      Shoreham Resources (SMH-TSXV)

      Shoreham is exploring several projects in Guyana and Canada for gold, silver, uranium and base metals. Considerable work already completed demonstrates the upside potential of those projects. The gold projects in Guyana offer near term upside, with work presently underway.

      David Bending, the president, is a geologist who worked in Guyana for many years. David’s local experience (plus getting in early) enabled Shoreham to acquire an extensive property position in the most highly prospective regions of the country.

      Extensive alluvial mining on the projects held by Shoreham d. emonstrates the presence of gold in the surface layers. Historic work on those projects, combined with work by Shoreham, demonstrates the presence of gold mineralization in the underlying bedrock.The company is now conducting exploration programs in anticipation of drilling, which will get underway shortly. That work includes systematic surface sampling, geophysics and compilation of historic data.

      On the Sardine Hill project, drill pad construction is underway in anticipation of drilling in the new year. Geophysical results point to targets below areas with gold values in surface samples.

      The Otomung project is contiguous with the northwest portion of Sandspring’s Toroparu project. That company has outlined more than 6 million ounces of gold. The Shoreham property covers 23 kilometers of the Puruni River structural break in an area having prospective geology. That same structure hosts the gold on the Sandspring property.

      The Aunama properties cover 145 square kilometers of known gold mineralized, in host environments prospective for large deposits. Surface sampling last summer turned up encouraging results. Further sampling is now underway to extend the areas of interest. An airborne geophysical survey is also underway.

      The Arawini project covers 241 square kilometers and is 20 km northwest of the Aurora property on which Guyana Goldfields has identified 4.6 million ounces of gold. In addition to alluvial mining, work by previous operators has identified several areas of gold mineralization in the bedrock. Surface work is underway to define drill targets.

      The Whana/Five Star projects cover four major gold targets which are also being prepared for drilling. Geological mapping and sampling, trenching and systematic deep auger sampling is underway.

      The funding for some of the Shoreham properties is being provided by a private company that is earning an interest in those projects. That company, managed by a knowledgeable geological team, is investing in shares of Shoreham as well as directly in the properties. GMV Minerals (GMV-TSXV) is also funding work on some of the Shoreham properties.
      Another private company is set to begin small-scale gold production on Shoreham properties. An alluvial mining operation (that is, recovering gold from the gravels and weathered rock at surface) is projected to produce about 25,000 ounces of gold per year. Shoreham is to receive a 10% royalty from the operation.
      Work on the projects in Ontario has been put on hold in order to focus on the Guyana projects. The company had earlier planned to split the company into two pieces, but that has been deferred. The company is presently completing a C$1 million financing at C$0.20 a unit to continue its exploration program.

      In summary: Shoreham has an extensive portfolio of gold projects in Guyana, each of which has potential to add enormous value. Enough work has been done on each of those projects to demonstrate that they have large-scale exploration potential. Management has chosen to focus on advancing the projects and has neglected investor communications. The property situation, being extensive and complex, makes it very difficult for investors to understand the potential of the projects.

      Having seen some of the projects first-hand and reviewed the geology with the senior geological team on site, I can appreciate the geological potential. As the company is able to report further results, it should become clear to investors that Shoreham has some of the best gold prospects in the country. With drilling about to get underway, and with growing interest in Guyana, this company will gain a great deal of investor interest in the coming weeks, which should translate into a rising share price. Positive results from the drilling would have a big impact on the valuation.

      Shoreham Commences Drilling Program at Sardine Hill, Guyana
      Dec. 16, 2010 (TheNewswire.ca) --

      LANGLEY, CANADA, December 16, 2010 - Shoreham Resources (TSXV:SMH) Ltd. ("Shoreham" - TSX-V: SMH) is pleased to announce that a diamond drilling program has commenced on the Mariwa River gold target at the Sardine Hill Property in Guyana, South America. A minimum of 3,000 metres of HQ and/or NQ drilling is planned to depths of approximately 100 to 200 metres to test the saprolite and shallow bedrock mineralized zones in the northwest sector of the property. Shoreham also plans to drill test other targets at Sardine Hill defined by previous geophysical and geochemical surveys, in conjunction with geophysical work in progress.

      An airborne magnetic, VLF and radiometric survey, with 100-meter spaced lines, has been completed at Sardine Hill. This survey was performed by Terraquest Ltd. and will support mapping of bedrock structure and alteration, and provide a digital terrain model for ongoing data integration. Other recent activity has included camp construction, road and drill pad improvements and detailed geological work to optimize the drill program.

