Warum veröffentlicht ClearStream überhaupt eine Liste und sagt nicht pauschal "Alle Cannabis Titel weg ... " ? Hier kommt schon noch eine geschmeidige Lösung, da mache ich mir wenig Sorgen.

Weil Auscann nicht auf der Liste steht, hab ich sie gehalten und hoffe auf einen weiteren Verlust heute Nacht, dass ich morgen nochmal nachkaufen kann, bevor die Zahlen kommen.
Übrigens ein Freund von mir sagte, dass die Sparkasse wohl einen eigenen Verwalter hätte und die Umbuchung kein großes Problem wäre, aber da rate ich jedem dazu, dass er sich selbst noch einmal erkundigt, da ich selber noch nicht nachgefragt habe.
Ich bin so auf die Zahlen gespannt!

Ich hab bei der DIBa nachgefragt, es wird dann kein Handel mehr möglich sein, für die Aktien, die auf der Liste stehen, Aber es gibt ja noch andere Möglichkeiten ohne clearstream

SX-listed medical cannabis firm AusCann Group Holdings Ltd has successfully completed the placement of 30.4 million shares that netted the company A$33.4 million ($25 million) in fresh capital. In a disclosure to the Australia Securities Exchange, AusCann said the placement was made to investors from North America and Australia, including AusCann’s major shareholder, Canopy Growth Corporation, which, following completion of the placement, will increase its ownership to 11.2 per cent. The placement represents 30.4 million new fully paid ordinary shares in AusCann under an issue price of A$1.10, an 11.7 per cent discount on the weighted average price of its shares over the 15-day prior period of trade. Based in Australia, AusCann seeks to produce clinically validated cannabinoid medicines. It initially targets medications for neuropathic and chronic pain in Australia and Chile, while exploring global export opportunities.

29/01/2019 Germany Is Looking for Its First-Ever (Legal) Pot Growers - Germany’s leap into homegrown medical marijuana is nothing if not orderly. The government is moving to assure a local supply of the drug by giving out grower contracts for 10,400 kilograms (22,928 pounds) of pot over the next four years. The Federal Institute for Drugs and Medical Devices’s so-called Cannabis Agency will choose between 79 bidders from growers by the end of June, the agency said on Monday. Germany has relied on imports from the Netherlands and Canada since it legalized medical marijuana in March 2017. Now it’s aiming for the first local harvest by the end of next year. Producers and pharmacies will still be allowed to buy from foreign growers, but the tender will ensure a high-quality native supply is also available, said Maik Pommer, a spokesman for the drugs agency. “It’s about ensuring the security of the supply,” Pommer said. He wouldn’t comment on where the main growing regions will be, though the contracts are being given out in 200-kilogram lots to make them accessible for small growers, reports Bloomberg;
29/01/2019 Thailand to revoke foreign patent requests on marijuana - Thailand on Monday effectively revoked all foreign patent requests for the use of marijuana, after fears foreign firms would dominate a market thrown open last month when the government approved the drug for medical use and research. The junta-appointed parliament in Thailand, a country which until the 1930s had a tradition of using marijuana to relieve pain and fatigue, voted to amend the Narcotic Act of 1979 in December in what it described as “a New Year’s gift to the Thai people”. While countries from Colombia to Canada have legalised marijuana for medical or even recreational use, the drug remains illegal and taboo across much of Southeast Asia. But in Thailand, the main controversy with the legalisation involved patent requests by two foreign firms, British giant GW Pharmaceuticals and Japan’s Otsuka Pharmaceutical, filed before the change to the law. Thai civil society groups and researchers feared domination by foreign firms could make it harder for Thai patients to get access to medicines and for Thai researchers to get marijuana extracts, reports Reuters.
28/01/2019 New bills would legalize recreational marijuana in Minnesota - Two Minnesota lawmakers have proposed legislation that would legalize recreational marijuana to the state, hoping to start what they acknowledge will be a long and contentious discussion. Edina Democrat Melissa Franzen introduced the measure in the Senate, and Golden Valley Democrat Mike Freiberg proposed it in the House. They said at a news conference their proposal focuses on establishing a regulatory framework for legal sales of recreational cannabis starting in 2022 and for taxing them. Franzen and Freiberg say they’re hoping to at least get hearings on the issue. While there’s a new Democratic majority in the Minnesota House, Republicans still hold a slim majority in the state Senate, where Majority Leader Paul Gazelka issued a statement saying that he doesn’t think the legislation will pass this year, reports Washington Post;

