Vic has a budget of $600mil to fix the problem, identified 500 buildings, so that will likely blow out
nsw is planning for upto $1bil as they have already identified 341 high rises in the greater Sydney that doesn’t count the gong or Newcastle or other regional centres.

Qld is still undergoing the audit, but key buildings breaching the new laws include 4 major hospitals
wa audit is still underway but Demirs has issued over 100 directions to rectify to building owners in the last 2 months.

as you can see this problem is large, and Australia is a small player in this space when you consider our skylines in comparison with the likes of HK, NY and so on.

the number of high rises or buildings of public significance (hospitals, courts, airports) that will require rectification world wide is likely to be in excess of 250,000 with costs near $1trillion

I saw a post on here the other day saying expandable graphite in building products fails to meet building insulation requirements and as such won’t be used, this statement or the words to that effect are a load of crap. when expandable graphite is introduced to HDPE (high density polyethylene) at a concentration of approx 5%-10% depending on the core thickness of the HDPE being used the material exceeds the requirements for flammable building standards, namely AS1530 in australia.

on the product need, the China Building Materials Application Technology Research Institute has stated “China needs 40 million tonnes of fire-retardant building materials per annum, which will contain 5% expandable graphite.” Iam writing on my phone so my maths calculations may be a bit off but I’ll give that a shot.

cladding with high rigidity (2000kN /cm2 or higher) which is suitable for high rises with low flammability weighs 8.9kg/m2. The aluminium skin accounts for 3.7kg/m2 which leaves 5.2kg/m2 as HDPE.

5% of 5.2kg is .26kg/m2 which is 2.9% of the overall product weight, this is where I will now trip up I fear 2.9% of 40million tonnes is somewhere around 1 million tonnes. That figure is finished expanded product not raw ore, but I am sure we can agree that seems like a lot of expandable graphite needed each year in China alone, would seem like product demand will increase.

Ganz nebenbei finde ich ihr - npv- ich glaube sie haben es sogar erhöht, schwindelerregend.

Ich habe NPV mit höherer Minelife nur simuliert.

Graphex hat noch gar nix gemacht. BFS bzw. DFS soll ja erst in Q4 kommen. Hopefully November.

Mit jetzt niedrigeren Flake sizes Preisen könnte man auch einen niedrigeren NPV bei Graphex simulieren.

Graphex sollte genug Speck auf den Rippen haben, um das zu überstehen.

Bei fast allen anderen Grafit Explorer, vielleicht Ausnahme Walkabout, würde ich mir Sorgen machen.

Ich bin der frech geworden noch habe ich Dich wie ein Affe behandelt.

Habe eine einfache Frage gestellt, deren Antwort ich denke mal Du aus dem Ärmel schütteln konntest.
Habe keine Antwort erhalten. Ja dann spricht die Antwort eben auch für sich. Zumal Dü ja viele Posts abgesandt hast dazwischen.
Das hat nichts mit Frechsein zu tun. Der Kommentar wegen den Flakes schon eher aber das sehe ich als Retourkutsche für die Antwort(en) (die eben keine waren).

Nixdestotrotz ist die Diele gut besetzt, dort findet ein verhaltens und Preisverfahren statt.
Allerdings ohne Afrikaner. Doch, ein wichtiger ist dabei.
Sie dürfen bald wieder ihre Tabellen schieben, horizontal.. Genügend Übung ist ja Vorhanden.

Ich bin hier nicht das Dressur Äffchen, das bei jedem Pfiff springen muss.

Vor allem nicht bei so leichten Sachen, die jeder selbst schnell rausfinden kann.

Zum Thema Cash.

Wie auch bei all den anderen Grafit Explorern reicht auch bei Graphex das Cash nur noch für ein bzw. ein paar Quartale.

Q1 2020 sind die Kassen leer, aber in Q1 soll ja auch die Castlelake Finanzierung kommen. Also mit etwas Glück brauchen wir keine weitere Zwischenfinanzierung.

Wo ist das Problem, bzw. wo wurde was anderes versprochen?

Deine Antwort spricht Bände und so hab ich mal selber nachgesehen
von der PP haben die 2.5 Mio eingenommen
1 Mio claimen sie COH zu haben
1 weitere Mio haben die noch als CL bei Castlelake. Das wären nach Rechung 4.5 Mio.
Wenn Du mit mit einig gehst kannst ja die Sache weiter ignorieren.
Nach meiner Einschätzung haben die eine Cash burn rate von 800 - 900k p.q. ohne Exploration. Denke die BFS kostet auch noch etwas. Einen Abbauplan wollen die auch erstellen so dürften 1 Mio weg sein.
Nun komme ich auf etwa 3 Quartale in denen etwas substantielles passieren muss. Wenn das jemand nicht so sieht umso besser.
Aber so viel ist das nicht mehr. Ich hätte denn hier andere Sorgen als die grösse der Flakes
