TEMECULA, Calif., Sep 29, 2005 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- S3 Investment Company Inc. (OTCBB:SEIH) today issued a comment by Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Chris Bickel on the Notice of a Late Filing of Form 10-K filed on Sept. 28, 2005, by the company.

" S3 Investments and its management team remains committed to completing and filing all reports and financial filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission in a timely manner, and this 10-K Annual Report is no exception. However, issues related to our independent auditing firm have precluded the company from meeting the 28 September deadline, so we were left no choice but to file the extension, which gives us an additional 15 days to complete the filing without consequence," stated Mr. Bickel.

" I would like to stress that S3 was prepared with the necessary information to have the filing completed on time and will continue to work cooperatively with our auditors to complete and file the 10-K by October 13, 2005. das würde ich auch eigentlich vermuten, aber was ist, wenn das volle Absicht war? Dieser eine irrwitzige Kauf verschlechtert nämlich die Chartanalysen! Einem größeren Aktien-Käufer dürfte sowas mit Sicherheit 5500 USD wert sein!

Außerdem war es zuvor ja wohl nicht so, daß da keine Asks mehr standen, als der Kurs wie aus dem nichts um 700% nach oben ging.

Der Rückzug der Asks eine Minute zuvor macht eigentlich deutlich, wer denn da die Asks stellt. Das sind wohl im wesentlichen die Käufer.

Eine andere Variante der Interpretation des Vorgangs zielt auf die Stärke der Asks ab, daß mit 500000 Aktien so ziemlich alle höheren Asks abrasiert wurden und das es zu keinerlei konzertierten Aktion der Broker kam.

S3 Investment Company Announces Redwood Capital Investment Banking Agreement with Jaso Holdings
S3 Investment Company, Inc. (OTCBB:SEIH) today announced that portfolio investment Redwood Capital Inc. has signed an initial investment banking agreement with Jaso Holdings, Limited, one of the largest high-value property development, construction and management firms in the cities of Shanghai and Suzhou, China. Jaso Holdings has reported over $78 million in 2004 total revenues and is projecting over $100 million in 2005.

S3 Investment Company Files 14A Preliminary Proxy Statement
S3 Investment Company, Inc. (OTCBB:SEIH) today announced that the company has filed a 14A Preliminary Proxy Statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission requesting shareholder votes on a proposal that would authorize the Board of Directors to withdraw the Company`s election to be treated as a business development company.

The Board believes that given the changing nature of the Company`s business and investment focus from investing, reinvesting, owning, holding, or trading in investment securities toward that of an operating company whose focus will be on acquisitions of controlling investments in operating companies and assets, that the regulatory regime governing business development companies is no longer appropriate and will hinder the Company`s future growth.

S3 Investment Company has been notified by a staff attorney at the Securities and Exchange Commission that an agreement the Company entered into with YaSheng Group has resulted in the creation of "senior securities" as defined by the Investment Company Act of 1940. The staff of the S.E.C. believes that the agreement stipulating YaSheng Group will maintain a 5% non-dilutive interest in the common stock of the Company gives YaSheng Group a senior position. This interpretation could create instances where the Company would not be in compliance with Section 18 of the Investment Company Act of 1940, which requires that the Company maintain net assets to senior security coverage of at least 200%.

"While we believe that the Company remains in compliance with the Investment Company Act of 1940, the Board has determined that in the current environment, continuing to be regulated as a business development company is no longer appropriate and will hinder the Company`s future growth," commented Mr. Bickel. S3 Investment Company CEO Issues Statement on Currency Revaluation Effects for Subsidiary Companies Operating in China
S3 Investment Company, Inc. (OTCBB:SEIH) chairman and chief executive officer Chris Bickel today released a statement in which he outlined how recent action by China`s central bank is expected to have a positive impact on the company`s two portfolio investments doing business in China.

On July 21, 2005, the central bank announced that it was strengthening the Chinese yuan, which is now pegged at 8.11 to one U.S dollar, down from 8.27. It was also announced that in the future, the exchange rate will be made in reference to a basket of currencies, rather than just the U.S. dollar.

