"(...)The two companies intend to bid on contracts which will utilize WorldWater`s proprietary solar power and water management services, technology and products. The companies have already entered a bid on at least one project in Baghdad.(...)"

"The Ministry of Water Resources (MoWR), formerly the Ministry of Irrigation, is the bulk water supplier for the nation.  The Ministry’s 9 large dams, 18 major barrages, and 275 pump stations comprise one of the most complex water distribution systems in the world.  Over 90 percent of the nation’s water is used to irrigate 3.25 million hectares of land throughout Iraq.  Mechanical equipment, such as pump stations and back up generators, are 20 to 30 years old and poorly maintained.  Fewer than 60 percent of the system’s 1,200 individual pumps operate.  In addition, the water resources infrastructure in Iraqsuffered damage after the war due to looting and vandalism,"

      http://www.cpa-iraq.org/essential_services/water-management.…

      http://www.tradearabia.com/routes/sections/News.asp?Article=…

      http://www.solaraccess.com/news/story?storyid=6044

      http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/business/2983054.stm (a.E.)

      http://www.corporatebankintl.com/index.htm

NEW YORK, Feb 9, 2004 (BUSINESS WIRE) --
The New York Society of Security Analysts (NYSSA) will present its 7th Annual Investing in the Alternative Energy Industry Conference on Feb. 25, 2004. Since the blackout of August 2003, investors have taken greater notice of the alternative energy industry, but some analysts

      Bericht von dem Symposium:
Great Presentation yesterday @ the Symposium Conference

The WorldWater management team was present and the chairman Quentin Kelly spoke on the prospects for the company in fiscal 04 and the future. Already booked in revenue is 4.1 mm in 04 over 3x as much as 03. Mr. Kelly said that revenue this year could be as high as 15 million. WWAT is bidding on some HUGE contracts that if they win a few of these will produce strong revenue. The company mentioned that they will be raising 2mm and the investors were present at the presentation. Very Impressive. Kelly also mentioned that the prices for the solar panels have dropped from 3.5 to 2.80 and thus helps out the bottom line.

WorldWater Corp. Chairman Interviewed on NPR`s Marketplace about Risks, Rewards of Iraqi Contracts
Monday April 5, 7:30 am ET

PENNINGTON, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 5, 2004--WorldWater Corp. (OTC BB: WWAT - News) Chairman and CEO Quentin T. Kelly was interviewed April 1 on NPR`s Marketplace business program by host David Brown about the risks and potential rewards of pursuing contracts in Iraq, particularly in light of events this past week in Falluja.
WorldWater had been scheduled to participate in a trade expo in Baghdad, which was indefinitely postponed Thursday following the killings of four American contractors in Falluja on Wednesday.

WorldWater has been actively pursuing Iraqi contracts, and a team of seven WorldWater engineers, led by Dr. Anand Rangarajan, is scheduled to depart for Baghdad for high-level meetings with U.S. contracting companies and Iraqi ministries this weekend. Those plans have not been altered by the Falluja killings, Mr. Kelly stated in the interview. Participation on the team going to Baghdad has been on a volunteer basis from the start, he said. "I spoke to each engineer individually stating that I would not ask them to go and each one said, `I want to go.`"

Mr. Kelly noted that WorldWater has proprietary solar technology and water management expertise which could be of great value in bringing water and electricity to the Iraqi people, particularly with the high-powered AquaMax(TM) solar pump. Also, the company has operated in areas with significant security concerns in the past, including the Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF) rebel camp in the Philippines, Pakistan, Afghanistan, and Somalia.

Marketplace, which is produced by Minnesota Public Radio, has the largest cumulative audience for any business program on radio or television in the country.

WorldWater (www.worldwater.com) is a full service international solar energy and water management company with unique, high-powered solar technology providing solutions to water supply and energy problems. The company has developed and patented AquaMax(TM) solar systems capable of operating pumps up to 600 hp, making it the first solar company in the world to deliver mainstream pumping capability.

