Werde wahrscheinlich meine Bezugsrechte verkaufen.

ALSO

Indonesia BII/Earnings -3: New Loans IDR400 Bln
JAKARTA (Dow Jones)--PT Bank Internasional Indonesia (P.BII) was back in the black, recording a net profit of 31 billion rupiah ($1=IDR9,215), in the first nine months of the year, its president director Sigit Pramono said Tuesday.
The bank recorded a net loss of IDR137.3 billion a year earlier.
"The net profit came mainly from fee-based income and was also due to the fall in the amount of non-performing loans," Sigit told Dow Jones Newswires.
The bank booked fee-based income of IDR564 billion in the first nine months of the year, he said. However, he didn`t give last year`s figure.
Sigit added that the bank`s non-performing loans fell to 48% of total loans from 68% at the end of last year. He said he expected that level to fall to 10% by the year-end through the ongoing restructuring of loans.
Indonesia BII/Earnings -3: New Loans IDR400 Bln
Sigit said BII`s capital adequacy ratio - which compares equity capital against risk-weighted assets - stood at 37% as of Sept. 30.
Its loan-to-deposit ratio was 27%.
The bank provided IDR400 billion in new loans during the first nine months, which is expected to rise to IDR1 trillion by the year-end.
The government controls a majority stake in BII, which was formerly owned by the Sinar Mas Group, after it injected tens of trillions of rupiah to bail out the bank following the 1997 Asian financial crisis.

BII forecasts 2003 net at 316 bln rph
JAKARTA, Nov 25 (Reuters) - Bank Internasional Indonesia
(BII) on Monday projected the bank would post a net profit of 316 billion rupiah ($35.18 million) in 2003, more than three times this year`s forecast, partly due to efforts to improve asset quality.
The survival of Indonesia`s sixth-largest bank has been in doubt and for the first nine months of 2001, posted a 137 billion rupiah loss.
But BII President Director Sigit Pramono said on Monday the bank was on the road to recovery and various strategies, such as selling non-productive assets beginning later this year, would hold the bank in good stead for the coming years.
"The increase in profit will partly be contributed by the selling of non-productive assets as well as the increase in fee-based income," Pramono said late on Monday.
Last month Pramono said BII was expected to post a 30 billion rupiah profit for the first nine months ending September 2002 and on Monday estimated the full year profit to hit some 103 billion.
In other key forecasts for next year he said: the bank`s full year interest income for would hit 3.84 trillion rupiah from an expected 3.0 trillion this year and the Capital Adequacy Ratio
(CAR) would reach 23 percent from an expected 32 percent this year.
The government rescued BII in July by injecting 4.7 trillion rupiah worth of bonds to recapitalise it, giving the bank a considerable amount of interest income.
BII`s woes stem from its loan exposure of more than $1.0 billion to Asia Pulp & Paper (APP) -- the largest borrower in Asia`s emerging markets.
Pramono also said the bank, controlled by Indonesia`s powerful bank restructuring agency (IBRA) would consider paying a dividend to shareholders next year.
BII shares closed at 40 rupiah on Monday.

Die IBRA will nächstes Jahr Ihren kompletten Anteil an BNII verkaufen.

Bank International Indonesia to be Sold Next Year
JAKARTA, Nov 26 Asia Pulse - The Indonesian Bank Restructuring Agency [IBRA] will divest its stake in the publicly-listed Bank International Indonesia [BII] (JSX:BNII) in September next year, the bank`s president Sigit Pramono told the Bisnis Indonesia newspaper.
IBRA has become a 93.69 per cent owner of the bank after capital injection in the form of recapitalization bonds. Through IBRA, the government has nationalized a number of ailing banks considered potential by issuing bonds.
The banks are to be sold again to the private sector after they could resume normal operation free from non performing loans.
The government already sold Bank Central Asia (JSX:BBCA) and Bank Niaga (JSX:BNGA), and plans are made to sell Bank Danamon (JSX:BDMN), Bank Lippo (JSX:LPBN) and the state-owned Bank Mandiri.
Pramono said if divestment plan of Bank Danamon, Bank Mandiri and Bank Lippo is put off BII will also face the risk of delay in its divestment plan.
The divestment plan is not easy because it also faces strong opposition among cabinet ministers.

