Da bisher nur eine Diskussion zu diesem Wert mit dem ehemaligen Namen "East Coast Minerals" besteht
( Thread: Lithium aus Österreich ), hier nun nochmal für Global Strategic Metals.
Ausgebaut werden soll eine stillgelegte Lithiummine in Österreich und aufgebaut werden soll eine Verarbeitungsanlage. Heute am 25.Oktober gab es auch eine neue Firmenpräsentation: http://www.globalstrategicmetalsnl.com/framework/documents/s…
Laut Präsentation ist das Ziel im 2. Quartal 2013 wieder Lithiumerz abzubauen. 2016 soll dann die Verarbeitungsanlage fertig gestellt werden.
Ich denke das könnte ein interessanter Wert für die nächsten Jahre sein, da das Projekt ein guten Standort hat (Österreich, gute Anbindung an die Industriestandorte Europas, sowie gute Infrastruktur, einziger Lithiumproduzent Europas).

Global Strategic Metals NL owns an 80% interest in a lithium (Li) deposit located in Wolfsberg, Austria.
– Option to increase holding to 100% on completion of the Definitive Feasibility Study (DFS) (due to commence Q4 2012)
– The Li deposit, known as the ‘Wolfsberg Lithium Project’, comes with 22 exploration licences, together with exploration and development permits issued by the Austrian Mining Authority (Montanbehörde).
– The deposit is split into two zones. Zone 1 on the northern flank of an anticline and zone 2 on the southern flank.
Zone 1
Resource of 18Mt of lithium concentrate, including a ‘Measured’ JORC resource of 3.7Mt @ 1.5% lithium oxide (Li2O).
– The total resource is supported by 35 surface trench excavations with 200 samples, 64 surface diamond drill holes for 12012 metres, 37 underground diamond drill holes for 4715 metres and 1607 assays.

"Global Strategic Metals (GSM) has secured the approval of the Austrian Mining Authority to commence operations at its 80% owned Wolfsberg lithium project.
Under the approval terms, the GSM will be liable to complete the mining activities on the project within two years of securing the license grant.
"A formal application and hearing was held in St Gertraud, Carinthia, Austria in December 2012 where groups representing the Town Council, Environmental and Public interest were present along with all departments of the Mines Authority," the company stated.
The project is located in Carinthia, 270 km south of Vienna and the approval was secured alongside various exemptions and variations in the license.
Exemptions include cost saving of nearly €200,000 in contractor fees for egress as it is permitted to extract 2 by 500 tonne bulk samples without the requirement to complete a second egress.
Global also secured the reduction in the bond payment to €20,000 from previously claimed €200,000.
The company has stated that it is seeking three tenders from local contractors to extract the bulk samples."