"These moves by the central bank are expected to produce both positive and negative results for U.S. companies doing business in China, but as it relates to our portfolio investments, the good news far outweighs any negative impact," commented Mr. Bickel. "For SINO UJE, the cost of purchasing products from U.S. and European suppliers has gone down, since it uses Chinese currency to make these purchases. In essence, SINO`s buying power has increased by 2%.

"Since SINO`s sales prices in China remain the same, the revenue produced by each sale has also increased by 2% when converted to U.S. dollars. As a result, SINO UJE experiences a 4% gross margin effect from this exchange rate adjustment, a difference that will show in the company`s bottom line," added Mr. Bickel.

"For our Redwood Capital subsidiary, the bad news is that an investment of 10 million U.S dollars has obviously been devalued by 2% when compared to the Chinese yuan. The good news is that the revenue and profit numbers for Redwood`s Chinese clients have just increased by 2% when they are translated into U.S. dollars, giving greater economic strength to the client`s financial numbers. We have found that Redwood`s U.S. investment partners are greeting the exchange rate adjustment as excellent news, and it has only increased their enthusiasm for investments into private Chinese companies, even with the lower value of each U.S. dollar invested in this market," continued Mr. Bickel.

S3 Investment Company CEO Returns from China and Reports Trip Results
S3 Investment Company, Inc. (OTCBB:SEIH) today announced that chairman and chief executive officer Chris Bickel has returned from his most recent trip to China in support of two of the company`s two portfolio investments, SINO UJE. S3 Investment Company (OTCBB:SEIH) today announced that portfolio investment Redwood Capital Inc. has signed an a definitive agreement with investment banking client Xingye Copper Co. Limited, whereby Redwood will assist Xingye Copper with a reverse merger into a public U.S. company and financing in U.S. capital markets.

Under terms of the agreement, Redwood Capital will provide services to Xingye Copper, a leader in the production of high-precision copper strips with projected after-tax profits for the 2005 calendar year of $9.6 million, as it moves through the process of an initial Private Investment in Public Equity (PIPE) followed by a listing on a U.S. national market and a subsequent secondary registered offering. In consideration for its participation in this process, Redwood Capital will receive compensation in the form of up front fees, ongoing fees for strategic planning services, equity in the company and warrant coverage. Moving forward, there will be additional fees for services and equity/warrant participation in follow on public offerings for Xingye Copper.

S3 Investment Company Announces SINO UJE June Financial Results; Portfolio Company Revenue Tops $1 Million for First Half of 2005
S3 Investment Company (OTCBB:SEIH) today announced the June 2005 financial information for its portfolio investment company, SINO UJE Ltd. Gross revenue for the month was over $300,000 (USD), bringing the total amount of SINO`s gross revenue for the year to over $1 million.

"These numbers reflect the continued effectiveness of Managing Director Li Jun and his staff in China," commented Chris Bickel, chairman and chief executive officer of S3 Investment Company. "Revenue numbers have grown from the mid-five figures in each of the first two months of the year, to averaging approximately $300,000 for each of the subsequent months of calendar year 2005. Maintaining sales to its existing network of customers in China solidified SINO`s revenue numbers from March through June, and the ongoing expansion of sales to new market sectors is expected to result in even better monthly performance over the last half of the calendar year.

"Net profit for June exceeded 22 percent of gross revenues, which indicates that SINO UJE continues to boost its efficiency and control costs. SINO`s continued focus will be to improve both the top and bottom line numbers for the company and grow the value of this investment for S3 shareholders," added Bickel.

S3 Investment Company Announces Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu to Perform Audit for Xingye Copper
S3 Investment Company (OTCBB:SEIH) today announced that Xingye Copper Co. Limited, the newest investment banking client for portfolio company Redwood Capital Inc., has engaged Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu as its independent U.S. auditing firm.

Deloitte, which serves over half of the world`s largest companies and first established offices in China in 1917, will perform the GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) audit for use in the planned reverse merger of Xingye into a U.S. public company and subsequent fundraising activities. The audit is a critical requirement for this process and by using a firm with the profile of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, Redwood Capital expects that all facets of the audit will be completed within a relatively short timeframe.