Bank Internasional Indonesia to Sell US$335 MLN in Govt Bonds
JAKARTA, Jan 17 Asia Pulse - Bank Internasional Indonesia (JSX:BNII) said it will sell Rp3 trillion (US$335 million) worth of government bonds it holds to through mutual funds.
Bank director Halim Susanto said eight securities companies and fund managers have made their bidding to manage BII mutual funds.
BII, now controlled by the Indonesian Bank Restructuring Agency (IBRA), holds Rp24.5 trillion in government recapitalization bonds.
Halim said the bank is set to grow with a target financed with an increase in third party fund and the sales of bonds.
He said among the eight bidders only four or three would be used as its mutual fund managers.
He did not rule out the possibility of reducing the recapitalization bonds it holds through bonds-to-asset swap by buying assets in IBRA using the bonds.
IBRA, which controls assets including those of liquidated banks and nationalized banks, valued billions of U.S. dollars , is offering to sell the assets to investors.

Indonesien will Ende 2003 auch BNII verkaufen:

Jakarta to sell stakes in six banks under IMF pact
JAKARTA, Feb 21 (Reuters) - Indonesia has pledged to sell stakes in six major local banks, which together control about half the country`s total banking assets, according to a draft of fresh economic reforms agreed with the IMF.
Under the draft letter obtained by Reuters on Friday, the government has pledged to sell majority stakes in Bank Lippo , Bank Danamon , Bank Permata and Bank Internasional Indonesia .
The letter also said Jakarta planned to launch initial public share offerings in the country`s largest lender, Bank Mandiri, and its fourth-biggest bank, Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI).
The first four banks are controlled by the powerful bank restructuring agency (IBRA), which took them over during the Asian financial crisis of the late 1990s. Mandiri and BRI are state banks.
The IMF has a $5 billion loan programme with Indonesia which expires at the end of the year and disbursements of the loans are tied to periodic batches of economic reforms.
While Jakarta has previously said it would sell all of the six banks as part of efforts to restructure its fragile banking sector, it is the first time a specific timetable has been set.
According to that timetable, Jakarta has promised to finish the majority sale of Bank Danamon and to launch a majority sale of Bank Lippo, both in April and launch an initial public offering (IPO) of Mandiri in June.
It said it would launch an IPO in Bank BRI in September and launch majority stake sales in Banks Permata and BII in December.
The sales are part of the government`s 2003 asset sales programme which is targeted to raise around 34 trillion rupiah ($3.83 billion) to help plug the budget deficit and retire domestic debt.

Bank Internasional Indonesia to Issue US$225 MLN in Bonds
JAKARTA, March 13 Asia Pulse - Bank Internasional Indonesia (JSX:BNII) [BII] said it will issue bonds valued at Rp2 trillion (US$225 million) in the second half of this year in order to finance its credit scheme.
Bank President Sigit Pramomno said the medium term notes [MTN] will be listed on the Surabaya Stock Exchange.
Sigit said BII is looking for foreign and local underwriters to handle the sales of the bond.
He said the funds raised will be needed in its plan to change the bank financing system from short term to long term funding.
He said the bank, which had to be injected with fresh funds by the government to improve its capital adequacy ratio last year, will also start a credit expansion this year.

Bank Internasional Indonesia Writes Off US$135 MLN NPL
JAKARTA, March 10 Asia Pulse - Publicly listed PT Bank Internasional Indonesia (JSX:BNII) has written off Rp1.2 trillion (US$135 million) in non performing loans (NPL).
The bank, which is owned by the Indonesian Bank Restructuring Agency (IBRA), said the write off decision is aimed at improving the quality of the bank`s assets.
Bank director Sukatmo Padmosukarso told the Jakarta Stock Exchange last weekend, the bank still reserves the right to claim the non performing credits.
The write-off decision was approved by its shareholders in a meeting in December 2002, Sukatmo said.

Wer weiss, was in nächster Zeit für News kommen sollen, Übernahme?
