Frühere MDL-Webseite bzw. Domain ist auch OFF: "mdl-innovations.com --> wird kostenlos von GoDaddy.com geparkt" und kann erworben werden.

Allerdings gab's immer noch keine endgültige Insolvenz-Meldung.
Das letzte waren die Vorstands-Abgänge bzw. -Änderungen (siehe @Oginvest 28.10.23, also vor 3 Monaten).

Die Übernahme der Firma MDL ( hier "shell" ) durch ein Unternehmen welches selbst an die Börse möchte ist im Moment durchaus eine Alternative. Wie schrieb kürzlich ein kanadischer Diskussionsteilnehmer dazu:
A shell for round $500,000 is always interesting for any new company with an IPO as a goal. And the existing name sounds good too. I have picked up a few shares the last few days with a time horizon of 1 - 12 months.

Bis jetzt existiert MDL noch und man kann ja hoffen, der neue CEO bringt neues Geld, von seinem Umfeld das ihm und darauf vertraut, dass er das managt. 🤔

Man wird sich vielleicht in einer solche Situation auch mal wieder bewusst, in was hier investiert wurde und man wohl immer auch wusste, es könnte mit Totalverlust enden....ist ja jetzt noch nicht ganz vorbei...

Liegt hier wohl nicht nur an mal eben 1000 $ Umsatz. Diese Wochen haben die zwei Ober Klapperköpfe im UN resigniert… der interims CEO scheint schon nen Namen zu haben, aber wenn selbst die Entwickler nicht mehr so richtig an die Technologie zu glauben scheinen, steht der Laden wohl eher kurz vorm aus. Auch ACDC mit katastrophaler Kursentwicklung.

Ist und bleibt die Frage, inwiefern das mal irgendwann zeitnah relevant für Medallion sein kann...

Ich kann die Ergebnisse nicht einschätzen, ob wirklich richtig gut oder eher so lala.

Man ist zwar an ACDC beteiligt, wenn Medallions Technologie jedoch nicht funzt, dann ist eine potentiell solide Beteiligung auch nur ein Tropfen auf den heißen Stein. Zumal das ja sowieso nicht der Investcase war.

Für die Einordnung auf den mit 9% als "hervorragend" bezeichneten Monazite-Anteil, ist auf Seite 2 der Mitteilung ein Vergleich aufgeführt, anhand dessen man dann wohl auf den Ausdruck kam - auch Rutile ist im Vergleich aufgeführt.

Kurz drüber geschaut, Einschätzung: 'issn witz'

Die sollen endlich mal liefern und nicht schwurbeln. Bei "offtake-agreements" -> Stillstand, sinnlos. Wie wäre es mal Verlautbarungen in die Tat umzusetzen. Ist ja schön den potentiellen Markt samt Volumen und Technologien pipapo darzulegen. Wenn man aber mit seiner patentierten Technologie keine Fortschritte erzielt, kannst davon eben auch nicht partizipieren.

Es bleibt für mich ne einzige Enttäuschung der Laden!

Im Schnitt 9% Monazitanteil - sie sprechend von "hervorragend", ich kann es nicht wirklich einschätzen. Mich erstaunt eher der hohe Rutilgehalt...