"Bringing in one of the Big Four accounting firms to do the audit work is a major commitment by Xingye and one that will be respected by potential investors in the company," commented Chris Bickel, chairman and chief executive officer of S3 Investment Company. "This is the initial and critical step in the process of preparing the company ready for a reverse merger and subsequent funding. Xingye is cooperating fully and committing to payment of any expediting fees necessary to have this audit work completed by July 24th. "We expect that Redwood`s definitive agreement with Xingye Copper, while a formality at this point as a verbal agreement is in place and the auditor is already engaged, will be in place within a week. S3 Investment Company (OTCBB:SEIH) today announced that portfolio investment company Redwood Capital, Inc. has signed a definitive agreement with its first investment banking client, DALIAN FUSHI Bimetallic Products, Ltd., China`s market leader in the manufacture of copper wire and cable.

S3 Investment Company (OTCBB:SEIH) today announced that portfolio investment company, Redwood Capital, Inc., has begun work with its European Director, Olivier Pichard, to begin the expansion of the worldwide DALIAN FUSHI distribution network.

S3 Investment Co. Announces Settlement of Largest Creditor Obligation
S3 Investment Co. (OTCBB:SEIH) today announced that the company has entered into a transaction to eliminate its single largest creditor obligation and prevent the enforcement of a judgment that the board of directors believed would have threatened S3 Investments` ability to continue as a going concern.

Under terms of the transaction, S3 Investments agreed to issue a total of 600 million shares of its common stock in exchange for which La Jolla Cove Investors Inc. agreed to pay an outstanding judgment against the company of $292,159. The company has issued the shares into a trust account from which La Jolla is entitled to draw down shares provided that their ownership does not exceed 4.9 percent of the company`s total issued and outstanding shares. Upon liquidation of the shares, La Jolla is obligated to return to the company 55 percent of any proceeds in excess of $136,079.

Chris Bickel, chairman and chief executive officer of S3 Investments, commented: "This obligation was another of the liabilities that current management inherited when we came on board several months ago, and we had come to the point that it had to be settled or assets of the company would have been attached, threatening the long-term future of S3 Investments. All other avenues had been exhausted, and the board believes that this transaction was the best method to settle the matter and allow the company to raise some capital to be used to bolster the value of its subsidiary holdings or target additional investments for its portfolio.

"This is the last of the significant legal liabilities that we inherited from past management, and we do not anticipate having to use equity to satisfy liabilities beyond this transaction. We have also instituted control measures to ensure that the liquidation of shares by La Jolla Cove will have the least possible impact on the market for S3 Investment stock.

S3 Investment Company Files Lawsuit Regarding TSPartner Acquisition

S3 Investment Company Executive VP Completes China Trip in Support of Portfolio Companies
S3 Investment Company Inc. (OTCBB:SEIH) today announced that Executive Vice President Bradley Smith has returned from his two-week trip to China where he assisted the company`s two active portfolio investments, SINO UJE Ltd. and Redwood Capital Inc., with a number of management tasks.

At the Beijing registered office of Redwood Capital, Mr. Smith participated in the interview process to fill two of Redwood`s key vacant positions, general manager and chief representative. After two weeks of interviews, Redwood Capital hired Mr. Miao Yang as general manager, a position with responsibilities that include sourcing new Chinese clients and managing the relationship up to, through, and after the reverse merger/financing transaction. Redwood also hired as chief representative Ms. Ying Li, who is tasked with managing the day-to-day operations of the Beijing office. Ms. Ying will oversee the due diligence process for prospective Redwood clients, including research, initial accounting and financial analysis of potential Chinese client companies.

MANAGEMENTS DISCUSSION AND ANALYSIS OF FINANCIAL CONDITION AND RESULTS OF OPERATIONS

The following information should be read in conjunction with the consolidated financial statements and notes thereto appearing elsewhere in this Form 10-K.