SBI Brightline and SBI-USA. They did a recent deal with BIPH.OB for about $3mil. Looks like very similar terms. Looks like they paid a discounted price at the time, started at .15 according to SEC filing. The stock then went up to $1.20 where it sits today and trades 1.8 mil shares daily. It looks from the chart like it became a pretty hot stock. Then BIPH announced a larger follow on raise again with SBI. I hope SBI supports WWAT stock the same way. By the way, BIPH had only $75k in revenue for first 9 months of the year. Compare that to WWAT which had $1.2 mil last year and already $4mil+ this year, and it looks like some serious upside potential. Any thoughts? I have a big chunk of stock and deciding when to start taking profit.

(Rangarajan is WWAT`s Number 2 man)------------------------------------
Executive of solar-power firm to visit Baghdad for three days

      THE ASSOCIATED PRESS
TRENTON -- A Union County businessman is readying for a weeklong trip to Iraq, his worries about recent attacks on civilians there outweighed by an almost missionarylike zeal for his Pennington company`s solar technology.

But Anand Rangarajan`s wife had a less-than philosophical appraisal of his upcoming journey during a recent dinner-table conversation.

"She said I`m stupid," said Rangarajan, 54, of Berkeley Heights.

Four American civilian contractors were killed in Fallujah, Iraq, on Wednesday. Images of their mutilated bodies dominated media coverage from the Middle East this week.

While Rangarajan doesn`t downplay the risks, he does see significant differences between his situation and that of the ambushed contractors, who were working in an area where the populace has been notoriously hostile toward Americans. He will be spending his time in Baghdad with seven other employees of WorldWater Corp., and expects to be accompanied by security all the time.

"I have a family, and everybody who`s going on this trip has a family. It`s a tough decision," said Rangarajan, executive vice president of the company. "I can`t ask someone else to go if I`m scared of going."

WorldWater has partnered with The Sandi Group, an international development company, to bring its solar power and water systems technology to Iraq. Rangarajan plans to leave April 10 for Amman, Jordan, and then to spend three days in Baghdad pitching his business to Iraqi officials. He is scheduled to return April 17.

While Rangarajan has made past trips to risky areas such as Somalia, he still has to convince his family -- including two children and two stepchildren -- that this is an important mission.

"The solar technology that we bring can solve a lot of issues, literally solve many, many problems. We have the technology that could make a difference," he said. "If somebody like me doesn`t go, it probably will never happen. I feel like I don`t have a choice but to do it."

Rangarajan said experience tells him media coverage can exaggerate what seem like unsafe conditions abroad. But it doesn`t always help with the perception back home.

About four years ago, while working in the Philippines, he envisioned a summer with his family close at hand. He made all the arrangements, including renting house on the beach, and then cajoled his wife and children until they caved in.

A highly publicized kidnapping two months before their arrival derailed the family`s plans.

"It was a thousand miles away -- that`s like from Trenton to Atlanta," he recalled, but those facts could not convince his wife. "She said, `No, forget it. We`re not going.` "

Dr. Anand Rangarajan, Executive Vice President, is a solar and water pump specialist. He has 20 years experience in all aspects of the solar electric business and has pioneered the development of several proprietary solar water pumping systems, products and markets. His systems have been installed in over 20 countries. He holds his PhD in Engineering from University of Wisconsin and spent several years working with MIT’s Lincoln Laboratory.

Dangerous travel isn’t new for WorldWater Corporation (search) head Anand Rangarajan.

und die FAO der United Nations hat ein Programm zur Bewässerung mit 14 Millionen$ ?Insufficient power supply and looting of back-up generators from the main pumping stations has greatly reduced the availability of water for human consumption, crop production and livestock use. Urgent main systems emergency maintenance and repair is not being performed due to lack of resources and staff disbanding. In addition, individual farmers and rural communities are facing serious difficulty in getting water to their fields due to lack of water pumps, the poor status of tertiary canal network and difficulties in finding spare parts for the maintenance of individual pumps. As a result, 1.5 million ha of crop and orchards in central and southern Iraq are at serious risk and vegetable and fruit produce is scarce on the markets.

“Rehabilitation of irrigation infrastructure and emergency water supply”

      Funds requested: US$14 435 000

This project aims to carry out emergency repairs to damaged irrigation infrastructure. This will provide a reliable water supply for the irrigation of up to 5.25 million hectares. Given that in this region the supply of irrigation and drinking water are inextricably linked, the intervention will also benefit rural and urban populations ensuring the supply of drinking water.http://www.fao.org/reliefoperations/appeals/2003/iraq.html

Dr. Rangarajan`s first paper demonstrates how municipal water systems and wastewater treatment plants can reduce their electricity costs and also have back up power capability in the event of power outages, using WorldWater`s new AquaMax(tm) solar motor drive technology for applications up to 600 hp.