      The Sardine Hill Property, which totals 10,427 acres, is located approximately 90 kilometres from Georgetown, the capital of Guyana, and 70 kilometres from Cheddi Jagan International Airport. It is accessible by 4-wheel drive trails from two landings on the Cuyuni River. The proximity of Sardine Hill to the infrastructure of the nearby town of Bartica and the navigable waters of the Essequibo and Cuyuni Rivers allows for cost effective evaluation and development work.

      Shoreham has the right to earn a 100% interest in Sardine Hill, and pursuant to an option and joint venture agreement Mulgravian Ventures Corporation can earn a 51% interest in this property. Shoreham is the operator of the Sardine Hill work programs.

      The technical work disclosed in this document has been planned and supervised by the President and CEO of Shoreham, Mr. David Bending, M.Sc., P. Geo (BC), a Qualified Person according to the standards of National Instrument 43-101, and he has reviewed the technical information in this press release.

      Corporate Update

      Shoreham has accepted the resignation of Mr. Brent McNiven, B.Sc., MBA, and thanks him for his service as Vice President, Operations (South America).

      Hier noch der relevante Rest der news:

      Shoreham and Teck will form a technical committee to provide a forum to allow Teck the opportunity to contribute to development of ongoing programs on the Properties with Shoreham having final approval of all work.

      Teck Rights

      In consideration of the Placement:

      * Shoreham will agree to spend a minimum of 80% of the proceeds of the Placement to further exploration of the Marudi Mountain Property;

      * Shoreham shall grant Teck the right to maintain its percentage shareholding in Shoreham by participating in equity issuances (at a level equal to Teck's then shareholding) for a period of two years, to be extended for a period of an additional two years (for four years aggregate) should Teck exercise the Warrants;

      * Shoreham shall grant Teck a right of first offer with respect to its interest in the Marudi Mountain Property, and its Black Banana and Sardine Hill properties if Mulgravian Ventures Corporation ("Mulgravian") does not exercise its option to earn a working interest from Shoreham; and

      * Shoreham shall grant Teck the right to acquire 51% of Shoreham's interest in one of a number of Shoreham's other Guyana properties (collectively, the "B Properties"), on the terms set out below.

      B Property Option

      In consideration of the Placement, Shoreham shall grant Teck the exclusive option to acquire 51% of Shoreham's interest in one B Property (the "Option"). Upon the exercise of the Option in respect of any one of the B Properties, the Option will terminate and Teck will have no further rights in respect of the other B Properties.

      The B Properties consist of the Five Star, Whana, Aunama, Masawaki, Arawini and Otomung properties. Shoreham's interest in each of the B Properties is subject to existing option agreements with Mulgravian.

      Teck may elect to exercise the Option with respect to a particular B Property up to the earlier of December 31, 2014 and 90 days after the date Shoreham delivers a notice of completion of a minimum of $1,500,000 expenditures on such B Property, calculated from the date of execution of the Letter Agreement, together with all the exploration results thereof. Expenditures shall include expenditures incurred by Mulgravian on such B Property.

      If Teck wishes to exercise the Option, it must exercise, or have exercised, all of the Warrants for gross proceeds of $4,200,000 to Shoreham within two years of the Closing Date.

      If Teck, elects to exercise the Option with respect to a B Property, it may acquire an undivided 51% interest in Shoreham's interest in such Property as follows:

      * If the B Property is under option by Shoreham to Mulgravian, and Mulgravian ceases to solely fund exploration, by Teck funding the first $3,000,000 of required contributions of Shoreham under the joint venture with Mulgravian in respect of such B Property; or

Following the exercise of the Option, Shoreham and Teck will participate in a joint venture in respect of their collective interest in the B Property, which interest may be subject to the prior interest of Mulgravian, if any.

      Guyana Frontier Commences Drilling at Favourable Lake Project

      VANCOUVER, Mar 15, 2011 (PR Newswire Europe via COMTEX News Network) --

      Guyana Frontier Mining Corp. ("Guyana Frontier", formerly Shoreham Resources Ltd.) has commenced a diamond drilling program on the Borland Lake target area at the Favourable Lake Project in Ontario, Canada, located approximately 200 kilometres north of Red Lake, Ontario. The Favourable Lake Project is a joint venture with Gold Canyon Resources Inc. ("Gold Canyon"), with Guyana Frontier holding a 70.3% interest, and Gold Canyon holding a 29.7% interest.