Now, in response to written questions from senators, Barr is putting that pledge on paper, in black and white. He's also calling for the approval of more legal growers of marijuana for research, and is acknowledging that a recent bill legalizing hemp has broad implications for sale of cannabis products. "As discussed at my hearing, I do not intend to go after parties who have complied with state law in reliance on the Cole Memorandum," he wrote, referring to Obama-era cannabis enforcement guidance that then-Attorney General Jeff Sessions rescinded last year. That said, Barr isn't committing to formally replacing the Cole Memo, which generally directed federal prosecutors not to interfere with state marijuana laws, with new guidance reiterating the approach, reports Forbes;

Ten days later, Mamacha created a CBD-laced drink to celebrate the marijuana holiday, 420. Suddenly there was a line out the door. Cahan and Mamacha’s other owners sensed an opportunity. They learned as much as they could about CBD, reformulated their menu and curated oils, tinctures and other products to sell in the store. About half of Mamacha’s sales come from CBD drinks and products, with the other half coming from virgin matcha and coffee drinks. The company now plans to introduce in March a line of “functional elixirs” targeted for specific purposes like sleep, focus and anti-inflammation. Coffee. Cocktails. Lotion. Dog treats. You name it, CBD is probably in it. Most CBD is now federally legal thanks to the farm bill President Donald Trump signed in December. The government is moving to assure a local supply of the drug by giving out grower contracts for 10,400 kilograms (22,928 pounds) of pot over the next four years. The Federal Institute for Drugs and Medical Devices’s so-called Cannabis Agency will choose between 79 bidders from growers by the end of June, the agency said on Monday. Germany has relied on imports from the Netherlands and Canada since it legalized medical marijuana in March 2017. Now it’s aiming for the first local harvest by the end of next year. Producers and pharmacies will still be allowed to buy from foreign growers, but the tender will ensure a high-quality native supply is also available, said Maik Pommer, a spokesman for the drugs agency. “It’s about ensuring the security of the supply,” Pommer said. The junta-appointed parliament in Thailand, a country which until the 1930s had a tradition of using marijuana to relieve pain and fatigue, voted to amend the Narcotic Act of 1979 in December in what it described as “a New Year’s gift to the Thai people”. While countries from Colombia to Canada have legalised marijuana for medical or even recreational use, the drug remains illegal and taboo across much of Southeast Asia. Das Problem ist was, anderes, noch keine Umsatzzahlen und kein CEO. 0,55-0,65 Australische wäre Top und auch angebracht. AusCann ist ein Flagschiff mit über 180 Millionen Wert und 40 Millionen Cash auf dem Konto, leider fährt das Schiff zur Zeit ohne Kapitän. Sobald der neue CEO vorhanden ist, AusCann ist sehr wählerisch, sie haben schon 2 abgelehnt, wird es sofort aufwärts gehen. Ich konnte heute Super bei ASX nachkaufen, dieser Kurs war zu verlockend. Wenn es geht kaufe ich Morgen, besser gesagt heute Nacht nochmal nach. Ende des Jahres ist Auscann auf gut 0,80-1,00 Australische Dollar, nächstes Jahr startet die Rakete. ich habe nicht gedacht, das ich nochmal so tief Einkaufen, ich bin schon lange in AusCann. Im Vergleich zu anderen Cannabis Werten scheint hier der News Flow auch sehr dünn zu sein. Vom Interesse sowohl im Forum als auch bei den Trades in Deutschland will ich da mal gar nicht reden.