Plan of Operation

On April 12, 2004 the Company`s Board of Directors elected to be regulated as a business investment company under the Investment Company Act of 1940. As a business development company ("BDC"), the Company is required to maintain at least 70% of its assets invested in "eligible portfolio companies", which are loosely defined as any domestic company which is not publicly traded or that has assets less than $4 million.

As of April 28, 2004, management has recognized that there is a deficiency in liquidity. Such deficiency has been noted in the notes to the financial statements and the audit opinion. To remedy this situation, the Board of Directors authorized management to file Form 1-E with the Commission notifying of its intent to sell up to $5 million of the Company`s common stock under a Regulation E exemption.

S3 Investment Company, Inc. presently has three portfolio investment, Securesoft Systems, Inc., Sino UJE, LTD, and Redwood Capital, Inc. Management anticipates making additional portfolio investments as opportunities present themselves in the coming year.

Currently, there are no commitments for material expenditures. It should be noted that the Company`s auditors Chisholm, Bierwolf & Nilson, LLC have expressed in their audit opinion letter that there is substantial doubt about the Company`s ability to continue as a going concern.

In October of 2004, S3 Investment Company, Inc. signed a management contract with Javelin Advisory Group to provide administrative services. Javelin will provide services such as accounting, public relations, and various other administrative functions as well as office rent. This service will eliminate virtually all overhead costs plus it will free up present staff to concentrate on revenue generating activities.


General and Administrative Expenses
General and administrative expenses ("G&A") were $313,237 for the 12 months ended June 30, 2005, compared to $100,990 for the 12 months ended June 30, 2004, an increase of $212,337. The increase in G&A is due primarily due to increased activity in acquiring new portfolio companies.

Liquidity and Capital Resources

The Company`s financial statements present an impairment in terms of liquidity. As of June 30, 2005 the Company had $485,002 in current liabilities which exceeded current assets by approximately $436,507. The Company has accumulated $2,889,764 of net operating losses through June 30, 2005, which may be used to reduce taxes in future years through 2022. The use of these losses to reduce future income taxes will depend on the generation of sufficient taxable income prior to the expiration of the net operating loss carry-forwards. The potential tax benefit of the net operating loss carry-forwards have been offset by a valuation allowance of the same amount. The Company has not yet established revenues to cover its operating costs. Management believes that the Company will soon be able to generate revenues sufficient to cover its operating costs through the acquisition of operating subsidiaries. In the event the Company is unable to do so, and if suitable financing is unavailable, there is substantial doubt about the Company`s ability to continue as a going concern.

Results of Operation

For the year ended June 30, 2005 the Company had a net loss of $2,279,840 compared to a net loss of $609,924 for year ended June 30, 2004. The majority of this loss has to do with the write off of the Securesoft loan. All efforts to market the Securesoft product have been unsuccessful and the Secursoft operation has been shut down.

Unverändert gegenüber gestern.
Das Ergebnis ist im Rahmen der Erwartungen, entspricht aber nicht der unrealistischen Phantasie, S3 würde mit Redwood-Gewinnen bereits Aktien zurückkaufen.

Es gibt bisher kaum Gewinne von Redwood, aber das wird sich im kommenden Quartal ändern, denn dann fällt der Verlustvortrag von S3 weg. Daher gab es
offensichtlich auch keine Gewinnausschüttung von Sino UJE.

Wir hörten doch was von 310000 USD Gewinn aus dem 1. und 2. Quartal dieses Jahres. Ich weiss nicht, ob das Geschäftsjahr bei Sino UJE auch von Juli bis Juni geht, wenn ja, dann könnte es evtl. auch noch sein, daß Sino UJE vom ersten halben Geschäftsjahr einen Verlustvortrag hat, der im 2. Halbjahr zunächst erst einmal abgetragen wurde.
Der vermehrte Verlust korrespondiert mit dem nicht ausgezahlten Gewinnanteil, jedoch steht davon S3, wenn nicht mit YaSheng andere Vereinbarungen getroffen wurden, eh nur die Hälfte zu. D. h. eigentlich hat S3 mit nur etwa 300000 USD den Turnaround verfehlt.

