Wenn du ein OTCBB aktie inwestierst soltest du dich imformien über diese "sch...s".

Zweitens-Wenn Du Die Chart ansiest dan dan siest wo wir waren und zwei beim 0,004.
Von 0,0003 auf 0,004 ist eine enorme steigerung mit sehr hohen volumen.Da eine solide konsolidierung zu ,0015 ist normall.

Drittens-Die Hohen volumen der letzte steigerung zeigt uns das hier etwas im busch, momentan keine verkaufsdruck,nur solide konsie.0,0015 hat gehalten.(Hoffe ich).

Ich bin überzeugt das wir höhere kurse noch sehen werden.
Ich hallte meine,möchte wieder kurse um ,01 sehen bis dahin kann ich warten egal wie lange es dauert.

Über IVOC bin ich überzeugt. Die technologie ist nicht schlecht.Nur meine meinung nach für diese welt noch nicht reif gennug.Schaue in home page hinein.

The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission has settled with three New York hedge funds that nearly had the Holy Grail of hedge fund management -- a shorting recipe with guaranteed profits. The funds allegedly made $7-million as they funnelled two years of naked shorting through a Canadian brokerage. (All figures are in U.S. dollars.)

It seems the shorting was only profitable until the SEC came along. In a simultaneous lawsuit and settlement filed Tuesday, the SEC sued the hedge funds, Langley Partners LP, North Olmsted Partners LP and Quantico Partners LP, and their portfolio manager, Jeffrey Thorp.

The SEC says the hedge funds shorted 23 stocks between August, 2000, and March, 2002, and covered with restricted shares bought at a discount in so-called PIPE offerings. (PIPE stands for private investment in public equity.) The PIPE shares were discounted to compensate for trading restrictions, typically a hold period of two to four months.

iVoice, Inc., Announces 1-for-200 Reverse Stock Split and Change of Trading Symbol to IVOI
Wednesday April 26, 4:30 pm ET


MATAWAN, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 26, 2006--iVoice, Inc (OTCBB:IVOC - News), announced today that its common stock will split 1-for-200. Each 200 shares of common stock will be converted into one new share of common stock. Shareholders of iVoice may retain their present certificates and do not have to submit them for replacement.
The new trading symbol of iVoice, Inc. will be: IVOI

The shareholders of iVoice, Inc. approved this reverse split at the Company's Annual Meeting of Shareholders that was held on March 31, 2006.

The shareholders of iVoice also approved the following proposals:

1. The grant of discretionary authority for the Board of Directors to
declare a cash dividend to Class A Common Stock shareholders of
$1.5 million.

2. The grant of discretionary authority for the Board of Directors to
effect the repurchase of sixty percent (60%) of the issued and
outstanding Class B Common Stock shares for $1.5 million.

3. The re-authorization of 10 billion of Class A Common Stock.

4. The grant of discretionary authority for the Board of Directors to
effect the buyback by the Company of up to $1 million of the Class

alter Kurs 0,0009 * 200 = 0,18 (neuer Kurs).
Dafür haben sich die Aktien im Depot um das 200fache verringert.

iVoice, Inc. (OTCBB: IVOI), announced today the results of its recent proxy solicitation. The shareholders of iVoice approved all the proposals submitted with overwhelming support at the Company's Annual Meeting of Shareholders that was held on March 31, 2006.

On April 27, 2006, the Company implemented the 1 for 200 reverse stock split of the Company's Class A Common Stock that was approved by shareholders at the recent Annual Meeting of Shareholders. The new trading symbol of iVoice, Inc. is: "IVOI."

While the shareholders of iVoice also approved all the additional proposals, with a large voting majority, all remaining proposals that were passed by shareholders are subject to the discretionary authority of the Board of Directors. The Board is continuing to carefully review these proposals, but has not decided at this time whether to implement any of these other proposals passed by shareholders. The Board has 90 days to decide which, if any, of the proposals are to be implemented.