Sales rose 3.7 percent in December from November’s initial tally of C$53 million, Statistics Canada said Friday in a broader report on retail sales. The South Australian Government agency's rural chemicals operations manager Michael McManus said he had become aware that some hemp producers were facing unwanted attention on their crops. The first commercial harvest of industrial hemp crops is underway. "It is just not worth the risk to try and steal them," Mr McManus said. "Industrial hemp should not be confused with medicinal cannabis or marijuana. This crop is essentially just like any other agricultural crop such as wheat or barley. Depending on the final purpose of the industrial hemp crop, spraying for insects and weeds can occur, so anyone thinking of stealing industrial hemp plants to either consume or smoke will experience absolutely no 'high'. 20/02/2019 Labor frontbench to push for household limit on legal cannabis plants - The Labor frontbench will flag plans to set a limit on the number of cannabis plants households can have, when a bill to legalise the drug returns to the ACT Legislative Assembly. It will also move to keep the number of plants an individual can legally grow at two and set restrictions to stop the drug being grown on verges. The parliament will debate in principle on Wednesday the private member's bill from Labor backbencher Michael Pettersson which removes the possession of under 50g of cannabis as a criminal offence and allows individuals to cultivate up to four plants. The bill has attracted general support from the rest of the Labor Party and the Greens, although both parties have a string of amendments to bring forward in coming months. The Labor executive is still drafting its amendments, but it is understood frontbenchers want to retain the current cultivation limit of two plants and bring in a total household limit.

Hi, ich würde eigentlich auch ganz gerne in AusCann investieren, aber wieso kennt der Kurs nur den Weg Richtung Süden ?
Allein am fehlenden CEO kanns doch sicherlich nicht liegen ?
Hab zwar auch ein bißchen in HotCooper gelesen, aber verlässliche Infos bekommt man in so Foren ja leider auch nicht (eher Meinungen/Einschätzungen und dann kommt es immer drauf an wie der Verfasser eingestellt ist zum Wert / Pro oder Contra)

Hi, ich würde eigentlich auch ganz gerne in AusCann investieren, aber wieso kennt der Kurs nur den Weg Richtung Süden ?
Allein am fehlenden CEO kanns doch sicherlich nicht liegen ?
Hab zwar auch ein bißchen in HotCooper gelesen, aber verlässliche Infos bekommt man in so Foren ja leider auch nicht (eher Meinungen/Einschätzungen und dann kommt es immer drauf an wie der Verfasser eingestellt ist zum Wert / Pro oder Contra)

In Australien gab es jedoch einen ordentlichen Rücksetzer um 8,64% auf 0,37 AUD = 0,23 Euro bei einem Volumen von knapp 7 Mio. Das waren wohl schnelle Gewinnmitnahmen.