Im nächsten Quartal wird es jedoch keine Belastungen mehr durch TSPartner oder Securesoft geben, insofern ist das der Schlußstrich! Ich verkaufe nicht!

Außerdem sind es diejenigen 300000 USD, die im letzten Quartalsbericht als stille Reserven ausgewiesen wurden. Nun ja, die wurden ja nicht herausgezogen, sondern nur nicht mehr in die Buchhaltung einbezogen, weil, wie man jetzt lesen kann, die stillen Reserven ausschließlich daherrühren, daß man die Investments vom Marktwert höher bzw. niedriger einschätzt. Ich bin der Meinung, so etwas gehört überhaupt nicht in die Buchhaltung einbezogen und dafür hätte ich den Keating auch gefeuert, denn damit wurde im letzten Quartalsbericht die wahre Situation von S3 verschleiert, was aber möglicherweise auch vom Vorstand her beabsichtigt war.

Für mich sind stille Reserven ausschließlich diejenigen Gelder (!), die der Muttergesellschaft als Gewinnausschüttung zustehen, auf deren Aushändigung jedoch verzichtet wird!

Was mir beim Verlustvortrag nicht gefällt, ist die Aussage, daß diesen möglicherweise sowieso nicht nutzen könnte. Denn eigentlich ist der doch gar nicht so hoch. Andererseits haben aber auch gerade viele deutsche Unternehmen den geldwerten Steuervorteil aus Verlustvortrag komplett ausgebucht und damit Phantomverluste realisiert, die z. T. sogar Kapitalerhöhungen erforderten, weil 50% des Grundkapitals aufgezehrt waren. Das kann uns so zumindest so nicht blühen.

Ich denke, die Zittrigen sind jetzt (oder sehr bald) draußen.
Defacto gab es nur eine Korrektur eines Buchhaltungsfehlers und gar keinen Verlust mehr, d. h. effektiver ein echter Turnaround und eine Reduzierung der Verbindlichkeiten.

Warum sollte es vor diesem Hintergrund noch abwärts gehen? Abwärts sind wir durch den 200-Tage-Trend gut abgesichert.

Seitwärts könnt`s auch gehen, aber in diesem Quartal dürfte Redwood Capital in den Fokus der Anleger kommen und das hieße eigentlich, daß es eher einen Aufwärtstrend gibt, auch wenn es evtl. bei Sino UJE (das ist vielleicht auch nur meine persönliche vorsichtige Einschätzung) nicht so gut lief, wie im 2. Quartal 2005. Außerdem schließt sich in Kürze das Dreieck zwischen 38-Tage und 200-Tageslinie, und danach ist ein Seitwärtstrend äußerst außergewöhnlich.

Ich glaube, daß diejenigen, die mit den Zahlen eher nicht zufrieden sind, gar nicht so groß ist. Daß die Zahlen nach dem vorherigen Quartalsbericht nicht allzu gut ausfallen konnten, hatte ich hier schon ausreichend zuvor geschrieben. Sie sind im Rahmen der meiner Erwartungen, aber ich hätte mir auch ein paar Worte mehr über Sino UJE und Redwood Capital gewünscht.

Da LJ nur noch Aktien für 35000 USD hatte, wird die Zahl der Aktionäre in etwa bei 200 liegen.

Die Frage ist doch, wann kaum noch Aktien da sind?
Die Zeit arbeitet gegen diejenigen, die noch einsteigen wollen. Es werden Meldungen von Redwood Capital und Sino UJE folgen. Bereits heute beginnt die Messe in Guangzhou. Und die Quartalszahlen von Sino UJE dürften ebenfalls in den nächsten Tagen folgen. Von nun an dürfte S3 schwarze Zahlen schreiben und das ist doch Grund genug, dabei zu sein! Der Herbst ist bei fast allen Unternehmen die umsatzstärkste Zeit und bei einem ausgebombten Wert, wie diesem werden die Ausschläge entsprechend überproportional sein.

wie sich der Kurs entwickelt, hängt natürlich auch davon ab, ob die paar Aktionäre short- oder long-Positionen haben. Die Menge der Short-Positionen schätze ich gegenwärtig auf 15 bis 20%. Tendenz rapide abnehmend.
Von den gestrigen Käufen waren ca. 80 Mio vor und ca. 50 Mio. nach Veröffentlichung des Ergebnisses.

