Gibt es hier Interessenten für die Anleihe ?
Erneuerbare Energien standen bisher auf meiner schwarzen Liste .
Habe mir Photon Energie nun mal genauer angesehen .
Es gibt doch einige Sachen , die einen Blick wert sind .
1.

Der Chart der gerade ausgelaufenen Anleihe .
Für die Brange recht stabil , ohne nennenswerten Ausrutscher nach unten .
Also keine Panik bei den Anlegern während der Laufzeit .
2.
7,75 Prozent bei quartalsweiser Ausschüttung .
Der Vorgänger hatte 8 Prozent , wurde immer bedient und pünktlich zurückgezahlt .
3.
Kauf/Zeichnung beim Emittenten .
Dadurch fallen keine Kosten an , wenn die eigene Bank mitspielt .
Ich kann zu 100 Prozent + angefallene Stückzinsen beim Emittenten kaufen und
ins eigene Depot übertragen lassen .
So hat der Emittent was davon und ich brauche nicht zu knapp 102 Prozent + Gebühren + Stückzinsen über die Börse kaufen .
Unternehmen ist "weltweit" aufgestellt und macht scheinbar einiges besser als seine Mitbewerber .

Solange die Anleihe nicht komplett platziert ist, wird der Kurs um die 100 dümpeln. Ist aber bei dem Kupon auch ganz nett. Hauptsache, die Story bleibt intakt.
The company delivered a strong opening quarter marked by a 33% growth in revenues YOY, despite lower energy production YOY, which was compensated by ongoing substantial growth in the development and engineering businesses in Australia and the sale of PV technology. This healthy revenue performance, coupled with ongoing cost management efforts and with the first capital gain and income generated from the financing deal signed with Canadian Solar, resulted in significant improvements at the bottom line, materialized by a net profit after taxation of EUR 1.886 million.
Looking at the highlights for the quarter, Photon Energy signed a co-development financing deal with Canadian Solar, one of the world's largest solar power companies, to co-develop five utility-scale solar power projects with a total capacity of 1.14 GWp in New South Wales, Australia. The company extended its project pipeline in Hungary to 25.6 MWp and connected its first Hungarian photovoltaic power plant with an installed capacity of 528 KWp in the Western Hungarian municipality of Fertőd. Last but not least, the company repaid its EUR bond 2013/18 in accordance with the bond conditions.
The continued momentum of our revenue growth and positive bottom line result in 2018Q1 as well as the positive dynamics across all our business lines and markets lets us look optimistically towards the rest of the year.

On 8 May, KFM Deutsche Mittelstand AG announced that it invested via its dedicated SME corporate bonds fund, the Deutscher Mittelstandsanleihen FONDS, in the Photon Energy EUR Bond 17/22. The total investment was in the amount of EUR 2.000 million. As of the reporting date the total outstanding amount of the EUR bond 17/22 was EUR 17.413 million.

Die Anleihe wird erneut zu pari aufgestockt. Wahrscheinlich Schlusstag 03.07 und Valuta 07.07. Gleiche WKN und dementsprechend Kaufpreis zuzüglich aufgelaufener Stückzinsen. Abwicklung erfolgt über das Bankhaus Schleich in München.