Hallo
ich bin neu in der Runde und nach langer Überlegung habe ich mich für AusCann in der Cannabis Branche entschieden. Die Gründe will ich hier aufzählen, sodass auch weitere Interessenten auf einen Schlag Pros und Cons sehen. Dieser Post soll jedoch nicht als "Gepushe" gesehen werden. Von solch einem Verhalten distanziere ich mich und möchte hier deutlich machen, dass Jede/r sich selbst ein Bild von Unternehmen machen soll/muss, bevor er/sie investiert. Bitte nicht nur auf dieses Forum vertrauen und sich selbst auf die Reise und Suche begeben. Mit Google ist es mittlerweile ein Witz an Infos zu kommen. Diejenigen, die schon länger AusCann hier beobachten, können natürlich ihren Senf zu meinen Aussagen geben und sagen was sie darüber denken.
Insgesamt hatte ich ca. fünf Unternehmen, die ich mir in diesem Sektor angeschaut habe.
Die top Gründe, wieso ich mich für AusCann entschieden habe, sind:
1. Canopy Growth besitzt knapp 12 % von AusCann (Unterstützung von einem Weltmarktführer, insbesondere was die Gesetze, Konzessionen und den Weg in der gesamten Supply Chain angeht; darüber hinaus profitiert AusCann von Canopy's Netzwerk und Expertise)
2. Die Legalisierung von Kannabis in Australien ist auf dem Vormarsch und könnte in den nächsten 12 Monaten (ich rechne mit diesem Jahr) durchgesetzt werden (das wird m.E. NOS für die Aktie)
3. Googlet man die aussichtsreichsten Kannabis-Unternehmen in Australien ist AusCann immer dabei
4. Der neue CEO macht auf mich persönlich einen guten Eindruck, hat sehr viel Erfahrung und ein solides Netzwerk, was für AusCann nur positiv sein kann (er bekommt 1/3 mehr Gehalt als seine Vorgängerin. Es wird sein Gründe haben wieso AusCann das in Kauf nimmt. Ich vermute, dass dieses mehr an Gehalt für AusCann in keiner Relation zu dem steht, was der neue CEO für AusCann bewirken kann, deswegen erhält er easy going 33% mehr)
5. AusCann verfügt über finanzielle Mittel (etwa 40 Mio. $)
6. das ist Spekulation, aber: ich hoffe auf irgendwas Richtung Übernahme durch Canopy (weiteres NOS für die Aktie)
7. AusCann arbeitet mit mehreren Unternehmen zusammen (Aufzucht, Produktion bis hin zu Multi Channel Distribution und Abnehmer), nutzt deren Expertise und spart dadurch finanzielle Mittel für Expansion oder andere Bereiche, die wichtig für AusCann sind...oder kann Produkte einfach günstiger auf den Markt bringen
8. der Vorstand (Mal Washer) hat vor knapp einem Monat seine Aktienanzahl auf 12.85 Mio Stück aufgestockt (zeigt dessen Vertrauen in das Unternehmen)
Und nun zu den großen Risiken, die gegen AusCann sprechen könnten:
1. Seit dem der CEO da ist, hat sich am Wert nichts getan (offiziell ist er ja ab Mai am Start, aber dennoch hätte dieser CEO, der von TEVA kommt, m.E. vom Markt positiv aufgenommen werden). Das könnte vermuten lassen, dass es Fake ist, aber wir werden es ja sehen. Oder es wird im Kurs erst ab Mai bemerkbar.
2. Durch die zahlreichen Partnerschaften könnte AusCann sich in starken Abhängigkeiten begeben und so auf lange Sicht keinen angemessenen Erträge erzielen (jedoch: durch den Mega Hype um die gesamte Cannabis-Branche denke ich, dass jedes Unternehmen, dass nur irgendwie durch mehrere Kanäle Geld verdienen kann, dieses auch tun wird. Und wenn nicht, dann hoffe ich, dass sich diese Parteien gemeinsam einen Joint reinziehen und dann eine gute Lösung für alle Beteiligte finden :-D)
3. Canopy beendet die Partnerschaft aus dem Nichts bzw. verkauft seine Anteile
Risiken gibt es immer für alle Unternehmen. Hier denke ich jedoch, dass ich es für mich einigermaßen begrenzen kann und dadurch zu dem Entschluss gelange, dass dieses Unternehmen möglicherweise ein Potenzial von 1000% und mehr hat (wie es auch bei Canopy war). Noch mal ich pushe hier nix, denn ich bini auch nur mit Spielgeld hier rein. Das heißt, dass es ein süßer 3-stelliger Betrag ist, der nicht mal bei 3000% mich reich machen würde oder Ähnliches. Ich glaube wirklich hier könnte was aus dem Unternehmen werden.
Nun der wichtige Part: Als ich für AusCann recherchiert habe, kann es gut sein, dass ich durch die rosaroten Brille geschaut habe und wichtige Fakten übersehen habe. Darum die Bitte: Ergänzt gerne die Liste für Pros, aber wichtiger für mich ist die Liste der Cons. Alle, die hier lesen sollten ein realistisches Bild von AusCann bekommen. Vor acht Jahren habe ich über scheiß Börsenbriefe hohe fünfstellige Beträge in den Sand gestezt. Das wünsche ich Keinem.
In diesem Sinne: Allen ein Happy Investing und knackig grüne Zahlen für ihr Depot.

