wusste noch nicht dass Rio Tinto
sofort mit den weiteren Bohraktivitäten beginnen wollte
und diese in den letzten Tagen bereits in Angriff genommen hat
Interresant auch seine jahrelange Erfahrung als Chief Geologist
auf Resolution
auch in Arizona
dem wohl größten Kupfer Deposit in den US
Arizona hat ja auch den Copper Star mitten in seinem Staatenwappen

OVERVIEW
"Bell Copper has been pursuing the faulted-off top of a major porphyry copper system, the bottom of which is exposed in the foothills west of the Company's property. In April of 2016 Kennecott Exploration (Rio Tinto) entered into an earn-in option agreement with Bell Copper on the Kabba Project. Details of the Agreement can be found here.
The Kabba project is located in northwestern Arizona, approximately 19 miles southeast of Kingman and 150 miles northwest of Phoenix. The land package comprises a total of 13,000+ acres 5244 hectares).
Kabba lies on a productive porphyry copper trend between Freeport's Bagdad mine and Origin Mining's Mineral Park mine in northwestern Arizona, a state that has produced 10% of all the world's copper.
Along this mineralized trend Freeport McMoRan is currently producing over 200 million pounds of copper annually from the Bagdad mine, Origin Mining has the capacity to produce 30 million pounds of copper annually from the Mineral Park mine, and Rio Tinto has demonstrated an inferred resource of 1.95 billion tonnes containing +1.51 per cent copper and 0.035 per cent molybdenum at Resolution. This recent discovery of the giant Resolution orebody serves as a reminder that undiscovered porphyry copper deposits still exist in Arizona and that they are worth finding."

January 2013 - Dr. Marsh approaches Macquarie Bank with a plan to drill Kabba by selling La Balsa and repaying their debt.
For the next 4+ years he has passionately and with an unrelenting commitment, pursued that objective. Never wavering in spite of considerable obstacles and naysayers. That commitment has taken Bell Copper to a point where, along with Optionee Kennecott Exploration (Rio Tinto), Bell Copper feels we are poised for Discovery at the Kabba Project.