His second paper is a case study of WorldWater`s installation of its unique AquaMeter(tm) rural municipal water system, which uses solar energy and prepaid "smart cards" in the Philippines. Because of the reliable fee collection method, the municipality of Ronda was able to borrow 100 percent of the project cost from the Philippine National Bank. This project was implemented on a purely commercial basis, without the need for subsidies, and residents` cost for water has been reduced as well.

      OVERVIEW

WorldWater Corp. is an international solar engineering and water managementcompany with unique, high-powered solar technology providing solutions to watersupply and energy problems. Until 2002, the Company was a development-stageenterprise organized to design, develop, manufacture and market solar waterpumping systems, and focused exclusively on helping developing countries withwater and power problems. Through research and development, the Company`sproprietary solar technology developed the capability in 2002 of operating pumpsand motors up to 600 horsepower for irrigation, refrigeration and water utilitypumping systems. This increased power capability, coupled with growing energyshortages in the United States, has opened domestic market opportunities thathave now become the principal focus of its business. Throughout 2004, theCompany intends to focus efforts on the enhancement and aggressiveimplementation of its marketing program domestically and internationally. In theU.S., this includes institutional public and private commercial markets, particularly in California, New Jersey and other states which offer incentivesfor renewable energy sources. The Company continues to seek opportunitiesthroughout the world, including the Philippines, where it maintains nationwideoperations, the Middle East (most particularly, Iraq), and Africa.

      RESULTS OF OPERATIONS

For the three months ended March 31, 2004 net revenues decreased to $780,846 ascompared to $1,098,345 for the same period of 2003. Equipment sales and grantrevenue for the period ended March 31, 2004 were $675,380 and $105,466 ascompared to $1,066,900 and $31,445 for the period ended March 31, 2003.Equipment sales decreased by $391,520 or 37% as compared to the previous yearand grant revenue increased by $74,021 or 235%.

In the first quarter of 2003, WorldWater installed its first solar refrigerationsystem, which drives a 350 hp solar-powered compressor pump, at a foodprocessing facility near Bakersfield, CA - in the amount of $913,749 in revenue.During the fourth quarter of 2003, WorldWater participated in the successful bidfor the largest PV installation on a U.S. community college campus at Cerro CosoCommunity College, Ridgecrest, CA. The Company is the exclusive PV systemssupplier for the one-megawatt system with a total purchase order of $4.1million. During the first quarter of 2004, the Company began supplying PVequipment to Contra Costa Electric the prime contractor to Cerro Coso CommunityCollege for the one mega-watt project scheduled for completion in the thirdquarter 2004. The amount of revenue recorded for this project during thefirst quarter was $675,380 of which all was subsequently collected.

The Company also entered the New Jersey agricultural market in 2003. The NewJersey Board of Public Utilities (BPU) has authorized a comprehensive range ofincentives. The Company was awarded a renewable energy economic developmentgrant through the BPU in the amount of $300,234. During the first quarter of2004, the Company recognized $105,466 of grant revenue related to this award ofwhich all was subsequently collected.

Cost of Sales and Gross Profit

Cost of sales for the quarter ended March 31, 2004 and 2003 were $725,631 and$741,223, respectively. Cost of sales for equipment decreased $73,304 to$643,854 on a 37% decrease in equipment sales. Costs associated with grantrevenue increased $57,712 on an increase of revenue of approximately 235%.

Gross profit for the quarter ended March 31, 2004 and 2003 was $55,215 and$357,122, respectively. Gross profit on equipment sales for the first quarterwas $31,526 or 5% as compared to $349,742 or 33% from the previous year. Thelower profit margin experienced in the first quarter of 2004 is attributed tothe Company participating as a PV systems supplier as compared to supplying andinstalling the system as was the case during the first quarter of 2003.

      Marketing, General and Administrative

Marketing, general and administrative expenses were $830,138 for the quarterended March 31, 2004 as compared to $727,140 in 2003, an increase of 15%. Thisincrease is primarily attributable to an increase in sales efforts and staffingnecessary to capture the newly developed domestic market. We are graduallyincreasing our current staffing levels, but have found it necessary to hireconsultants from time to time, therefore increasing this expense as compared tothe same period in 2003. Assuming that the domestic business continues to grow,it will be necessary to recruit additional staff to implement the contracts.

