beneath the chart of KID he says:
KIDZ was a 15 cent cheapy last month. Now it is a 24c goer with the next targets around 35c and 60c. It hit $1.20 in 1994 and 80c last year so watch the latest volume
figures to indicate whether new money is moving in, ready for the next run back to the highs.

Kidz.net seems to be an absolute bargain. Market cap is just under its cash and readily realisable investments
totalling around $28 million (see ASX release below).
How many schools and parents have the time to supervise childern on the internet? How many teachers and parents are prepared to let their students, sons and daughters
have free access to the net (look up Barbie in any search engine and you`ll see what I mean).
This company has the potential to be very big indeed. There recent deal with Acer is a sign of things to come. I believe their product will be standard on many computers in
the future.
From their site:
http://www.kidz.net
"Kidz.net is a service that enables children to get the best out of the Internet while at the same time protecting them from the undesirable aspects of the Web. It is a
fantastic online service that delivers a smaller, safer and smarter Internet for children where they can learn while having fun.
You will find thousands of sites including libraries, art galleries, a comprehensive range of educational sites and online games. Integrating fun and education, your children
can safely experience the best of the Net."
If you want to invest in good internet stock think about the future!

+++++++++++++++++++++++++
I am sure that I do not have to tell you that we have been facing a
volatile and uncertain time in world stockmarkets; including that in
Australia, and many companies have been severely affected.
Unfortunately, it has affected some companies which are completely
sound and have adequate financial resources.
Your own Company is one of these and I feel it is my responsibility
to make sure that you know exactly the present status of your
Company.
Kidz.net Ltd has a sound strategy and business plan, is operating a
successful business and has cash and readily realisable investments
totalling around $28 million, which is expected to more than
adequately fund the gap until positive cashflow is achieved from
operations. We have an experienced and committed Board of Directors.
Next, and most importantly, we have today made a significant
announcement which is a major breakthrough for the Company.
Acer Computer Australia, the number one supplier of PC hardware to
the education market in Australia, has reached a heads of agreement
with our Company, that from 1 July, all Acer Aspire PCs for the
retail market will be loaded with the Kidz.net product.
Acer is currently selling approximately 5,000 PCs per month and
expect this to grow significantly.
This is an exciting development for us which will further consolidate
the Company`s drive in the education area.
In respect of overseas operations, we have now appointed Manoj
Murugan to support our management team in London which will
strengthen our strategy of continuing to develop our alliances in the
UK and Europe. Manoj was previously employed with IBM Australia and
was awarded that company`s 1999 Marketing Award.
The development of KiwiKidz, in association with E-phone in New
Zealand, is on track and will be launched in June. The announcement
has already been met with great enthusiasm, and will be novel in the
way billings of Internet services will occur.
Kidz.net`s push into the education sector has now begun with the
first Catholic primary school adopting Kidz.net as the preferred and
only Internet service for kindergarten through to year 3.
Our business in Australia, supported by the IBM and Acer
arrangements, is moving ahead significantly.
You have a sound Company that is continuing to develop major
alliances with the leaders in computer hardware manufacture, and has
adequate cash resources which will allow it to continue to develop
the very significant potential of the unique Kidz.net product.
You have my assurance that your Board is committed to continue to
work with management to deliver real and lasting shareholder value
from this potential.
