Wesley Clark is the former U.S. Army general who ran as a Democratic candidate for the presidency in the 2004 election.

General W. Clark was responsible for about 109,000 U.S. troops and all U.S. military activities in 89 countries and territories of Europe, Africa, and the Middle East! As Supreme Allied Command he also had overall command of NATO military forces in Europe and led approximately 60,000 troops from 37 NATO and other nations in Bosnia-Herzegovina! Gen. W. Clark got this responsibility from President Bill Clinton himself!!!

He also had a distinguished career in the Army and the Department of Defense.

Gen. Clark has received so many military decorations over the course of his career. He’s received a silver star, a bronze star, Defense Distinguished Service Medal, 1st Cavalry Division, Legion of Merit, Purple Heart, Meritorious Service Medal, Army Commendation Medal, Joint Meritorious Unit Citation, National Defense Service Medal, Vietnam Service Medal, Army Service Ribbon, Vietnam Campaign Medal, Combat Infantryman Badge, Parachutist Badge, Ranger Tab, Army Staff Identification Badge, a Joint Chiefs of Staff Identification Badge, and the Presidential Medal of Freedom !!!!! Nevertheless, He has had over 20 more honors!

As you can see General Clark is a perfect fit for VSPC and will contribute tremendously.

Gen. W. Clark is even considered a potential candidate for the Democratic nomination for President in 2008!!!

General Wesley K. Clark was also on the Board of Directors of a company Acxiom® Corporation (ACXM). ACXM is a 2 Billion dollar company right now! After General Wesley Clark got involved with the company, ACXM went from a couple dollars all the way up to as high as $45 bucks before he resigned!!!!!!!!!

There is no better person that VSPC could have had to come on board! I have never seen someone of this caliber come on board of a bulletin board stock before! Every investor should now realize how solid VSPC is and how much potential is here! There is no holding this back...

(OTCBB: VSPC), a company that transforms proven space and defense technologies from NASA and the Department of Defense into hardware and software solutions, announced today that retired four-star Army General Wesley K. Clark has joined the Company’s Board of Directors. This appointment brings the total number of directors to seven. General Clark is the Company’s fourth independent director.

During thirty-four years of service in the United States Army Wesley K. Clark rose to the rank of four-star general as NATO`s Supreme Allied Commander, Europe. After his retirement in 2000, he became an investment banker, author, commentator, and businessman. In September 2003, he declared his intention to seek the Democratic nomination for President of the United States. In February 2004 he returned to the private sector.

Dr. Carl Kukkonen, Chief Executive Officer of VIASPACE, said, “The addition of General Clark to VIASPACE’s Board of Directors is a watershed event for the Company. General Clark has received many awards and honors throughout his distinguished career including the Presidential Medal of Freedom, The State Department Distinguished Service Award, The US Department of Defense Distinguished Service Medal, The US Army Distinguished Service Medal, The Silver Star, The Bronze Star, The Purple Heart, and Honorary Knighthoods from the British and Dutch governments. He is the author of the best selling book Waging Modern War: Bosnia, Kosovo and the Future of Combat and Winning Modern War: Iraq, Terrorism and the American Empire. General Clark currently serves in leadership roles with a number of non-profit public service organizations.