Hallo HG, ich muss mal kurz etwas klarstellen. Ich bin weder in ICC, TransCanna oder anderen Buden. Die einzigste Firma wo ich Bauchweh habe, ist Wayland. Dort habe ich damals einen Fehler gemacht, ich dachte mit deutscher Lizenz, probiere es mal. Davor war ich in Maricann und dort war alles Top, gutes Geld gemacht. Ich war auch in Aurora, Cronos und Canopy. Ich war auch in Puff, nach Splitt und Hoch bin ich bei Agra raus. Ich Glaube so schlecht läuft es nicht. Jetzt bin ich seit einigen Monaten wieder in THC-was für eine geile Firma, in Vivo-das ist pure Qualität, in Pure Global- das wird sehr heftig, und in ein paar andere Firmen, schau dir diese Entwicklungen der Firmen an, dann weißt du wohin der Weg geht. Bevor man urteilt, sollte man immer vor seiner eigenen Türe KEHREN. Danke. Ich bin 2016 im Cannabis rein und zum richtigen Zeitpunkt 2018 raus. Ich mag auch Wasserstoff, wenn du mich verfolgst, dann weißt du ja AFC bei 0,033 rein und Fuelcell bei 0,158. Ich bin kein Profi wie du, aber meine Hausaufgaben mache ich sehr gut. Besonders nach dem Fehlgriff mit Wayland um so intensiver. Mein neustes Baby ist 3 Sixty, etwas ganz anderes, lange beobachtet, jetzt dabei. Zu AusCann, das war im Mai-Juni 2019 der Renner, langsam kommen Sie wieder. Bald geht der Verkauf los, die Pillen sind fertig. Die ersten Umsätze kommen. Diese Firma ist auch Top. Real sollten 0,50 Aus Dollar kommen. Wenn der Verkauf kommt und die ersten Zahlen vorhanden sind, dann könnte es weiter nach oben gehen. Nur ein Gefühl, ich bin kein Profi wie du lieber HG. In diesem Sinne einen schönen Abend und viel Glück bei deinen Investitionen.

Das sah hier zwischenzeitlich ja mal ganz nach einer Erholung aus, hat sich aber wieder beruhigt. Man hört von denen einfach zu wenig. Wenn alles wahr ist, was sie schreiben, sind sie finanziell jedoch gut aufgestellt. Noch mal zuwarten, wenn sich nichts tut kann ich die Aktie vielleicht noch in den Verlusttopf schieben.

Der Laden, den sie kaufen wollen, steht ja noch schlechter da. Bin kein Doktor, kann mir aber nur sehr schwer vorstellen, dass aus zwei Kranken ein gesunder wird. Warum wird dann auch noch der Chef von Cannpal CEO vom Gesamtunternehmen? Das was lamaro1 verlinkt hat, liest sich nicht gut.
Meine CannPal wurden schon umgewandelt zu den AusCann Aktien. War das nun ein guter Deal für uns oder nicht?

Ich hätte mal direkt nach der Übernahme verkaufen sollen. Jetzt ist das Plus wieder weg. Hatte mir mehr versprochen. Synergy, wie versprochen, hat es jedenfalls nicht gegeben. Zumindest wenn man den Kurs sieht.

Diese Geschichte hier wird zu 99.999999% ein Totalverlust (meine Meinung)
