Aber ich kenne diese Bezeichnung von seiten der ein oder anderen deutschen Bank auch ...
Auf deren Masken erscheint teilweise nur das deutsche und das US listing, nicht aber das kanadische.
Dann erklären die einem ahnungslosen Depotinhaber
es handele sich um eine pink sheet Aktie.
Vor wenigen Wochen hatte ich ein Telefonat mit einer hochkompetenten Mitarbeiterin meiner depotfuehrenden Bank.
Dabei ging es u.a. auch um diverse listings.
Eine Aktie, die von ca. 15 cent auf ca. 35 cent gestiegen war ... was der Dame aber scheinbar nicht ganz klar war, nimmt man ihren Kommentar zum Maßstab: " Ach, die Aktie ist ja auch nur noch 35 cent wert. Die wird bestimmt auch bald delisted."
Lach-smileys finde ich hier jetzt unangebracht ...

Hallo zusammen, zugegeben, der Markt für EV und Batterie-Recycling wird stark wachsen. Ob aber die Technologie fon AM zukunfsträchig und in der Großserie anwendbar ist steht noch in Frage. Was mich stört ist, dass die Aktie als "Pink Sheet" gelistet ist. Die Auflagen sind daher nicht sehr hoch. Teilt Ihr meine Sorgen nicht?

AMY developed and patented a process for treating low-grade ores from 2009-2011 and initiated a pre-feasibility study with Tetra Tech in March of 2011. At that time, manganese was trading at $3.40/kg but eroded to $2.15/kg by the time the study was completed in 2012, rendering the project economically unattractive.
As the prices for manganese metals have yet to reach a favorable level, management will continue to hold its position at Artillery Peak and concentrate instead on AMY’s more valuable process patents in the US, South Africa and China.
Management speculates the executive order signed by Donald Trump to reduce US reliance on foreign-sourced critical minerals could push manganese to the forefront, with manganese at the top of the critical minerals list as there is no production in U.S. or Canada. This will have a positive effect on AMY’s manganese assets and could positively affect the state of our project.

Mit drei neuen IP´s meinen die wahrscheinlich Patenterweiterungen. Doch auch die können sich ziehen und benötigen Zeit bis zur internationalen Anerkennung.
