Exchanges is pleased to announce that it has agreed to the terms for a joint
venture drilling opportunity on its Tennessee lease. According to third party
experts, the potential natural gas reserves for the targeted formation are in
the tens of millions of dollars. The full valuation report is being finalized
as of the date of this release. Drilling is expected to commence in June-July
on this prospect.