      Research and Development

Research and development expenses were $38,069 for the quarter ended March 31,2004 compared to $87,679 in 2003. During the first quarter of 2004 the Companyallocated $20,000 of its research and development resources toward the State ofNew Jersey`s renewable energy economic development grant.

      Loss from Operations

Operating loss for the quarter ended March 31, 2004 was $812,992 as compared to$457,697 from the previous year.

      Income Taxes

The Company recognized no income tax (benefit) expense for the first quarter of2004 to date.

The Company participates in the State of New Jersey`s corporation business taxbenefit certificate transfer program (the "Program"), which allows certain hightechnology and biotechnology companies to transfer unused New Jersey netoperating loss carryovers and research and development tax credits to other NewJersey corporation business taxpayers. During 2004, the Company intends tosubmit applications to the New Jersey Economic Development Authority (the "EDA")to participate in the Program again for tax losses incurred in 2002 and 2003.Upon approval the EDA issues certificates certifying the Company`s eligibilityto participate in the Program for these years.

In the event of a change in ownership, the Tax Reform Act of 1986 (the "Act")provides for a potential limitation on the annual use of net operating loss(NOL) and research and development tax credit carryforwards that couldsignificantly limit the Company`s ability to utilize these carryforwards.Accordingly, because tax laws limit the time during which these carryforwardsmay be applied against future taxes, the Company may not be able to take fulladvantage of the net operating losses and credit carryforwards for Federalincome tax purposes.

      Liquidity and Capital Resources

The net increase in cash from all activities during the first quarter of 2004was $204,582 as compared to a decrease of $137,808 in 2003. The cash used inoperating activities was $1,119,722 compared to $385,697 in 2003. The primaryincrease for use of cash for operating activities is attributable to theincrease in domestic sales efforts as the Company takes an aggressive approachin capturing this market opportunity. The cash used in investing activities was$0 as compared to $18,357 in 2003.

The cash provided by financing activities during the first quarter of 2004 was$1,274,320 as compared to $268,646 in 2003. The Company continued to finance itsoperations through the sale of stock and convertible debentures. As a result of thisissuance beneficial conversion interest of $427,667 was recorded in the firstquarter of 2004. Warrants to purchase an aggregate of 5,638,667 shares of commonstock at an exercise price of $0.30 per share were issued with the convertiblenotes valued at $593,900.

At March 31, 2004, the Company had a working capital deficiency of $1,697,401and a stockholders` deficiency of $3,712,711.

The Company expects to continue to incur losses until such time as it gainsgreater market acceptance of our new technology at selling prices and volumeswhich provide adequate gross profit to cover operating costs and generatepositive cash flow. Working capital requirements will depend upon numerousfactors, including the level of resources devoted to the scale-up ofinstallation activities, and increased sales and marketing. Management hasdeveloped a financial plan to address working capital deficiency and to increasethe cash provided by financing activities. Since early 2000, this has includedthe issuance of preferred stock, restricted and non-restricted stock andconvertible debentures. The financial plan has resulted in sufficient fundingfor operations to date and is anticipated to adequately fund operating deficitsexpected to be incurred in 2004.

While we also sustained losses for the quarter and six month period, it is our belief that these losses are essentially an investment in positioning our business for breakthrough success on a long term basis."

"While many of the world`s finite energy sources are being depleted at a disquieting rate as evidenced by the current global oil crisis and national gas reports, WorldWater`s ability to harness the unlimited power of the sun with our proprietary AquaMax(TM) systems represents breakthrough technology," continued Mr. Kelly. "Our patented technology can deliver up to 600 horsepower - more than 100 times as powerful as the nearest competitors -- making ours the only solar products available anywhere in the world that can deliver the water-pumping horsepower required for large scale commercial applications. Our various Installations have validated how WorldWater has enabled solar power to achieve an unparalleled level of practicality and cost-effectiveness for a broad spectrum of commercial mainstream uses."

