unfassbar. als gäbe es kein morgen mehr.
einerseits finde ich es ja "amüsant", dass der so hochkapitalist es zu stande bringt, mehr kapital zu vernichten, als alle terroristen dieser erde zusammen.
vielleicht bringt uns die krise wenigstens etwas mehr weltwortschaftliches "wir-gefühl".
alle, die derzeit haus und hof verlieren, haben mein höchstes mitgefühl.

Der geschlossene Immobilienfonds BBV 11 der Bayerischen Beamten Versicherung hat beim Amtsgericht München Antrag auf Eröffnung eines Insolvenzverfahrens gestellt. Das bestätigte das Gericht auf Anfrage von Euro am Sonntag Online. In dem Fonds haben rund 1848 Anleger rund 80,8 Millionen Euro angelegt. Der Fonds hat in zwei Bürogebäude in Dresden und Teltow investiert. Zum vorläufigen Insolvenzverwalter wurde der Münchener Rechtsanwalt Wolfgang Ott ernannt. Das Gericht hat Ott damit beauftragt, zu prüfen, ob das Vermögen des Fonds die Kosten eines Insolvenzverfahrens deckt. Zudem soll er innerhalb von sechs Wochen darlegen, ob ein Grund zur Eröffnung eines ordentlichen Insolvenzverfahrens vorliegt und ob Aussichten für eine Fortführung des Unternehmens bestehen.
Hintergrund des Insolvenzantrages: Die BBV Immobilienfonds GmbH - die Initiatorin und Prospektherausgeberin, eine Tochtergesellschaft der Bayerische Beamten Lebensversicherung - hatte im Jahr 2002 eine sogenannte Patronatserklärung (eine Art Zahlungsbürgschaft) für den Fonds abgegeben. Die Patronatserklärung belief sich auf einen zweistelligen Millionenbetrag, so dass die Überschuldung und Zahlungsunfähigkeit bei entsprechender Erfüllung hätten abgewendet werden können. Die BBV Immobilienfonds GmbH weigerte sich jedoch mit Schreiben vom 6.10.2008 mit fadenscheinigen Ausreden die Patronatserklärung zu erfüllen. Angesichts der Überschuldung hat die HypoVereinsbank kürzlich einen Kontokorrentkredit über fünf Millionen Euro für den Fonds gekündigt.

Ist das jetzt ein gutes oder ein schlechtes Zeichen, wenn der größte Aktionär von Board geht. Ich hoffe mal, dass die einfach aus Performance-Gründen gezwungen waren, ihren Anteil zu reduzieren.
Wie ich gesagt hatte: eine Hedge-Fonds der auf Unterbewertung spekuliert hatte und nach dem Kurs-Rutsch sofort gezwungen war zu verkaufen. Hoffentlich bauen die in den nächsten Tagen nicht noch weiter ab.

Auf der Käuferseite sind den Stückzahlen zur Folge leider nur Privatanleger, während sich zu gewissen Zeit auf der Verkäuferseite schnell 4-5stellige Stückzahlen anhäufen.

Würde trotzdem mal gerne wissen, wer regelmäßig (wie heute 11.10 Uhr-11.20 Uhr) Aareal-Aktien in den Markt schüttet (immer wiederkehrende Peaks nach unten). Wahrscheinlich schaut man im Xetra-Orderbuch, zu welchen Zeitpunkten man den Kurs mit einem bestimmten Volumen besonders weit nach unten treiben kann.
