Brisant ... die Fabik in Buffalo wurde mit $900Mio Steuergeldern subventioniert und Tesla sprach immer wieder von Alleinstellungsmerkmalen des 'Tesla Sloar Roof' und es sollte auch in Buffalo hergestellt werden - laut Elon Musk. Es scheint aber aus China zu kommen. Mit IP von Tesla oder ohne ?

--> ich sehe das als Auslandseinkünfte für die sich das deutsche Finanzamt interessiert, auch wenn es z.Z. nur max. ~EUR4750 p.a. sind
--> als freie Auslandseinkünfte ist da mMn in jedem Fall ein Vorsteuerabzug in Deutschland fällig (nachdem das FA da drauf kommt, also nicht sofort). Gut, kann er sich im Folgejahr wieder zurückholen, macht aber alles Arbeit
--> da FA wird in jedem Fall einen deutlichen Knick in seiner Erwerbsbiografie feststellen, und der Sachbearbeiter/In in jedem Fall mal drübergucken; eventuell mit Fragebogen an Alex
--> und dann wären auch noch (wahrscheinlich) irgendwie KV+PV zu bezahlen

My Q4 projections indicate total revenue between $7.28 billion and $6.98 billion. My mid-point estimate represents a YoY growth of negative 1.33%.
On a full-year basis, my 2019 estimate of total revenue represents a YoY growth of 13.3%.
Q4 earnings estimate ranging from a GAAP profit of $220 million to a loss of $22.6 million, while EPS range between $1.23 and -$0.13.
On a full-year basis, my midpoint 2019 estimated GAAP losses are $846.2 million.
I expect the recent rally in Tesla's stock price will cool off if Tesla posts a loss.

Conclusion
While my revenue estimates are in line with analysts' estimates for Q4, I am a bit less optimistic regarding EPS; a lower $1.23 value compared to the consensus of $1.65 (here) at the time I wrote this article.
In my opinion analysts are probably assuming a lower cost of automotive sales than I assumed.
In any case, after the recent price action of Tesla's stock, I doubt it will make any difference on investor's sentiment if the final EPS is equal to the consensus or my mid-point estimate. However, if Tesla reports a loss at or worse than my lower bound estimate, the stock price probably will cool off from the recent rally or even suffer a downward correction.