      The 2011 drilling plan calls for a minimum of 1,000 metres of diamond drilling in six to eight holes collared on the ice of Borland Lake, with estimated minimum depths of 125 metres and maximum depths of 200 metres, weather permitting. The purpose of the drilling program is to test a mineralized zone encountered by Noranda Exploration Co. Ltd. and Massive Energy Ltd. in historical drilling programs carried out between 1962 and 1987 that encountered significant intersections of silver, with accompanying minor values of gold, lead and zinc. Guyana Frontier was unable to effectively intersect the historical zone in its 2010 winter drilling program, due to warm winter weather and weak ice conditions on Borland Lake. Holes drilled from the shore of Borland Lake in a subsequent 2010 summer drilling program were also unable to intersect the historical mineralized zone.

      Noranda's drill hole 65-2 intersected 391.2 grams per tonne silver across 33.3 metres (23 metres true width), and Massive Energy's programs confirmed the target and outlined three steeply plunging shoots within the mineralized trend, separated by sections with narrow mineralized intercepts. Massive Energy's drill hole 86-6 intersected three mineralized zones across 23.1 metres (19 metres true width), including 598.1 grams silver per tonne across 6.2 metres (4.8 metres true width) and Massive's hole 87-2 intersected 488.2 grams silver per tonne across 4.6 metres (4.0 metres true width). (NOTE: the results from these historical exploration programs are not compliant with National Instrument 43-101 and are presented for information purposes only.)

      A new interpretation study of the 2008 Titan-24 geophysical survey results is underway to assist in the interpretation of results of the first holes of the 2011 drilling program, and to potentially identify any adjacent zones of interest that were unknown to previous explorers.

      Guyana Frontier Mining Corp. - Favourable Lake Project Drilling Program Update

      VANCOUVER, Mar 30, 2011 (PR Newswire Europe via COMTEX News Network) --

      Guyana Frontier Mining Corp. ("Guyana Frontier" or the "Company", formerly known as Shoreham Resources Ltd.) announces the conclusion of a diamond drilling program on the Borland Lake target area at the Favourable Lake Project in Ontario, located approximately 200 kilometres north of Red Lake, Ontario. The Favourable Lake Project is a joint venture with Gold Canyon Resources Inc. ("Gold Canyon") with Guyana Frontier holding a 70.3% interest, and Gold Canyon holding a 29.7% interest.

      Two holes totaling 236 metres were completed from the ice of Borland Lake, targeting a mineralized zone that exhibited significant historical intersections of silver, with accompanying minor values of gold, lead and zinc. Core has been split and sampled, and analytical results will be released after their receipt, compilation and interpretation. Deteriorated winter road conditions necessitated early termination of the drilling program.

      The 2011 drilling program achieved two objectives: (1) to test the historical silver mineralized zone, last drilled by a previous operator in 1987, and (2) to demobilize the drill and camp equipment at Borland Lake left on site since the conclusion of the 2010 drilling program. The results of the 2011 drilling program will be correlated to the 2008 Titan 24 survey to aid in the interpretation of the geophysical response from the historical zone, and to potentially identify and target any adjacent zones of interest that were unknown to previous explorers.

      Guyana Frontier Provides Update on Sardine Hill Project

      VANCOUVER, May 5, 2011 /PRNewswire via COMTEX News Network/ --
      Guyana Frontier Mining Corp. ("Guyana Frontier") wishes to inform its shareholders of a title dispute affecting a small portion of the Sardine Hill property ("Sardine Hill") in Guyana, South America. Mariwa Mining Company Inc. ("Mariwa"), a private Guyanese corporation, is the holder of a prospecting licence comprising the Sardine Hill property. Guyana Frontier has an option to acquire all of the issued and outstanding shares of Mariwa by making cash and share payments over a period of five years.

      Guyana Frontier subsequently granted an option to Mulgravian Ventures Corporation ("Mulgravian"), a private Canadian corporation, whereby Mulgravian can earn a 51% interest in the shares of Mariwa by completing certain exploration expenditures and completing a private placement with Guyana Frontier.

      On March 23, 2011, Guyana Frontier was named as a co-respondent in a lawsuit filed by Ignatius Timmerman ("Timmerman") against the Guyana Geology and Mines Commission (the "GGMC"), Odinga Lumumba - one of the principals of Mariwa - and Guyana Frontier. Timmerman claims to own the rights to five mining claims (the "Alleged Claims") totalling approximately 138 acres (55.8 ha.) within the area of the Sardine Hill prospecting licence. The total area of the Sardine Hill prospecting licence is 10,427 acres (4,220 ha.), and the Alleged Claims overlap a portion of the known mineralized area of the Sardine Hill property. Both the GGMC and Mariwa contest the legality of the Timmerman mining claims. In August 2010, the GGMC determined the Timmerman mining claims to be invalid and delivered a cease work order to Timmerman. On March 17, 2011 the GGMC carried out an eviction of Timmerman's mining equipment and personnel from Sardine Hill.

