Alles ( Negative ) hätte passieren können ( Delisting, usw ), aber es waren gute Nachrichten heute:

NeoLink hat einen neuen Investor.

Ob wir nun wieder einen kurzen Hype wie im Oktober 03 sehen werden ?

Gründe dafür gäbe es genug.

Bin mal gespannt was HongKong Morgen macht.
Noch preiswert zu haben.

so negativ war die Begründung für die Aussetzung ja nun nicht! Es wurde doch mitgeteilt, dass preisbeeinflussende Geschäfte getätigt werden! Allerdings ist der deal mit PEM-America noch nicht wasserdicht!!!!! Es wird noch gebastelt!

in D z.Zt. ab 0,1 EUR nur Geldkurse - dass sind schon 25% PLUS - entspricht aber gerade mal dem Kurs vor Aussetzung in HK! Wurden hier ja 20% unter Kurs HK gehandelt! bzw. getaxt.

Naja in Stuttgart stehen schon mal 100000 auf der Käuferseite zu 0,01,denke wenigstens Richtung 0,03 wirds vorerst gehen!Möglich wäre das irgend so ein Börsenblatt das Teil jetzt dick pusht und bei dem Zockerwahn momentan wo jede insolvente Bude 300% macht sehen wie die 0,07 wieder!Wird spannend!!!!

Postet ruhig ein wenig mehr unsere tote Katze braucht Aufmerksamkeit! Hatte mich von meinem Einstieg bei 0,03 gedanklich längst verabschiedet,aber nun scheint ein Licht am Ende des Tunnels ,Hauptsache es ist kein Zug

Sehe ich auch so, obwohl NeoLink ist nicht nur was zum Zocken. Die Olympiade in China kommt "bald". Ich lass einen Teil der Papiere jedenfalls länger im Depot. ( Habe ja genug davon )

Pem-America`s contribution will be \$23 million in cash. Neolink Cyber (8116) to form JV on CarBase pjt

(Infocast News) Neolink Cyber Technology (8116) announced that the company and Pem-America have entered into the investment framework agreement for the investment for a 40% interest in the CarBase project. Pursuant to the agreement, the company and Pem-America will be respectively interested in 60% and 40% of China Gocom Internet (BVI).

The company`s contribution will be all tangible and intangible assets relating to the CarBase project, which mainly include office equipment and technical know-how. Pem-America`s contribution will be $23 million in cash.

Trading in the shares of the company is resumed today.

At the same time, Pem-America will provide no less than $17 million in shareholders` loan to the CarBase project, subject to the conditions of the formal requirement. Pem-America is principally engaged in textile business.

The CarBase project refers to all products, technology, solutions and respective derivative intangible assets relating to provision of call center services and vehicle telematic information services. The company has developed the CarBase project for about two years. The CarBase project aims to provide drivers and passengers comprehensive telematic information services in relation to navigation, safety, entertainment and business.

In HK hat man heute begriffen und bereits gekauft.

Naja wohl eher lächerlicher Umsatz in HK!Nach so langer Aussetzung extrem mickrig! Hier hilft nur eine Börsenpostille die pusht!Der Wert ist nicht gerade im Focus der Anleger wie es scheint!Wir werden sehen...