Ich glaube, daß die Zahl der Short-Positionen pro Handelstag um bis zu ca. 10% abnimmt. In den nächsten 10 Handelstagen könnte daher die Zahl der Shortpositionen auf etwa 40 Mio. sinken. Und dann gibt`s bei jeder Meldung ein Kursfeuerwerk.

sicher dürfte sein, daß in dem Falle die Kurzfristanleger so gut wie aus dem Markt wären. Vielleicht zielt diese Überlegung ja auch nur darauf ab.

Dann kämen wir nämlich deutlich schneller nach oben. Wir hatten gestern den zweiten Ausbruchsversuch und in der Regel ist der dritte erfolgreich. Ausbruch hieße Kurse von 0,0017 oder höher. Ich weiss nicht, ob dies schon Montag nachmittag geschieht, aber ich denke nächste Woche auf jeden Fall, denn erfahrungsgemäß steigt der Kurs während der Messen schon an.

Bei der letzten Messe waren es dank der Meldung über Jaso 38%. Sowas kann nämlich ganz nebenbei auch noch dabei herauskommen.

Der Kurs stieg ja bereits gestern zum Schluß von 0,0011 auf 0,0013 an und die Tendenz wird sich (evtl. nach einem kleinen umsatzschwachen Rücksetzer auf 0,0012), so denke ich, weiter fortsetzen.

In Deutschland stehen momentan noch die größeren Short-Positionen.

Ich kann nur dringend anraten: Solange es in den USA günstiger ist, sollte man Positionen ab 500 Euro dort einkaufen, denn mit jedem Kauf in Berlin hilft man den Leuten mit Short-Positionen, diese auszubauen. Somit arbeitet ihr gegen Eure eigenen Long-Interessen.

Es kann doch nicht darum gehen, nur deshalb in Berlin bzw. auch Frankfurt geringe Mengen einzukaufen, um optisch 100% Kurssteigerung vorzugaukeln.

Wenn Berlin bzw. Frankfurt günstiger sind als die USA sollte man den Einkaufsort wechseln.

ich werde meine Aktien auch nicht für 0,002 abgeben, kommt überhaupt nicht in die Tüte!

Diesen Monat findet schließlich noch eine Versammlung statt, wobei es um die Abwahl des BDC Firmenstatus geht.

Ich hoffe, daß das bereits beim nächsten Report dann dazu führt, daß wir die Umsätze und Erlöse von Sino UJE und Redwood Capital im Bericht sehen werden.

Wann genau das die Versammlung ist, weiss ich nicht, da ich keine Einladung über Consors bekam, doch was passiert denn mit dem Kurs, wenn der Antrag durchgeht? Richtig, man kann nach KGV etc. den Kurs gestalten und nicht nach dem Wert der Investments (was man mal dafür bezahlt hat ). Sino UJE und der S3-Mantel sind zusammen bestimmt schon 0,0018 USD Wert. Redwood Capital wird die Börse in Kürze bewerten.

Das war ja schon gar nicht schlecht. Ich hab den Rest meiner Short-Position verkauft 540 Euro Gewinn gemacht.

Ich bin sehr gespannt, wie die Amis heute reagieren. Die Stabilität am Freitag hat mich doch sehr beruhigt.
In kleinen Schritten nach oben wäre eine schöne Sache. Da weckt man dann auch nicht so wahnsinnig viel Aufmerksamkeit bei gewissen Leuten.

Nach den negativen Nachrichten vom September sind nun mal wieder gute Nachrichten dran. Ich hatte eine Zeit lang die erwarteten Schlußkurse korrekt (mit Ausnahme um 0,0001 USD daneben) vorhergesagt und auch die erwartete Handelsspanne war nur einmal daneben. Das sind die Voraussetzungen um auch Indraday Gewinne mitzunehmen.