WorldWater`s proprietary and patented AquaMax(TM) systems can drive high powered engines creating some of the most powerful solar powered systems in the world. The Company`s projects represent a quantum leap forward in the deployment of large-scale solar power pumping technology and demonstrate the viability of solar power for broad applications in virtually all industries anywhere in the world.

New Growth Seen in Alternative Energy Markets

PENNINGTON, NJ--(MARKET WIRE)--Aug 21, 2004 -- AXcess News (www.axcessnews.com) released a story uncovering the droves of investors flocking to alternative energy stocks Friday following a host of news stories that fueled their concerns over energy.
Difficult to track, said analysts, alternative energy stocks are made up of small and micro cap companies that usually range just off the radar screen. One of those, WorldWater (OTC BB:WWAT.OB - News), came on the screen Friday reporting a 262% rise in sales for the 2nd quarter. The company reported revenue of $3,375,628 for the quarter ended June 30, 2004, compared to $48,916 in the same period the prior year.

WorldWater attributed its growth to demand for its PV solar pumping system. Dubbed the "AquaMax," WorldWater`s PV system can provide remote electric generation from solar panels that can drive pumps as large as 600hp. Conventional solar powered pumps can only manage 5hp.

While alternative energy stocks are trading up, driving that demand is fear of increasing fuel costs and short supplies. The United States now imports about 57% of its crude oil, but only 16% of its natural gas, and nearly all of that comes by pipeline from Canada. By 2025, according to recent Energy Department estimates, the country will be consuming 37% more gas -- 31.2 trillion cubic feet a year, compared with 22.8 trillion in 2002.

Those alternative energy stocks making the news after Friday`s energy fears hit investors were Ultralife, whose shares were under a short play until recently. The battery manufacturer closed Friday at $15.09, up $2.99 or 24.71%. Plug Power Inc. followed, closing at $5.71, up 28 cents or 5.16%. The Laytham NY company announced that its GenSys product had met California`s new emissions requirement. Fuelcell Energy, Inc. closed at $8.95, up 37 cents or 4.31%. Fuelcell announced an earnings call scheduled for Aug 31. WorldWater closed at $0.31, up 1 cent or 3.33%. The company released its 2nd quarter results following the close in New York. Quantum Fuel Systems Technologies, Inc., a fuel-cell manufacturer, closed at $5.00, down 1 cent or .01%. Vestas Wind Systems, which makes wind turbines, closed at $12.80, down 1 dollar or 4.12%. No news was available to indicate why its shares fell. Fuel-Tech NV closed at $4.23, up 10 cents or 2.42%. The air-pollution control company released 2nd quarter results managing to slash losses in half and increase revenue.

While many of the hot plays in the alternative energy sector are in small and micro cap stocks, the sector itself is made up of companies in a broad range of businesses and as a whole, aren`t tracked by analysts as a group, though companies like WorldWater are beginning to get attention.

WorldWater`s proprietary and patented AquaMax(TM) system will drive a high powered 200 horsepower pumping system at the facility, establishing the most powerful solar powered irrigation system in the world. The project represents a quantum leap forward in the deployment of large-scale solar power pumping technology and demonstrates the viability of solar power for broad applications in virtually all industries anywhere in the world.

"While many of the world`s finite energy sources are being depleted at a disquieting rate, as evidenced by the current global oil crisis. WorldWater`s ability to harness the unlimited power of the sun with our proprietary AquaMax systems represents breakthrough technology," said Mr. Kelly. "Our patented technology can deliver up to 600 horsepower - more than 100 times as powerful as the nearest competitors - making ours the only products available anywhere in the world that can deliver the water-pumping horsepower required for large scale commercial applications. Axcess News: Financial Incentives Boost Solar Applications
      9/7/04

Pennington NJ, Sep 07, 2004 (M2 PRESSWIRE via COMTEX) --
AXcess News (www.axcessnews.com) released a story covering alternative energy stocks that focused on WorldWater Corporation (OTCBB: WWAT) following new sales figures released Friday.

In a story released in August, Source Press covered the alternative energy markets, citing a rising demand for products like WorldWater`s AquaMax solar-pumping system, capable of driving pumps as large as 600 horsepower.

According to the company, the nearest competitor can only drive a 50 horsepower pump. The dramatic increase in capability is what appears to be the cornerstone of WorldWater`s success.

