EVALUATION AND OUTLOOK
SECY`s stock is currently trading in the $11 range. Stockreporter believes that the market still currently undervalues SECY, given the Company`s Internet-related investments and strategies. Since shareholder value will be enhanced by transactions involving SECY`s Portfolio Companies rather than through the generation of revenues and earnings from operations, Stockreporter has based its price targets on comparable public companies that are Internet investment vehicles and Internet incubator or venture capital companies. Most of these comparable companies are currently trading above $100 per share. For example, Internet Capital Group, Inc. (Nasdaq: ICGE) is an Internet holding company that maintains ownership interest in a collaborative network of more than 50 companies. ICGE`s is currently trading around $120 for a market cap of about $31,619.24 Million; with a 52-week low of $7 and high of $212; and a recently announced analyst price target of $200 per share. In addition, CMGI, Inc. (Nasdaq: CMGI), which connects, develops, operates and funds the large, diverse family of Internet companies, trades in the $115 range for a market cap of $29,159.50 Million; with a 52-week low of $20 and high of $164.
SECY plans to acquire at least 20 collaborative Internet companies in the near term, and affords a current market cap of about $187 million. Stockreporter believes that SECY is among a very small group of companies best positioned to benefit from the growth of the Internet over the next several years. Stockreporter believes that with the strategic goals that the Company plans to implement and considering the current stock prices of comparable companies, SECY is can easily achieve our relatively conservative share price targets of $50 to $60 year-end 2000, and $100 by 2001.

Given all of the foregoing, Stockreporter concludes that the current SECY stock price of $11 per share represents an attractive buying opportunity for strategic investors.

Bis Ende April sind durchaus 100 % möglich, da ein Geschäftsabschluss mit ThemeWare Corporation (siehe www.stockreporter.de) kurz bevorsteht.
Daher meiner Einschätzung ein strong buy bis 20 Dollar.
Und sollte dann auch noch 2000, oder Anfang 2001 der Nasdaq gang erfolgen, dann könnte die 100 Dollar Marke getestet werden.

Also hat den zu SECY niemand eine Meinung, oder seit Ihr alle schon zu 100% Investiert???

Klar, momentan hat SECY etwas nachgegeben ist aber deshalb gerade noch Interessanter
sich mal ein paar Stück ins Depot zu legen.

Ich finde das SECY auf jedenfall ein klarer Kauf ist, schaut euch doch mal die Seite von
ThemeWare (www.themeware.com) an, von dieser Firma gibt es in den USA eine recht erolgreiche
Fernsehserie, die auch in Deutschland und Österreich ausgestrallt wird.

Inc.ubator believes it can cross-market ThemeWare and achieve beneficial collaboration among its existing Portfolio Companies. The acquisition is anticipated to close in early April, pending completion of definitive agreements and additional due diligence reviews.

Es ist zwar nichts aus den 100% bis Ende April geworden.....
Doch aufgrund des starken Kursrückgangs auf bis akt. 3,50 in USA
ist dies nun ein recht Interessanter Einstiegskurs......
