Well on the other side we have 500k cash, 3million shares of BTR, 1million development on the property, bonus shares if there is a golden egg, and royalty, hmmm.... no dilution for us, cash for another property, and perhaps a rise in SP of the BTR shares..... hmmm... time will tell, but we sit with cash, no dilution, for me this is the role of a JV, good luck.

Durango Seeks CFIA Certification for Limestone as Fertilizer

Vancouver, BC / TheNewswire / April 5, 2017 - Durango Resources Inc. (TSX.V-DGO) (OTC-ATOXF), (the "Company" or "Durango") announces that management has initiated discussions with the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) in relation to using its limestone for fertilizer use.

Fertilizer and supplement products are regulated under the authority of the Fertilizers Act, which is administered by the CFIA.

Limestone is extremely beneficial for the agricultural industry, as the chemical properties of agricultural lime can significantly boost the profit yield of farms and increase efficiencies of the fertilizers of up to 50% increasing crop yields and profitability.

The limestone is activated when it meets with water and dissolves into the soil, which lowers the acidity and raises the pH, which is essential for crop yields. The lime also adds desirable nutrients to the soils such as calcium, magnesium and phosphorus, which can improve soil structure, increase rates of air and water infiltration, improve plant cell wall formation, and help to regulate the nutrient uptake through the roots of the plant. Hydroponic systems are more prone to incur a calcium deficiency and require the use of limestone, therefore Durango is investigating the synergy of agricultural limestone for such soil conditioning mediums.

Further details on the suitability of Durango's limestone for use as a fertilizer will be provided as they become available.

About Mayner's Fortune

The Mayner's Fortune property is located 7.5 kilometres southwest of Terrace, B.C., along the CN rail route between Terrace and Kitimat and hosts six historically mapped subparallel limestone units. Durango completed two exploration visits on the Mayner's Fortune project in the late fall of 2016, which included sampling to test limestone quality and mapping substantiate historic reports. Assays results as announced on February 8, 2017 and December 14, 2016 achieved very high calcium carbonate levels.

RE:what's the catalyst?
We may as well assume the bonterra deal goes through.

Our share price will move with:

1) Bonterra's share price

2) The price of gold

3) Potential dril results of holes 9/10 on black dog.

4) Preliminary and subsequent drill results on Trove, whenever that happens.

5) Whatever other milestones Durango can achieve starting this summer.

6) Any potenital M&A activity that may happen in the WIndfall region.

RE:Based on current and future trend of market rate on DGO
People jump the gun on this stock and over sold this stock like many others, fear sets the tone. Where do you see BTR in the next 12 to 18 Months should be on your mind. People are still not happy with DGO, but they are cash positive and currently making money for investors so this looks good on paper.

I'm sorry that tthe stock price currently isn't reflecting the positive news, but that's the market everyone has a right to panic and drive down disapointment. How are going to make money going forward that is a real concern, still have property in the area which is a wait and see disposition.

Well that my friend is very funny. All I know is that after talking to her briefly. She confirmed the other properties in windfall are still held and not sold. I asked her to post an updated map. At this point, its still not up. You would think that would be the first thing they do. Anyway someone had posted it here...can you re-post. Thanks in advance.

Disappointed for sure we all are!!!

I personally feel that mangement feels the pain with all of us, because they went from .08 cents to 36 cents back down to under .10 cents which not only hurt them, but us too. Tell the company what you think, and how this helps them going forward for investing into Durango Resources. Have to hold unto asets because these don't come around very offten and when they do be perpared to ask for funding to start digging immediately because this a life line for investors. Yes they still have property, yes we make money if BTR make money, but we will never make as much or half of what they make. We have 2 Million shares invested into BTR not bad, not great news a partnership would've been better.

BTR goes up so should this company stock, but thats how I feel anyway sorry to see a huge sell off makes scence people are mad, but please look at fundamentals first befoe making drastic mode swings. This is a buying opportunity, but that is my take on this.

You are suggesting that DGO board and management did not select / negotiate the best offer available for Trove. If there were 3 offers as they said, let us assume that they proceeded with the best one. Bonterra may surprise everyone and could generate significant value with Trove if the gold trend is proven to extend from Gladiator. That is now the deal.
