keine ahnung, wann der rechststreit beendet sein wird (kann dauern).
mir kommt es jedenfalls so vor, dass dieser rechtsstreit ungeheuer wichtig fuer die
ist.(lies z.b. mal die news meldungen von gwrx oder schau dir mal die website von denen an)
das stimmt mich bedenklich, da der erfolg einer guten firma nicht auf mysterioese patente
angewiesen sein sollte. produkte sollten sich auch ohne patent verkaufen lassen

ich schaue mir das noch ein bischen an, und wenns nochmal hochgeht hau ich das raus.
da bin ich dann nochmal mit einem blauen auge davongekommen.

GEOWORKS RECEIVES FUNDING FROM INTEGRAL CAPITAL PARTNERS

Integral Capital Partners makes a $5 million direct equity investment

ALAMEDA, Calif. (Sept. 7, 2000) Geoworks Corporation (Nasdaq: GWRX), a leading innovator in mobile data communications services and technologies, today announced that Integral Capital Partners has made a $5 million direct equity investment in Geoworks. Geoworks issued a total of 355,556 shares of common stock to Integral at $14.0625 per share. Geoworks will use the proceeds for general corporate purposes including the ongoing development and marketing of its industry leading solutions for wireless data service providers.
