"1. Will the $75m revenue guidance for 2021 be achieved if only the Kushbar dispensaries and
realistically only one dispensary is opened in California by August at the earliest? While you are
pushing Katie/Ryan to get all 3 LA dispensaries up in August, September and October, Katie
seems to indicate that probably only 1 (Westwood) will get opened in 2021.
A: It should be noted that the 2021 revenue guidance target was already rounded down to
provide a conservative estimate, so even if additional delays occur with the opening of
some of these dispensaries, Halo still currently believes it can achieve its target as some
variance was built in. Halo will provide additional information in the event of any
anticipated material deviation in respect of its previously disclosed guidance

3. While Ryan Kunkel has been named Vice Chairman are there plans to give him an Operating

A: There’s currently no plans for him to have operating position.
4a. How accurate do you deem Andreas’ target of 20m grams for Bophelo in 2022?
A: “This is being studied. If we have five acres and we pull two harvests at 2,000 pounds
per acre then we get to 20,000 POUNDS. The upper limit is 3,000 pounds per acre then
30,000 POUNDS” - Andreas Met
4b. Tej talked about a 3 to 6 month stability testing for medical product, so when in 2022 will the
20m grams be sold/phased in?
A: We are going to push for B2B biomass sales in the interim until we have the
infrastructure and partners in place to do higher margin pharma wholesale.
4c. What is the anticipated breakdown of sales from Bophelo to Europe versus Africa?
A: Too early to say. We are in the middle of putting together a commercial plan.
6. You mentioned the launch of Winberry Farms products into California shortly. Presumably
these products can’t come from Winberry Farms in Oregon, so this is being done by third parties
in California like Halo products are currently produced?
A: Winberry products cannot be produced in OR and then shipped and sold in CA. We
currently produce Hush products at our facility in Cathedral City and will use the same
production facility to manufacture the line of cartridges and infused prerolls for the
Winberry line in CA.
7. How long will Andreas be staying and working in Africa?
A: In April, Andreas made a commitment to Louisa and Kiran to stay in Africa for an
additional year. Unless his skillset is utilized better in the North American operations, we
foresee him staying until at least April of next year.
8. A while ago you mentioned that Louisa had multiple financing alternatives to choose from for
the Bophelo expansion. What is the update?
A: “We continue to explore alternative funding from different institutions,” - Louisa Mojela.
10. Are there any projections on what the wholesale prices to Europe will be in 2022?
A: Tej saidthat currently prices are between 3 to 4.50 Euros a gram. Pharma wholesale prices are between that 3 to 4.5 euro per gram in the German market, whereas the Bophelo cost per gram is estimated at $0.50-$0.60.
11. How do you know how good the Elegance Cannabis beverages will be, as you stated you
only tasted the alcohol and energy beverages Elegance makes?
A: We don’t know how they will taste with THC. However, we are hiring our own expert who
starts July 12th for the consumables category to shepherd this and all our other projects
in this category along."
Followu up on Kushbar was not answered and we are obviously seeing from Gnomer's findings that the licenses are being issued. They were waiting on landlord assignments for each location.

This is probably a stupid question but here it goes. Who’s product will they be able to sell? I’m sure it’s not their own as they can’t ship into Canada out of the US. Is it to possible that Halo product will be brought in via Africa in the near future? Please clue me in. I’ve often wondered why they wanted retail stores in Canada.