      Timmerman subsequently filed a lawsuit against the GGMC, Mariwa and Guyana Frontier on March 23, 2011 seeking an order:

      confirming his rights to the Alleged Claims;

      for the return of the mining equipment seized by the GGMC on March 17, 2011;

      to deny access to Guyana Frontier to the area of the Alleged Claims; and

      for damages "in excess" of US$5,000 (Guyana$1.0 million) against the GGMC, and "in excess" of US$5,000 (Guyana$1.0 million) jointly from Odinga Lumumba and Guyana Frontier - the amount "in excess" is unspecified in both cases.

      Timmerman was granted an interlocutory injunction denying Guyana Frontier access to the area of the Alleged Claims. The interlocutory injunction was granted on an ex parte basis, and is in effect until the next hearing date. On April 13, 2011, a court hearing was held in Guyana and the matter was adjourned until May 11, 2011.

      In April 2011, Guyana Frontier completed a diamond drilling program at Sardine Hill for a total of 3,076 metres in 18 holes, which achieved the planned meterage announced in a news release on December 16, 2010. Complete analytical results will be released after their receipt, compilation and interpretation

      Guyana Frontier Reports Drill Results from Sardine Hill Gold Project

      VANCOUVER, June 16, 2011 /CNW/ - Guyana Frontier Mining Corp. ("Guyana Frontier") is pleased to announce the results of a diamond drilling program at the Sardine Hill Gold Project located in Guyana, South America. A total of 3,076 metres were drilled in 18 holes. Drill core logging and sampling has been completed, and analytical results for gold have been received, compiled and interpreted. Further analytical results for copper and other elements are pending.

      Highlights of the 2010-2011 Drill Program

      Known gold mineralization at Sardine Hill occurs in saprolite (deeply-weathered bedrock) that may be up to 150 metres thick on portions of the property. Thirteen of the eighteen drill holes intersected gold-bearing saprolite from surface, including:

      * DDH SH11-04 intersected 1.33 grams/tonne gold over 73.5 metres (estimated true width 53.66 metres);
      * DDH SH11-07 intersected 0.73 grams/tonne gold over 137.38 metres (estimated true width 101.38 metres);
      * DDH SH11-09 intersected 1.68 grams/tonne gold over 67.5 metres (estimated true width 49.28 metres);

      * Drill holes SH10-01 and SH11-02 confirmed the presence of gold mineralization 600 and 660 meters respectively north of the previously known gold mineralization.

      Fourteen of the eighteen drill holes were collared along east-west sections at 50 metre intervals along 300 metres of strike length to confirm the grade and geometry of shallow portions of the historical gold-mineralized zone. The main target area of Guyana Frontier's 2010-2011 drill program was previously mapped by auger geochemistry, trenching and diamond drilling by International Roraima Exploration in 1995-1996, and by Newmont Overseas Exploration in 1999. To view a map of Sardine Hill visit Guyana Frontier's website at: http://www.guyanafrontier.com/s/SardineHill.asp.

      Two of the drill holes, SH11-05 and SH11-18, were drilled to define an interpreted structure which offsets the northern portion of the mineralized body as defined by historical work. Holes SH10-01 (lost at 79.5 meters) and SH11-02 confirmed the presence of gold mineralization 600 and 660 metres further north of the previously known mineralized body. Guyana Frontier intends to conduct further geological mapping, ground geophysics and drilling during future work programs to help evaluate the extensions of the mineralized zone.

      The Sardine Hill drill holes intersected intensely weathered saprolite, showing pervasive chlorite, ankerite and sericite alteration assemblages, varying amounts of tourmaline in veining, widespread disseminated pyrite and lesser chalcopyrite in foliated and veined zones. None of the drill holes were extended to test the projected fresh bedrock portion of the mineralized zone.

      Saprolitic weathering is viewed as a positive aspect of the Sardine Hill gold mineralization because the weathered rock is generally softer and the gold mineralogy is less complex than is commonly the case for unweathered bedrock.

      Gold results from this drill program are presented in Table 1.

