Das erst kürzlich sehr erfolgreich an der Börse gestartete Online-Glücksspielunternehmen hatte mitgeteilt, dass das Kundenwachstum nachlasse. "Das ist zwar eine extreme Kursreaktion, aber ich denke es ist eine nützliche Korrektur für den Sektor", sagte Paul Leyland von Seymour Pierce. Hey, zockt ihr auch schon mal ne Runde Poker über www.partypoker.com ?

Mich hat ein Bekannter drauf gebracht, ich hatte erst gar keine Lust mir das anzuschauen, doch sehr schnell sprang der Funke der Begeisterung auf mich über. Es macht Megaspass zu Pokern und wenn man sich ein bißchen mit Texas Holdem beschäftigt erkennt man das es sich nicht um ein reines Glücksspiel handelt. Die ersten Preisgelder sind meinem Pokerkonto bereits gutgeschrieben, ich bin im Plus.

In D´land hat Poker einen sehr schlechten Ruf, doch all denen ich das Spiel gezeigt und erklärt habe haben mittlerweile selbst ein Konto eröffnet. Eine gewisse "Suchtgefahr" erscheint mir allerdings tatsächlich gegeben.

Ich sehe ein großes Wachstumspotential in Europa und habe heute zugeschlagen und mir Aktien gekauft. Das Ding ist eine Gelddruckmaschine, rund um die Uhr zocken Zehntausende an im Regelfall über 6.000 Tischen.

Wer sich anmelden möchte und eine Werbeprämie von 25$ kassieren möchte kann sich gerne per BM bei mir melden.

Heute wieder starkes Interesse an PartyGaming. Hatte auch das Glück, nach dem starken Rücksetzer kräftig einsammeln zu können. Vorallem war es in dieser Größenordnung völlig überzogen. Die Aktie(Zumal die Zahlen TOP waren)wird wieder Richtung 2€ laufen. Zum Glück scheint nur dieser Nico Voß von diesen sog. Börsengurus Interesse an dieser Aktie haben. Deswegen wird der Anstieg auch schön langsam von statten gehen.

Na was soll man denn da sagen. Man könnte fast meinen, das unser Rebound voll in die Hose gegangen ist.
Aber wie heist es so schön. Was einen nicht umhaut, macht einen nur noch härter. Also nochmal eine kleine Position dazukaufen

Fast 13% Minus aber warum?

Dies könnte man sich heute bei der Aktie fragen. Es gibt keine offiziellen negativen News.Was dem Unternehmen natürlich heute zu schaffen gemacht hat, war der Index indem Sie vertreten ist. Der FTSE 100. Der viel heute um -16.60Punkte.
Was noch schwerer nachzuvollziehen ist, ist die Tatsache das wir in FRA fast 13% verloren haben, und die in London nur knapp 8%. Selbst bei Life Style Extra können sich es die User nicht so recht erklären. Einziger Ansatz wäre wohl nur bei dem starken Konkurenten 888.com zu sehen. Hier mal der Link zu Life Style Extra hierzu.

Also alles in allem wäre ein schöner Rebound durchaus vorstellbar.

So jetzt bin ich auch mal mit von der Partie. Die Zahlen sehen wirklich nicht schlecht aus und auf dem aktuellen Niveau ist wohl noch etwas Platz nach oben.

NEWS SNAP: PartyGaming 3Q Revenue +32%, Fiscal Year On Track

LONDON -(Dow Jones)- PartyGaming PLC (PRTY.LN), the world`s largest online poker operator, Friday reported a 32% jump in third-quarter revenue and confirmed that revenue and pre-items earnings for 2005 would hit consensus forecasts, triggering a 13% jump in its shares.
After increasing uncertainty about both PartyGaming`s and the industry`s growth outlook, investors were relieved to hear the company is on track to deliver full-year earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortization before share option charges and initial public offering costs of $528 million.
PartyGaming is expected to report revenue of $917 million for the 12 months ended Dec. 31.
The group booked revenue of $220.0 million for the third quarter, in line with consensus expectations, from $166.1 million in the same period a year earlier.
Total active player days were up 53% to 12.2 million in the quarter, and Chief Executive Richard Segal said that since then, "there has been a material uplift in performance across all of the group`s activities."
"The picture for October to date is much better," Segal told reporters on a conference call. He declined to provide any specific figures.
Group Finance Director Martin Weigold said it`s too early to say whether the decision to set up its own gaming platform, which hurt rival Empire Online Ltd. (EOL.LN) forcing it to make a profit warning earlier this week, is partly the reason behind the recent strong performance.
"At the moment it`s difficult to say how much of the uplift is due to the platform itself, and how much is due to the normal seasonal pick-up that we would expect towards the end of the year," Weigold told reporters.
PartyGaming, which made a stellar debut on the U.K. bourse in June but has lost some of its shine in the wake of a trading update in September, said it remains on target to launch an integrated, Party-branded platform featuring a shared purse and the first of four new games in the first half of 2006.
The third quarter results and bullish outlook was well received by investors, who pushed the stock 13% higher to 88 pence in early morning trade.
At 0738 GMT, PartyGaming shares were up 7.25 pence at 85.75 pence, but still well short of their record high of 179.50 pence on July 29.
PartyGaming shares have been hit hard in recent weeks after the company warned that players joining its site weren`t spending as much as its core users, triggering nervousness among investors about the growth outlook.
Seymour Pierce analyst Paul Leyland said PartyGaming has reported encouraging third quarter figures "confounding market rumors to the contrary."
New product launches are positively impacting current trading, which "should demonstrate that the July-August difficulties were a temporary hiatus for Party rather than a structural issue with the market," he said in a note to clients.
However, Leyland remains concerned that the company "will remain unpredictable and vulnerable to competition until the backend has been overhauled." He has no recommendation on PartyGaming.

Cards finally favour PartyGaming

HARD-PRESSED investors finally heard some encouraging noises today from online gambling empire PartyGaming.

The operator of PartyPoker shocked markets last month by warning of a slowdown in growth and its shares have tumbled since.
However, chief executive Richard Segal said: `Revenues for the third quarter were in line with consensus expectations and I am pleased to report that since the end of the third quarter there has been a material uplift in performance.`
PartyGaming moved all its 9m customers from a host of `skin` sites to a single ring-fenced platform at the end of last month. This has boosted poker revenues by 10% compared since the third-quarter ended on 30 September.
Segal said: `Moving PartyPoker to a standalone platform, with increased customer functionality, has contributed to an encouraging increase in poker revenue. Further, the initial response to cross-selling our casino games to PartyPoker customers has been much stronger than anticipated.`
He added that the group remained comfortable-with analysts` forecasts for the full year. Third-quarter revenues rose 32% to $222m with the number of active player days up 53% year-on-year to 12.2m.
PartyGaming floated at 116p a share in June and its shares soon soared to 176p. But at the start of September, Segal warned its growth prospects might not be as great as first suggested.
The shares collapsed 33% in one day, wiping £2bn off the value of the company, leaving them at 105p. They have since sunk to just 78p.
