Der Buyback wurde damals per Gerichtsentscheid gestoppt, möglicherweise reagiert der Markt aufgrund der Erfahrungen von 2008 auch nicht auf die neue Ankündigung:

Moscow, November 5, 2008 – OJSC MMC Norilsk Nickel (“MMC Norilsk Nickel” or “the Company”), in compliance with the Board of Directors’ decision of August 22, 2008 accepted shareholders’ applications in the period from September 29, 2008 to October 28, 2008. Pursuant to the buy back procedure announced by the Company, the process of share re-registration (i.e. execution of Stock Purchase Agreements and submission of Transfer Orders to the Registrar) started on October 29, 2008. A number of transactions with shareholders who had tendered their shares for the buy back were already finalized on October 29, 2008. Total payments to the shareholders under these transactions amount approximately to RUB 26 bln.
On October 29, 2008 MMC Norilsk Nickel, after the transactions had been finalized, was served with writs of execution issued by the Krasnoyarsk Territorial Arbitration Court forbidding the Company to proceed with execution of the Board’s decision on share buy back made on August 22, 2008. Duplicate copies of these documents were also received by the Company’s Registrar (CJSC National Registry Company).
In view of the circumstances, General Director of MMC Norilsk Nickel Vladimir Strzhalkovsky decided to suspend all further activities related to entering into stock purchase agreements and execution of payments to shareholders under the share buy back.

Gab es 2008 auch den Hinweis, dass z.B bis 1000 Stück es keine Pro-Rata gibt und es hat dann trotzdem eine gegeben?

im angebot steht dass aktionäre unter 1000 aktien nicht der pro-rata unterliegen.

14,20 EUR in Frankfurt bzw.

anzunehmen.
Allerdings werden das wohl alle tun und dann erfolgt wieder eine pro rata-Zuteilung.
In 2008 lag das Verhältnis bei 1:0,01397....

Mich wundert, dass dazu noch niemand was geschrieben hat! ;-)

"...RIA Novosti reported that billionaire Mr Vladimir Potanin has declined a USD 19.2 billion for a 30% stake in Russia's Norilsk Nickel metals producer from Mr Viktor Vekselberg and Mr Leonard Blavatnik..."

Bei einem momentanen Kurs von 25,5 USD liegt die MK bei 49.100 Mio. USD
Das von Mr. Viktor Vekselberg abgegebene und von Mr. Vladimir Potanin abgelehnte Gebot von 19.000 Mio. USD für einen 30 %-igen Anteil ergäbe einen Kurs von ca. 33 USD oder umgerechnet 23,1 Euro, den Vekselberg zu zahlen bereit wäre.
Ich bin mal gespannt, wie der Kurs morgen in London (Börse heute wegen Feiertag in GB geschlossen) auf diese Meldung reagieren wird...

Bei mir hat das bei NN letztes Mal jedenfalls sehr lange gedauert (so aus der Erinnerung rd 6 Monate, in denen der Gesamtbestand gesperrt war, um dann knapp 10% anzudienen).
