Es geht schließlich um Elon Musk's maßloser Herumtwitterei als CEO eines ordnungsgemäß (also nicht OTC) börsengelisteten Unternehmens in wichtigen Unternehmens-Fragen, inklusive mehrfacher, offener Herausforderung der SEC in krasser Art und Weise

Uuups - das ging aber schnell: die SEC darf!




=> spätestens bis zum Di, 26.3., muss eine Partei anzeigen, daß sie an einer Beweisaufnahme ("evidentiary hearing") interessiert ist


=> das zieht sich demnach mMn in jedem Fall bis in den April hinein, da ich damit rechne, daß die EM-Seite diese Frist bis zum 26.3. zur Vorbereitung ausschöpfen wird


--> jedenfalls macht diese Sache auf mich den Eindruck, daß sie vom Richter/Gericht mit Nachdruck betrieben wird

die SEC möchte vom Richter die Erlaubnis haben, bis spätestens zum Di, 19.3., also in einer Woche, eine Erwiderung auf EM's Eingabe machen zu dürfen:




--> wie lange werden sich Richter und Gericht danach Zeit nehmen eine Entscheidung zu finden??

• eine Woche?
• zwei Wochen?
..oder erst eine Anhörung (in Person) ?


=> bleibt also gewissermaßen ein spannendes Rennen, was zuerst eintreten wird:
a/ geht das Geld bei Tesla endgültig aus, trotz mutmaßlicher Anzahlungen Model Y (und Semi)?
b/ wird das Gericht EM als CEO von Tesla entfernen?
c/ etwas anderes?
