Metern Länge zwischen Tiefenmeter 20 und 23,5, dessen Goldgehalt 1,83 g/t einschließlich eines weiteren 1-Meter-Abschnitts mit 3,6 g/t betrug. Da Bohrloch NZ10-02 einen wesentlich höheren Goldgehalt als Bohrloch Nr. NZ10-01 lieferte, geht das Unternehmen davon aus, dass es sich hierbei um einen frühzeitigen Hinweis auf einen verbesserten Goldgehalt in größeren Tiefen der Zone handelt. Ein Bohrprogramm mit weiteren Ausläufern wird in dieser Woche beginnen.

Die Wolf Zone wurde mithilfe von „Induzierter Polarisierung“ („IP“) und magnetischen Untersuchungen („Mag“) entdeckt und dann auf Grundlage von Tranchierungen und Bodenproben untersucht (siehe Pressemeldung vom 5. Oktober 2010). Die Untersuchungen und nachfolgenden Bohrprogramme lieferten hervorragende Ergebnisse, die auf eine Hemlo-ähnliche, verstreute Sulfid-Gold-Mineralisierung hindeuten.

Die Untersuchungsergebnisse für vier weitere Bohrungen, die an weiteren IP- und Mag-Bohrzielen in der sogenannten New Zone Area vorgenommen wurden, stehen noch aus.

Infolge dieses bedeutenden Goldfunds in der Wolf Zone hat Harte sein Geophysikteam am Standort versammelt, um die IP-Untersuchungen in alle Himmelsrichtungen auszuweiten. Darüber hinaus hat Harte EDCOR Drilling Services mit der Lieferung eines weiteren Bohrgeräts beauftragt, der vermutlich in der nächsten Woche am Standort eintreffen sollte. Harte werden dann zwei Bohrgeräte zur Verfügung stehen, die zur Erweiterung der Wolf Zone in Streich- und Fallrichtung eingesetzt werden.

„Hartes Untersuchungen des Hemlo-ähnlichen Goldfunds auf der Liegenschaft Sugar Zone haben direkt zu Beginn des Projekts hervorragende Ergebnisse geliefert“, erklärte Stephen G. Die aktuellen Bohrergebnisse entsprechen der Kernlänge des Durchschlags (tatsächliche Breite ist unbekannt). Die Proben wurden bei Activation Laboratories in Thunder Bay in der kanadischen Provinz Ontario auf Grundlage standardmäßiger Dokimastik mit AA- und gravimetrischer Beschichtung untersucht. Aufgrund der unterschiedlichen Mengen von sichtbarem Feingold (VG) in den Kernproben wird Harte für alle zukünftigen Kernproben auf dokimastische Untersuchungen mit Metallbeschichtungen zurückgreifen.

Erklärung zur Qualitätssicherung und Qualitätskontrolle

Diamantkernbohrungen wurden mit einem Bohrkopf der Größe NQ durchgeführt, um größere Mengen Gesteinsproben aus der mineralisierten Zone befördern zu können. Die Kernproben wurden seitens des für Bohrungen zuständigen Zulieferers versiegelt und an Hartes Betriebseinrichtung in White River in die kanadischen Provinz Ontario geschickt. Die mineralisierten Bereiche der Kernproben wurden zu Referenzzwecken fotografiert, protokolliert und in Hälften zersägt. Die Länge der Proben betrug 0,5 Meter. Die halbierten Kernproben wurden dann eingetütet, versiegelt und an das zugelassene Labor von Activation Laboratories in Thunder Bay in die kanadische Provinz Ontario geschickt. Die übrigen Kernproben werden zu Referenzzwecken am Standort selbst aufbewahrt. Die Proben wurden auf Grundlage der Dokimastikmethode mit einem Atomabsorptionsspektrometer bei einer Aufteilung von 50 Gramm untersucht. Ein Qualitätssicherungs- und Qualitätskontrollprogramm (QA/QC) wurde sowohl von Harte als auch in den Labors befolgt, um Genauigkeit und Reproduzierbarkeit der Analysemethode sowie der Ergebnisse selbst gewährleisten zu können. Im Rahmen des Qualitätssicherungs- und Qualitätskontrollprogramms wurden Standard-, Blind- und Feldduplikate in die Proben eingefügt und an das Labor geschickt. Alle Proben, für die die Dokimastikmethode mit gravimetrischer Beschichtung einen Gehalt von über 3 g/t Au lieferte, wurden systematisch erneut überprüft.

