GFY Foods, Inc. Provides Operational Update to Shareholders and Other Interested Parties

BUFFALO GROVE, Ill., Apr 20, 2004 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- GFY Foods, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: GFYF) announced today that it is continuing to aggressively move forward in all aspects of its business and operational processes in order to position the company for continued growth, increase revenue and provide incremental products and services that fit its target market of health conscious consumers.

The company is working on a number of acquisitions of existing Kahala franchises and other restaurants and researching how it can introduce new products that will integrate well with its existing line of beverages and snacks for the health conscious consumers. Business processes, acquisitions and product development initiatives include: developing a marketing budget that will help the company invest the appropriate amount of resources to drive consumer awareness in key geographic locations; weighing the options to start selling a private label line of health and fitness products that could also include vitamins; negotiating with two parties to purchase additional franchise locations and/or a well established Italian Restaurant located in the Chicago metropolitan area.

Ich war mal in diversen Boards:

what i look for next week

1.with the huge volume friday it might gap pretty big, I look to break above .005 next week and stay at .005 to .009 for maybe a week or two, because a lot of big block buyers will take profit and move on. Then i expect we break .01 on a little smaller volume and stay between .01 and .02 for a week or two. In the meantime news will come out. there should be a lot of news on gfyf this year. opening 10 locations is good for 10 pr`s alone, not counting web site coming and as we mover deeper into 2004, revenue updates, from the locations...

2.I solidly believe that this stock will be worth .15
by the end of the year
(and that is the first time I have said so publicly)

BUT... it is NOT worth .004-.007 today.

scheint nicht leicht rauszukriegen zu sein, habe im moment leider zu wenig zeit zur recherche (und wenn ich zeit habe, weiß ich nicht, ob ich mich wirklich mit gfyf beschäftigen will ).

vielleicht erbarmt sich ja einer von denen, die vor wenigen tagen noch so euphorisch waren?
