PACIFIC RIDGE INTERSECTS 497.2 M OF 0.66% COPPER EQUIVALENT OR 0.96 G/T GOLD EQUIVALENT, INCLUDING 107.2 M OF 1.41% COPPER EQUIVALENT OR 2.04 G/T GOLD EQUIVALENT FROM THE RDP COPPER-GOLD PROJECT

Pacific Ridge Exploration Ltd.'s drill hole RDP-22-005 has returned 497.2 m of 0.66 per cent copper equivalent, or 0.96 gram per tonne gold equivalent, including 107.2 m of 1.41 per cent CuEq, or 2.04 g/t AuEq, from the RDP copper-gold project, located in north-central British Columbia, 40 km west of the Company's flagship Kliyul copper-gold project ("Kliyul") (see Figure 1). Pacific Ridge's inaugural drill program at RDP totaled 1,861 metres in six drill holes. Remaining assay results will be reported when received.

The 2022 RDP drilling program was funded by Antofagasta Minerals S.A. ("Antofagasta"), a subsidiary of Antofagasta PLC (LSE: ANTO), who can earn a 75% interest in the Project by spending $10,000,000 on exploration over eight years and delivering a preliminary economic assessment report (see news release dated February 8, 2022). Pacific Ridge was the operator and supported the RDP drill program from the Kliyul camp..........

Pacific Ridge Exploration Ltd. has completed the 2022 diamond drill program at the Kliyul copper-gold porphyry project, located in the prolific Quesnel trough in north-central British Columbia. The company completed 7,014.7 metres of drilling in 12 holes, the largest-ever drill program at the project, and successfully expanded the known Kliyul porphyry copper-gold footprint.

"Our technical team has done an outstanding job identifying and unlocking Kliyul's promise," said Blaine Monaghan, president and chief executive officer of Pacific Ridge. "This year's results could demonstrate Kliyul's potential to host a significant copper-gold porphyry deposit."

Highlights:

All 12 drill holes encountered porphyry copper-gold-style mineralization consisting of sulphide minerals pyrite, chalcopyrite and lesser bornite;
Successfully expanded the known Kliyul porphyry copper-gold footprint and related hydrothermal system to approximately 1,400 m east-west by 400 m north-south;
Geophysics suggest that a large, underexplored porphyry system underlies the Valley fault trend.
Drilling summary

All 12 drill holes encountered porphyry copper-gold-style mineralization consisting of sulphide minerals pyrite, chalcopyrite and lesser bornite, in early-stage to transitional-stage veins and as disseminations within a kilometre-plus-scale Late Triassic/Early Jurassic paleo-hydrothermal system centred on a multistage diorite porphyry intrusive dike/plug complex............

ONJO COPPER-GOLD PORPHYRY PROJECTS; PRECIOUS METALS SUMMIT BEAVER CREEK

Pacific Ridge Exploration Ltd. has completed ZTEM (Z-axis tipper electromagnetic) airborne geophysical surveys at the Chuchi and Onjo copper-gold porphyry projects located to the west of Centerra Gold Inc.'s Mount Milligan mine in north-central British Columbia.

The geophysical surveys at Chuchi and Onjo (720 line-kilometres at Chuchi and 667 line km at Onjo) will be followed by exploration programs, including geological mapping, rock and soil sampling, and relogging historical drill core. Pacific Ridge will further investigate existing targets and new targets, expected to be generated by the ZTEM surveys, with the ultimate goal of defining future drill targets.

"Although the Kliyul copper-gold porphyry project is our focus, we believe that both Chuchi and Onjo have the potential to host significant porphyry deposits," said Blaine Monahan, president and chief executive officer of Pacific Ridge. Pacific Ridge Exploration Ltd. has started drilling at its RDP copper-gold project, located in northcentral British Columbia. The planned 1,500 m diamond drill program is being financed by Antofagasta Minerals SA, a subsidiary of Antofagasta PLC, who can earn a 75-per-cent interest in the project by spending $10-million on exploration over eight years and delivering a preliminary economic assessment report. Pacific Ridge is the operator and is supporting the drill program from the Kliyul copper-gold project camp.

LARGEST EVER DRILL PROGRAM AT THE KLIYUL COPPER-GOLD PORPHYRY PROJECT UNDERWAY

Pacific Ridge Exploration Ltd.'s diamond drill program at the Kliyul copper-gold project, located in the prolific Quesnel trough in north-central British Columbia, began last week.

The planned 6,000-metre program at Kliyul is utilizing two diamond drill rigs and will be the largest-ever drill campaign at the project.

The focus of this year's drill program will be on expanding mineralization at the Kliyul Main zone (KMZ) laterally and to depth. Priority drill holes include a stepout to the west of hole KLI-21-037 (316.7 m of 0.75 per cent copper equivalent or 1.17 grams per tonne gold equivalent) as well as stepouts to the south and east of KLI-21-036 (437 m of 0.61 per cent CuEq or 0.96 g/t AuEq) and hole KLI-21-38 (342 m of 0.50 per cent CuEq or 0.78 g/t AuEq).