Das Bohrprogramm wird unter Aufsicht von George A. Flach, P. Geo, dem Vice President für Exploration von Harte durchgeführt. Flach gilt entsprechend der Begriffsdefinition im National Instrument 43-101 als sachverständige Person (QP) und hat die an dieser Stelle veröffentlichten technischen Informationen überprüft.

The drill holes reported are from an initial series of bore holes drilled to define the orientation of the Wolf Zone and are a follow - up to discovery hole number NZ-10-02, which intersected 9.5 g/t over 7.5 metres from 22 metres to 29.5 metres, including 22.9 g/t over 3.5 metres and 111 g/t over 0.5 metres (see news release November 10, 2010).

Exploratory drilling was completed on 100 metre centres on strike in both directions and continuously intersected the mineralized zone. Assays for an additional 14 holes are pending. To date, 28 holes have been drilled along strike at shallow depth. Holes WZ-10- 04 and WZ -10-05 were stopped short of the zone.

The drill results comprise core intersection lengths (true width unknown) and were assayed at Activation Laboratories in Thunder Bay, Ontario using standard fire assay with AA and gravimetric finish. Harte is also using screen metallics on assays over 3 grams / tonne.

Geophysical Data

Recent analysis of an airborne survey of the entire Property completed by Fugro Airborne Surveys indicates the presence of a significant synform structure. The survey indicates the presence of a classic "fold nose" (fold closure) formation five kilometres northwest of the current Wolf Zone drilling. The axis of the Synform runs south under Lake Dayohessarah. Both the Wolf Zone and the Sugar Zone are situated on the eastern limb of the synform. Harte is looking forward to testing other areas of interest along the eastern limb as well as beginning exploration work on the now apparent western limb.

Exploration Program

This phase of the drill program is now completed. Exploration will re-start after the Christmas break. An IP survey will be completed over the ground between the Sugar Zone and Wolf Zone by mid-January 2011 whereupon the IP crew will move to the "fold nose" to begin working on that area. The next series of holes on the Wolf Zone will be drilled to a vertical depth of 200 and 300 metres across the strike length to further define the down dip extension of the Wolf Zone. Infill drilling on the Sugar Zone Deposit will focus on upgrading and expanding the current indicated and inferred resource and will begin in January.

Staking

Harte has staked an additional 1,057 claim units (16,917 hectares) situated around the periphery of the Sugar Zone Property claim package. The staking was done in order to consolidate Harte's property position and provide a buffer zone around current and potential future operations.

QA / QC Statement

Diamond drill holes were drilled with NQ sized core in order to obtain larger sample volumes of the mineralized zones. The core was sealed and delivered by the drilling contractor to Harte's facilities located in White River, Ontario. The mineralized sections of the cores were photographed for reference, logged and mineralized sections were sawed in half. Sample lengths were 0.5 metres. Half core samples were bagged, sealed and delivered to Activation Laboratories in Thunder Bay, Ontario, an accredited laboratory. The remaining core is stored on site for reference. Samples were assayed by the fire assay method using an atomic absorption finish on a 50 gram pulp split. A quality assurance and quality control program (QA/QC) was implemented by Harte and the laboratory to ensure the precision and reproducibility of the analytical method and results. The QA/QC program includes the insertion of standards, blanks and field duplicates in the sample batches sent to the laboratory and a systematic re-assaying of samples returning values above 3 g/t Au by the fire assay method using a gravimetric finish.

The drill program is being conducted under the supervision of George A. Flach, P. Geo, Vice President of Exploration for Harte. Mr. Flach is the Qualified Person (QP) as defined in National Instrument 43-101 and has reviewed the technical information contained herein.

• Commercial production decision during the course of 2014