With over $10 million of cash on its balance sheet and the availability of additional financing at hand, the Company is looking to implement a roll-up strategy by acquiring the best and brightest companies and bringing them together under the umbrella of a single organization. Möglich ist alles. Aber ich denke mir, das man nicht um sonst einen Reverssplit durchgeführt hat. Muss ja was dahinter stecken, das man aus dem Subpennybereich raus wollte, oder? Alleine schon die nun geringe Zahl der Outstanding Shares kann schon bei geringen Handelsvolumen dafür sorgen, das es stärkere Kursschwankungen gibt. Think positiv

Davon geh ich aus. Weil welchen Vorteil bringt es für dem Emitenten einen Reverse Split durchzuführen? Wenn ihnen nichts an ihren Unternehemensaktien gelegen wäre, könnte IVOICE doch alles so weiter laufen lassen.
Ausserdem ist ein Reverse Split auch mit Kosten verbunden.

Trey Resources Signs Letter of Intent to Acquire AMP-BEST Consulting


LIVINGSTON, N.J., May 8 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Trey Resources, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: TYRIA) announced today that its wholly owned subsidiary, SWK Technologies, the premier total solutions provider specializing in business software solutions, has signed a letter of intent to acquire AMP-BEST Consulting, Inc. of Syracuse, NY.

AMP-BEST is one of the most important and significant resellers of MAS 90/200/500 in the upstate New York region. iVoice, Inc. (OTCBB: IVOI), announced today it has filed a patent application for a new patent for traffic signal system with countdown signaling and with advertising and/or news message.

The invention relates generally to traffic signal systems for motor vehicle traffic controls at road intersections and other crossings that include at least one stop/go light signal, minimally having a red light and a green light, but typically having a red, a yellow (or amber or orange), and a green light. The system further includes a countdown signaling feature so that a driver may see a signal that illustrates actual or relative time left before a light changes. This countdown is preferably to indicate to an oncoming vehicle with a green light how much relative or actual time is left before the light turns red, but it could signal time left on a yellow or red light or any combination of any of the foregoing. The system further includes a message presentation area for a driver to read, at least while at a red light. The message presentation is preferably news and or advertising, but could be jokes, streaming of a media broadcast or any other message. Thus, the system provides a message that is different from countdown information and presents opportunities for public and private sector entertainment and information.

Ich wahr von IVOI sehr überzeugt,aber jetzt nach dem split bin ich nicht mehr soooo sicher das wir hier bessere kurse sehen werden.

Wir werden langsam aber sicher richtung süden pendeln.

Verdammt was habe ich dabei gedacht?Hätte ich vor dem split verkauft wäre ich + - 0 rauss.

ich habe auf alle Fälle wieder nachgelegt, waren oder sind ja sehr günstig zu haben, ausserdem hatte ich ja durch meinen Verkauf der 2 Mios vor Split noch genügend Puffer, nun habe ich wieder meine 4 Mios - bzw. 20k nach Split und die laufen alle umsonst, also ab nach Norden !!!

The new venture, which is attempting to acquire a location in the southeastern U.S. to locate the biodiesel facility, has already received indications that a customer would enter into a contract to purchase the biodiesel, as soon as the facility is in commercial production.

manchmal tut ein Verkauf gut, ich denke nach wie vor nicht so schlecht über IVOI, blicke zurück auf letztes Jahr, meine das war im Februar, da hatten wir eine super Steigerung, dort habe ich damals die Hälfte entsorgt, somit laufen meine Stücke eh umsonst, aber bei der nächsten fulminanten Steigerung werde ich wieder einen Teil raustun, halte aber nur noch 30k.

Vielleicht wiederholt sich ja alles im Februar 2007, lets wait and see !!

So so!
Siet gut aus.
Aber nach dem split und einige verbilligung hab ich eine EK von 0,16€.
Ausser dem habe ich 3/4 meine bestand beim 0,06 verkauft und das geld im PAIM reingestekt.
Ehrlich gesacht der split nicht nur meine bestand sondern auch meine vertrauen an diese wert gespaltet.
