Das Beau-Projekt, das eine Explorationslizenz EL70/5424 umfasst und 16 Quadratkilometer umfasst, befindet sich etwa 15 km nördlich von Impacts Arkun-Projekt und liegt vollständig innerhalb der Explorationslizenzanträge im Besitz der Anglo American Corporation (Abbildungen 1 und 2) prominente ovale magnetische Anomalie mit einer Größe von 3.000 x 1.500 Metern, die unter einer flachen Abdeckung liegt (wahrscheinlich weniger als 30 Meter groß) und die nie erforscht wurde (Abbildung 4). Die Anomalie hat eine ähnliche Größe und Geometrie wie die Gonneville-Intrusion, in der sich die bedeutende PGE-Kupfer-Nickel-Mineralisierung befindet, die kürzlich bei Julimar (Chalice MiningNL) entdeckt wurde, und auch die Newleyine-Intrusion und nachweislich auch die Nickel-Kupfer-PGE-Mineralisierung beherbergt (Mandrake Resources Begrenzt)(Abbildungen 1 und 2).Dies ist ein vorrangiges Ziel für die Folgeuntersuchung der Bodengeochemie. Die Ergebnisse werden bis Anfang August erwartet.

Nach der ersten Anerkennung des Arkun-Projekts durch Impact hat Anglo American plc, eines der weltweit führenden Bergbauunternehmen und ein aktiver Explorator von Nickel-Kupfer- und Platingruppenmetallen, anschließend ein riesiges Gebiet von etwa 10.130 Quadratkilometern abgesteckt, das direkt drei Seiten von Impacts Projektgebiet (Abbildungen 6 und 7).
Dementsprechend hat Impact auch seine Bestände erweitert und das Projekt umfasst nun 1.900 km².

Company shares are expected to remain in the trading halt on or before Wednesday, April 21, when a formal announcement regarding the raise is made to market.
There's been no clear indication from Impact at this stage in terms of how much it hopes to raise or for what purpose.
As at December 31 2020, the company revealed it had roughly $2.5 million in cash and equivalents.
Prior to the trading halt, Impact Minerals shares last traded at 2 cents.
Impact Minerals (IPT) is looking to raise fresh capital as it places company shares in a trading halt.
Investors are expected to receive full details regarding the raise on or before Wednesday, April 21, at which time the trading halt will be lifted.
At this stage there has been no clear indication from Impact Minerals as to how much it is looking to collect from investors or what it's got in store for the funds should the raise go as planned.
The company has a suite of base and precious metal projects across New South Wales and Western Australia, including its Broken Hill project, the Commonwealth project and the Arkun project.
According to Impact, recent drill efforts at its Little Broken Hill have returned significant platinum group elements (PGE), copper and nickel mineralisation within the project, shown to be up to 60 metres thick and extending to a depth of at least 150 metres from the surface.
As at December 31 2020, the company revealed it had roughly $2.5 million in cash and equivalents.
