FirstQuote Provides Financial Information Services for Brokat
E-Finance Applications

Commercial collaboration to be presented at CeBit 2000

GENEVA, Switzerland, STUTTGART, Germany, Feb. 21 /PRNewswire/ -- Brokat Infosystems AG, leading provider of software for e-Business
and e-Finance solutions, and FirstQuote (Nasdaq: FSQT - news), the service provider for B2B real-time investor data and Internet brokerage
solutions, have agreed on a commercial collaboration. As a result, the FirstQuote product line, which ranges from real-time news & quotes display
to complex, professional graphical chart analysis and trading tools, will be seamlessly embedded into the new Brokat e-Finance applications. The
integrated solution will be demonstrated at CeBit 2000. With a new standard application for e-Brokerage, Brokat presents the first component in a
series of planned standard applications for the financial services provider, which are based on their e-Services platform Twister.

Brokat and FirstQuote offer out-of-the-box solution
