Using the Chordiant solution, Proximus will increase its ability to develop an effective campaign management environment that allows the company to perform a multi-stage, ongoing dialogue with its customers.
The Chordiant solution will help Proximus to effectively define and manage highly targeted campaigns, including up-selling, cross-selling and customer retention campaigns.
