Ich hatte eben ein sehr informatives Gespräch mit Herrn Forstner. Herr Forstner hat sich viel Zeit genommen um die jüngsten Meldungen und Gerüchte zu kommentieren. Nach diesem Gespräch gehe ich davon aus, dass ...

- die vom Maininvestor angesproche Kooperation der Deal mit Red Bull war. Herr Forstner ist sehr zuversichtlich, dass hier noch weitere Events folgen werden.

- Total Recall 2070 (Staffel II) vorerst nicht auf Pro 7 läuft. Hier gibt es wohl noch keine Annäherung mit dem TV-Sender.

- Team Com. schon konkrete Vorstellungen was die Vermarktung seiner Produktionen im Internet hat. In dieser Richtung sucht man kompetente Partner, damit man gemeinsam diese Überlegungen umsetzen kann. Dahingehend auch der Bericht der Wirtschaftswoche.

- die Produktion "Call of the Wild" in Kürze in Deutschland zu sehen sein wird. Hier hatte ich bei dem Gespräch den Eindruck, dass eigentlich schon alles klar ist, er aber noch nichts sagen darf.

Das sind in Kürze die Schlussfolgerungen die ich aus dem Gespräch getroffen. In vielen Dingen konnte Herr Forstner aus verständlichen Gründen nicht konkreter werden.

Zum Schluss des wirklich ausführlichen Gesprächs sagte Herr Forstner dass das Geschäft von Team Com. sehr sehr gut läuft, nur eben hauptsächlich in L.A. und London. Dies würde sich jedoch nun ändern, da Team Deutschland eine prall gefüllte Pipeline hat, und hier noch einiges an Neuigkeiten zu erwarten sei. Er gehe davon aus, dass Team Deutschland jetzt tritt gefasst habe.

Da kann ich konkret nur recht geben. Werde mir auch wahrscheinlich noch einige ins depot legen. Warte jedoch ab bis Freitag. Bis jetzt konnte ich fast immer festellen, dass Freitags fast immer schlecht ist für die Kurse.

Aber trotzdem, sehe sehr hohes Kurspotential in Team Comm und die heutigen Kurse sind ohne zweifel Kaufkurse.

TEAM Communications Group, Inc. Appoints Michael Meltzer New Chief Financial OfficerFormer Lorimar and Imagine Films Financial Executive to be Responsible for Company`s Global Expansion Plans

LOS ANGELES, Oct 12, 2000 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Michael Meltzer has been appointed
Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for TEAM Communications
Group, Inc. (Nasdaq: TMTV) (Neuer Markt:TME), it was announced today by Drew S.
Levin, TEAM Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board. Meltzer will
assume the post immediately, replacing former CFO Timothy Hill. Meltzer brings
over 30 years experience in private industry and public accounting with a
primary emphasis in the entertainment and real estate industries. Working
closely with Levin and the company`s senior management, Meltzer will be
responsible in overseeing all of TEAM`s corporate and divisional financial and
fiduciary activities worldwide.

"Michael`s leadership and financial acumen have long been lauded among his
peers," said Levin. "Considering his broad range of experience, including areas
such as strategic financial planning, operations, administration, corporate
governance and investor relations, Michael is the right candidate to fill the
position as TEAM continues to expand its operations in the acquisition,
production and worldwide distribution of filmed entertainment," added Levin.

Most recently Meltzer served as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer for
Imperial Credit Commercial Mortgage Investment Corporation (ICCMIC) where he
oversaw the financial ramp-up of the Los Angeles-based, publicly held commercial
mortgage REIT following its initial public offering and leading to the ultimate
sale of the company.

Prior to ICCMIC, Meltzer was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial
Officer for Landmark Entertainment Group, Inc. While at Landmark he oversaw the
company`s financial involvement in the creation, development, design and
production of themed entertainment attractions for third parties, including the
Star Trek attraction at the Las Vegas Hilton Hotel.

Meltzer came to Landmark from Canal+ (US), an affiliate of the French cable
television and media company Canal+. Positioned as the company`s Executive Vice
President and Chief Financial Officer from 1993 to 1996, Meltzer oversaw the
company`s U.S. financial investments. At the same time he also served on the
board of directors of Carolco Pictures, Inc. and directed the financial aspects
of the production of the motion pictures "Stargate" and "Murder in the First."
His distinguished career also includes serving as Executive Vice President and
Chief Financial Officer for Imagine Films Entertainment, Inc. from 1989 to 1993.
There he played a significant role in taking the company private. Additionally,
Meltzer was Senior Vice President and Group Controller for Lorimar-Telepictures
Corporation from 1985 to 1989 where he was a key player in accomplishing the
mergers of Lorimar, Inc. and Telepictures Corp. and of Lorimar-Telepictures and
Warner Communications, Inc.

Meltzer`s financial career also includes over 15 years with New York-based Peat
Marwick Mitchell & Co. (now KPMG LLP), the last seven as an Audit Partner. His
public accounting experience includes specialization in the real estate industry
as well as extensive representation of publicly held companies. He holds a BBA
degree from the City College of New York (Bernard M. Baruch School of Business
Administration) and a JD from the Brooklyn Law School. He qualified in New York
as a CPA in 1971 and as an attorney in 1976.

of programming worldwide, in addition to producing a wide variety of programming

Hab noch was vergessen,man hat da nieeee Probleme,von wegen zestückelung einer Order,falls doch zahlt man nur diese einmalige Gebühr(wenn die Order am selben Tag ausgeführt wird)das heisst 1000stück verkaufen,19DM Gebühr,die verkaufen 500 und noch mal500Stück zahlt man trotzdem nur 19DM.

prima,das die preiswerter sind,das spornt jetzt meine entrium an,die citybank wieder zu übertreffen.nur eine frage der zeit.

im ernst,die city hat jetzt wirklich vorteile,aber ich "hänge" immer an meinen banken und dann muss ich das ganze noch mit meinen firmengeldern sehen,die auch ab und zu wegen der zinsen bei der entrium sind.
da kann ich dann nicht immer wegen "ein paar mark",die banken wechseln.an meine bausparkassenbeiträge muss ich auch noch denken.
und soviel geld,das ich bei 2 brokern sein kann,habe ich noch nicht mit dem ersten verdient.
kann aber noch werden,denn team hat drüben 16 % zugelegt und ich überleg jetzt,montag nachzukaufen.