WorldWater`s shares closed up Friday almost 8 percent, finishing the week up 2.5 cents to close at $.34 per share. In August`s story on Alternative Energy Markets, companies mentioned were Ultralife (NASDAQ: ULBI). ULBI closed Friday at $14.51, off 3 cents, though down 58 cents from Aug 20th when that story was published. Plug Power Inc. (NASDAQ: PLUG) closed Friday at $6.57, down 14 cents, though up 86 cents over Aug 20 closing price. Fuelcell Energy, Inc. (NASDAQ: FCEL) closed at $10.05, off 6 cents Friday, though down $1.10 from Aug 20. Quantum Fuel Systems Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: QTWW) closed Friday at $5.21, up 2 cents for the session though it climbed 21 cents since covered Aug 20. Vestas Wind Systems (OTC: VWSYF) closed at $12.95, unchanged, though up 15 cents since Aug 20. Fuel-Tech NV (NASDAQ: FTEK) ended the session Friday at $4.55, up 2.9 cents, though it had closed up 12 cents since August`s story was released.

With oil above $40 a barrel and utilities straining to meet demands, some state and local governments are offering financial incentives for alternative energy applications that can lower power usage.

One company taking advantage of those programs is WorldWater Corp., a manufacturer and marketer of solar-pumping systems, that announced a $2 million contract Friday to install its solar-pumping system at a California citrus ranch.

Quentin T. Kelly, WorldWater chairman and CEO stated that the solar-pumping system being installed was the largest irrigation system of its type ever installed. The AquaMax will drive a 200 horsepower pumping system at the facility.

According to WorldWater, state financial incentives coupled with the high cost of energy made the deal work for the citrus rancher. But California is not the only state offering incentives and WorldWater let investors know it after announcing their strategic initiatives Aug 30.

According to its plans, WorldWater is focusing in markets where it can take advantage of both state and local municipalities financial incentives and in some cases that makes government itself a candidate.

After pulling off some substantial projects like California`s Cerro Coso College, where its solar-powered pumping system generates 60 percent of the school`s electricity requirements. Or the world`s largest solar-powered refrigeration compressor system - a 350-horsepower hydracooler at a potato processing facility.

The citrus ranch project caps off a great start for the period, racking up sales of $2 million from that project verses $3.3 million for the 2nd quarter, which was announced Aug 20. At the time of that announcement WorldWater reported sales of $4.1 million for the first half, up an incredible 262% over the same period last year.

Kelly`s company emphasized that it was pursuing customers in New York through a collaborative agreement with 1st Rochdale Cooperative, one of the oldest and largest electricity cooperatives in the United States. The company hoped to pursue international projects through an agreement with Kirloskar Brothers Ltd., of Pune, India, the largest pump and motor manufacturer in India, though foreign sales may be long in coming due to WorldWater`s own limitations as a small, developing enterprise.

Further agricultural applications are expected to develop, especially on the West Coast, which has been facing fluctuating energy rates and drought conditions that when coupled with the high cost of fuel makes alternative fuel sources, like WorldWater, all the more appealing.

WorldWater & Power Adds Solar Veteran Lawrence Slominski to Growing California Sales Team
      9/15/04

      PENNINGTON, N.J., Sep 15, 2004 (BUSINESS WIRE) --
WorldWater & Power Corp. (OTC BB: WWAT), providing the next generation of cutting-edge patented high-power solar energy technology with diverse commercial applications in a broad range of industries, announced that it has added Lawrence Slominski to its fast-growing California sales team. Mr. Slominski will serve as Regional Manager, Technical Sales Support, according to Carsten Bethge, Vice President of Sales for WorldWater.

"Larry has a solid background in both solar energy and irrigation systems," said Mr. Bethge. "As a mechanical engineer, his experience spans the design, evaluation, and implementation of photovoltaic (PV) systems in America and abroad." Early career work in the Peace Corps. led to Mr. Slominski`s nomination as National Energy Planner for the Federated States of Micronesia. Back in the US, Mr. Slominski worked in several energy-related positions, including associations with United Solar Ovonic, Maxwell Technologies Inc. and United Solar Systems Corp., where he held key positions in product development, sales and marketing.

WorldWater has recently expanded and reorganized its California sales offices to better serve the state`s fast-growing demand for solar products.