      Guyana Frontier Reports Re-Sampling of Marudi Mountain Historical Drill Core

      VANCOUVER, Aug. 24, 2011 /PRNewswire via COMTEX News Network/ --

      Guyana Frontier Mining Corp. ("Guyana Frontier") is pleased to announce the results of a drill core re-logging, re-sampling and re-assaying program at the Marudi Mountain Gold Project (the "Marudi Project") located in Guyana, South America. The purpose of the program was to verify the results of historical drilling programs carried out by previous explorers in the early 1990s at the Marudi Project. A total of 1,158 metres of diamond drill core was re-logged in six historical holes, and a total of 140 samples were re-assayed from three of the six holes (see results in Table 1 below).

      Highlights of the Re-Sampling Program

      DDH 91-60, originally drilled in 1991 in the southern Mazoa Hill target area, returned a weighted average of 2.61 grams/tonne gold over 151.80 metres, which included 111.05 metres of 2.96 grams/tonne gold from 0.00 - 111.05 metres;

      DDH 93-85, originally drilled in 1993 in the northern Marudi target area, returned a weighted average of 2.12 grams/tonne gold over 21.33 metres from 90.17 to 111.5 metres, which included 8.44 metres of 4.89 grams/tonne gold from 99.52 - 107.96 metres;

      DDH 94-114, originally drilled in 1994 in the northern Marudi target area, returned a weighted average of 2.37 grams/tonne gold over 29.64 metres from 165.36 to 195.0 metres, which included 6.85 metres of 6.26 grams/tonne gold from 183.00 - 189.85 metres.

      Sampling Procedures

      Sample intervals were selected by a P.Geo. on a basis of mineralogy. Previous operators had split the core and sent one-half to be assayed. In the 2011 program, the remaining one-half of the core was cut with a diamond saw and one-quarter was delivered to Acme Labs in Georgetown, Guyana for analysis. The holes were drilled 17 to 20 years ago and although the drill core was stored in an on-site facility, the integrity of the remaining core cannot be fully determined. Drill core was relogged and replaced in new boxes as "best-fit", under the supervision of a P.Geo. The influence that these factors may have upon comparative re-sampling and re-assaying is not known.

      The 2011 re-sampling was carried out with a rigorous QA/QC program, which included the use of standards, blanks and duplicates. Assays of all of the standards returned values within the acceptance window, and re-runs of pulps and duplicates were found to be consistent. Guyana Frontier believes that the 2011 assay results are comparable to the historical assays, which demonstrates that the historical sampling and assay procedures were adequate. Therefore, the historical dataset provides valuable information for planning a diamond drilling program, proposed for 2011-2012.

      The true widths of the mineralized intervals reported herein, and the geometry of the mineralized zones are not currently known.

      To provide further geological information for the proposed drilling program, a series of exploration trenches have been excavated during the past few weeks in the Marudi target area. Gold mineralization was discovered and sampled from saprolite and soils adjacent to weathered quartzite uncovered during the trenching program, assays for which are pending. The quartzite found within the new trenches may be correlated to the mineralized quartzite intersected in historical drilling at the Marudi Project.

      Infrastructure improvements at the Marudi Project are ongoing, with site clearing underway on a proposed 5,000 ft. (1,600 metres) airstrip, construction completed on a new drill core storage facility, and the refurbishment of ground access to the property.

      General Criteria for Calculation of Mineralized Intercepts

      Sample and assay intervals are based on drilled intervals with controlled start and end depths. The estimate of grade across width is based on the multiple of reported gold values and reported sample intervals. Core recoveries ranged from 100%, to less than 50% in short intervals, and all drilled intervals were treated equally in the weighted average calculations. Poor core recovery may compromise or modify the gold assays by loss of gold in fines or concentration of gold in retained material.

      Analytical Methods

      All drill samples were shipped directly to the independent preparation facility of Acme Laboratories Ltd. ("Acme") in Georgetown, Guyana ("Acme Guyana") for sample preparation. Both gold fire assay determinations and multi-element analyses were conducted in Acme's facility in Santiago, Chile.

      At Acme Guyana, the core samples were crushed to 80% passing 10 mesh (1.7 mm), then split to provide a 250 gram subsample which was pulverized to 85% passing 200 mesh (75 microns). A 30 gram split was subject to Fire Assay preconcentration with an AA finish. Samples with results over 10 ppm Au were subject to a gravimetric analysis and results were reported in grams per tonne with a lower limit of 0.005 grams per tonne. A separate sub-sample, 0.5 grams of the pulp, was subject to a 1:1:1 Aqua Regia digestion and analyzed by ICP/OES (Optical Emission Spectroscopy) for 34 elements.