Ich hab nun schließlich auch 8300 Euro hier drin gehabt, damit ich den Einsatz von nun 2500 Euro insgesamt als Gewinn habe. Meine Position bleibt nun konstant und ich harre der Dinge, die Hickel uns Aktionären beschert.

was heißt hier Stabilität, das war doch zu erwarten. Es kann mir keiner erzählen, daß er 100 Seiten in x Sekunden versteht. Die einen lesen, die Shorts verkaufen, weil die nur untem Strich gucken bzw. Selling by News betreiben und die Longs jedes Detail durchleuchten müssen, bevor sie sich sicher sind, ob sie ihre Positionen weiter aufbauen.
Hickel hat den Shorts die passende Gelegenheit gegeben.

Aber vor SEIH hab ich nicht in den USA eingekauft, ist m.E. aber notwendig, Zumal man nicht weiss, wielange die Position in Berlin braucht, bis sie zu 0,002 verkauft werden kann.

Fallen noch einmal zusätzlichen Kosten an, wenn ich die 4. Nachkommastelle über Telefon mache? Immerhin kann der Kunde doch nichts dafür, dass man online nur 3 Stellen angeben kann.

Ich möchte mal die Einschätzungen bei Ragingbull zusammenfassen.

1. Das auf den ersten Blick hohe Einkommen von Chris Bickel wird als adäquat angesehen. Eher wäre ein niedrigeres bedenklich.
2. Der Bericht zeigt, daß S3 Investment die Insolvenz abgewendet hat.
3. Dividendenzahlungen bzw. Rückzahlungen des Warenkredites von Sino UJE wurden dort (noch) nicht erwartet. (Ich auch noch nicht, zumal das 1. Geschäftshalbjahr bei Sino UJE ja noch negativ war und die Aufträge vom Juni vermutlich erst im Juli bezahlt sein werden)
4. Die Bewertung der Investments ist konservativer als im letzten Quartalsbericht. (Daher der 0,3 Mio. USD-Buchverlust)
5. Die Neuausgabe von Aktien ist mit 1,2% als moderat bewertet.

Für 0,5 taugt die Aktie nix, höchstens 0,15 vielleicht in einem Jahr oder nach einem Resplit, aber der soll ja wohl erst mal nicht kommen.

Wenn`s nach dem Chart geht, müßte es morgen nach dem Inverted Hammer weiter nach oben gehen. Wir haben mal wieder die Idealkombination eines Charts: kurzfristig bullish, mittelfristig bullish, langfristig bullish!

Ich bin jedoch skeptisch, da ich heute eigentlich von einem Volumen so um die 40 Mio. Stück ausging. Daher könnte es auch sein, daß wir uns morgen noch einmal in der Handelsspanne 0,0012 bis 0,0014 aufhalten müssen. Vielleicht schaffen wir morgen ja auch wieder zumindest mit geringerem Volumen die 0,0015. Geringes Volumen bei 0,0015 hieße aber leider auch, daß dann der kurzfristige Trend auf neutral springt, d. h. übermorgen vermutlich zurück. Lieber also ein größeres Volumen bei 0,0015. Wir werden sehen.

I don`t know if it was so clear, but WTF, they are gone.

2. "Things are quite well at SINO UJE and they are the main cash flow for the company as we no longer raise money."

3. Dalian is only waiting on the SEC filings to be closed. The money is in escrow. Per new SEC regs (of which Dalian is the FIRST foreign company to reverse merge under these regs) ALL the SEC filings have to be completed and filed prior to the closing of the reverse merger.

4. "We are doing quite well here even if it appears otherwise"

stupid BDC accounting is why! can`t wait until the BDC goes away.

Hopefully the above will give some people some comfort here. There should be a company newsletter out soon I would hope that will detail SINO results. I am pestering chris about that now.
He is in China for one month starting the first week of November.
He apologized that they are not meeting my expectations in the PR area. I am going to work on him more about this. They need to communicate more.
