mb - wer steckt dahinter?? oder der Größenwahn hat Tradition

Der Rattenfänger? - Napoleon? - Nero? - Mursch hat selber die Antwort gegeben:


Nach den Ereignissen vom letzten Freitag habe ich meine ganzen Unterlagen durchforscht und nach langem Suchen den folgenden Beitrag wiedergefunden (hatte ihn schon fast vergessen).

Es handelt sich um einen Zeitungsartikel (ein Interview mit B. Mursch) der ca. 1997 in Südamerika erschienen ist (ich glaube, es ist portugiesisch)

Ich kann den Text zwar nicht vollständig übersetzen, aber den meisten dürfte klar sein, worum es geht:

mb hatte diesen peinlichen Artikel in Auszügen auf den eigenen Internetseiten präsentiert.

Kurz vor dem Börsengang (im Herbst 1997) hat man ihn dann von den eigenen Internetseiten entfernt. Ich habe den Artikel aber dann direkt in Brasilien auf den folgenden Seiten gefunden. Die URL-Adresse war damals

Um Bill Gates alemäo? Resguardadas as devidas proporcoes, quase. Berhard Mursch, 49 anos, fundador e presidente da softhouse alemä MB-Programme, localizada em Hameln, que lidera a venda de programas CAD para Engenharia e Arquitetura na Europa, concedeu entrevista exclusiva a A Tarde Informática, em Salvador, logo após ser apresentado como o "Bill Gates da Alemanha ". Ele, que já voltou para Hameln, Alemanha, vem periodicamente ao Brasil para acompanhar o lancamento do Arcon e fazer contatos parafuturos lancamentos.
Bernard Mursch é engenheiro civil, formado pela Universidade de Berlin, onde também teve a sua formacäo em computacäo. Foi, segundo ele, um dos primeiros na Alemanha a usar a informática na engenharia, ainda na faculdade. E foi justamente achando que os computadores seriam fundamentais para cálculos nessa área que fundou a MB-Programme, a fim de preencher a lacuna. Seus programas foram os primeiros na Europa para a engenharia. Veja abaixo a entrevista com o engenheiro.

BM: As pessoas brincam, fazendo essa comparacäo, porque temos em comum o desenvolvimento de softwares com características de facilidade de uso e preco baixo. Mas a MB-Prograrnme é especializada no desenvolvimento de softwares para Engenharia e Arquitetura. A comparacäo se deve talvez pela penetracäo que nossos softwares têm na Europa e pela conquista de novos mercados.

ATI: Quais os softwares da MB-Programme?

BM: A empresa, fundada ein 1982, tem värios softwares especificos, como o Procad, desenvolvido especialmente para arquitetos, engenheiros e projetistas. 0 Procad Ing 7.5 6 um sistema CAD para engenheiros estruturalistas, que, com ele, podem fazer o detalhainento de estruturas de planta baixa, vistas, cortes etc. ein 3D. 0 ProcadWerk 6 um sistema CAn para pr6-moldados ein concreto armado. 0 Micro Fe 6.0, um software para cälculo estrutural com elementos finitos, com total inte`gragäo com o sistema de arquitetura e detalhamento do Procad. 0 ArchForm, um sistema de formulärios para engenheiros, arquitetos e projetistas. Hä värios outros, como o Statik e o Baustatik, para cälculos estruturais. Um dos softwares que a MB desenvolveu foi para projetos de edificagöes anti-sismicas e 6 o melhor existente no mercado hoje. Os principais clientes estäo no Japäo, Rüssia e outros paises asiäticos.

ATI: Como a MB atua?

BM: Temos filiais ein värios paises da Europa e Äsia. Na Am6rica do Sul, estä na Argentina, Bolivia e Brasil, sendo esse, com a MB do Brasil, mas a maior parte da clientela 6 mesmo da Europa e Äsia. Na Europa, temos mais de 8 mil clientes sö de softwares CAD para Engenharia. E estamos investindo para conquistar mercados.

ATI- Which softwares of the MB-Programme?

The main customers are in Asian Japan, Russia and other countries.

ATI - How the MB acts?

BM - We have branch offices in some countries of the Europe and Asia. In the South America, he is in Argentina, Bolivia and Brazil, being this, with the MB of Brazil, but most of the clientele is same of the Europe and Asia. In the Europe, we have more than 8 a thousand customers alone of softwares CAD for Engineering. E we are investing to conquer markets.

ATI - Which softwares of the MB in Brazil?

BM - we are now launching first software in Brazil. The Arcon Visual Architecture, one programs CAD that if characterizes for the easiness of the use. ATI - Which the perspectives of the Arcon in Brazil?

Ich denke es wird jedem klar, daß sich Bernhard Mursch hier als deutscher Bill Gates bezeichnen läßt.

Für mich ein wirklich ungeheuerlicher Sachverhalt - Allein wenn man die (damaligen)Umsätze der beiden Unternehmen vergleicht.

Besonders peinlich finde ich die Tatsache, daß B.M. dem Interviewer nicht vehement wiedersprochen hat und vor allem, daß man dieses Interview lange Zeit auf den eigenen Internetseiten präsentiert hat.

Für mich ist die Sache klar: Daum-Syndrom: Realitätsverlust - Größenwahn

Noch ein Beispiel für die Mathematik des B. Mursch (aus der Zeit kurz vor dem Börsengang):

Februar 1997: Artikel in Bildzeitung, FAZ und anderen, außerdem Fernsehbericht in Panorama:

In Hameln wird die 42-Stunden Woche eingeführt.
Begründung: dann können 20 Arbeitsplätze geschaffen werden. (derzeit hat das Unternehmen 135 Mitarbeiter)

August 1997: Artikel in Bildzeitung (erschien auch in anderen Tageszeitungen):

30 Jobs durch Mehrarbeit! ....... Die Firma hat 135 Mitarbeiter.


--> Auch hier müssen ja wohl welche entlassen worden sein!? oder kann ich nicht rechen?


Wie menschenverachtend er über seine Mitarbeiter denkt, sah man im Panorama-Interview (3.4.97) zum selben Thema:

B.Mursch: "Wenn der Mitarbeiter Familie hat, ich meine,
dann hat der Mitarbeite vielleicht die Möglichkeit,
daß er in Deutschland arbeitslos wird und nur noch Zeit für die Familie hat. I
ch weiß nicht, ob das eine Alternative ist.
Da ist zwei Stunden mehr arbeiten - das ist ja nicht alle Welt,
und das beeinflußt die Familenstruktur gar nicht,
vielleict sogar im Gegenteil, vielleicht sogar positiv,
daß man dann ganz einfach das Wochenende viel intensiver für
die Familie Zeit hat.
