Einer unserer Top-Favoriten, Backweb, gab letzte Woche eine, unserer Meinung nach sensationelle Kooperation
bekannt.

Man konnte Realnetworks als Kunden gewinnen, die sich gleichzeitig mit 1,3% an Backweb beteiligten.

Unserer Meinung nach ist der Deal, der nur zu einem kleinem Kurssprung führte, richtungsweisend für die
weitere Entwicklung der Aktie.

Backwebs Push - Technologie soll in den Jukeboxen von Realnetworks eingesetzt werden.

Die Jukebox ermöglicht ihren derzeit ca. 10Millionen Benutzern den kostenlosen Download von Musik
über das Internet.

Die Technologie von Backweb ermöglicht es, das während des Downloads nicht die gesamte Bandbreite aufgebraucht
wird, d.h man kann auch während der Datenübertragung im Netz surfen.

Außerdem werden die langen störenden Downloadzeiten deutlich reduziert.
Dieser Deal zeigt deutlich, was mit "Push" möglich ist.
Durch diesen Deal werden sicherlich auch zahlreiche andere Unternehmen auf diese Technologie aufmerksam,
was zu neuen Kunden führen dürfte.

Das Problem bei dieser Aktie ist, dass nicht alle Analysten von dieser Technologie überzeugt sind.

Es steht allerdings fest, dass wenn sich diese durchsetzen sollte, wir den Aktienkurs von Backweb
in anderen Dimensionen sehen werden.

Steve Harmon ist weiterhin von Backweb überzeugt, auch wenn er den Wert nicht in seine Top10 aufnahm.
Er kritisiert nur, dass das Management ihr Marketing verbessern muß.

Dieser Deal mit einem Top-Player im Internet-Business sollte vorerst genügend Marketing sein.

Backweb gehört neben US Interactive, Spyglass und NetPerceptions weiterhin zu unseren Top-Picks.