Added Quentin T. Kelly, WorldWater Chairman and CEO: "Few solar professionals can match Larry Slominski`s experience and caliber in both sales and engineering. With demand for solar products growing, we`re glad that WorldWater continues to attract the top people in the industry, who want to implement the most important new solar projects."

      About WorldWater:

WorldWater & Power Corp. is a full-service, international solar engineering and water management company with unique, high-powered and patented solar technology that provides solutions to a broad spectrum of the world`s water supply and energy problems. The Company`s recently patented AquaMax(TM) solar pumping systems, capable of driving motors up to an unprecedented 600 horsepower, make WorldWater the first and only solar company in the world with the power to deliver mainstream pumping capability. The Company is also a pioneering provider of solar powered water systems in the Philippines and developing nations in Africa and Asia.

WorldWater & Power seeks to achieve significant revenue growth and earnings leverage by marketing its proprietary solar technology through multiple channels to a broad spectrum of institutional and private parties anywhere in the world. Prior to the development of the AquaMax(TM) technology, solar powered motors were limited in output to about 5 horsepower, and thus incapable of pumping the volume of water required for large scale systems. WorldWater`s proprietary AquaMax(TM) systems can drive motors up to a revolutionary 600 horsepower, generating significant commercial opportunities for exploitation by WorldWater and vastly expanding the range of applications for clean, renewable solar power in commercial, municipal and institutional mainstream applications. Each day, more solar energy bathes Earth than its 5.9 billion inhabitants consume in equivalent electric power in 27 years, according to the U.S. Department of Energy`s National Renewable Energy Laboratory in Golden, Colorado. With many international and domestic governmental agencies increasingly concerned about clean air and water conservation, WorldWater is well positioned to implement its patented AquaMax(TM) systems for the supply of all power needed for the largest irrigation and cooling systems in the world - with no pollution and no excess pumping to foul the air or excessively drain the natural water resource.

It is the opinion of WorldWater`s management that WorldWater is uniquely positioned to capitalize on the worldwide demand for next-generation solar technology, as represented by the Company`s patented technology. The energy generated by WorldWater is pollution-free, fully renewable, reliable, highly scalable and requires lower operating costs. WorldWater`s early-mover advantage, and its next generation solar technology, will enable the Company to exploit a broad range of high revenue and high profit opportunities in both the public and private sectors in multiple worldwide markets, facilitating additional contracts to increase revenues while concurrently lowering costs and increasing margins. WorldWater & Power Announces Revenue Guidance for 2004 And 2005; Forecast Calls for Minimum 2004 Revenues of $6 Million Representing 400%+ Increase Over 2003

      2004-09-17 16:01 ET - News Release

      PENNINGTON, N.J. -- (Business Wire) -- Sept. 17, 2004

WorldWater & Power Corp. (OTC BB: WWAT), capitalizing on
worldwide demand for next-generation solar power through the provision
of cutting-edge patented high-power solar energy technology, today
announced revenue guidance for the twelve-month periods ending 2004
and 2005. The announcement was made by Quentin T. Kelly, WorldWater
      Chairman and CEO.
The guidance calls for minimum revenues of $6 million for 2004,
representing an increase of 400% over 2003 revenues, which totaled
      $1.2 million.
Forecasts for fiscal year 2005 show continued strong growth,
according to the Company. The Company attributes this growing success
to the broad commercial acceptance of its proprietary AquaMax(TM)
technology, capable of driving motors up to an unprecedented 600
horsepower, creating practical commercial solutions to the world`s
      growing water and energy problems.
"It should be clear to the investment community that WorldWater &
Power is a company experiencing extraordinary growth with
year-over-year revenue numbers in the triple digits," stated Mr.
Kelly. "This last year has been especially exciting, with numerous
sales and successful ground-breaking projects that clearly demonstrate
the unique capabilities of our proprietary solar power technology.
WorldWater & Power management has been highly proactive in
aggressively laying the groundwork for even more revenue in 2005:
we`re developing new strategic relationships and new markets, as well
as expanding our core technology into new areas of renewable energy.
WorldWater`s patented technology is clearly a major part of the
solution to the world`s increasingly serious energy crisis."
"The numbers speak for themselves," Mr. Kelly continued. "In 2001,
the Company generated revenues of $241,000. In 2002, the Company
generated $643,000. In 2003, the Company generated $1.2 million. We
are now forecasting $6 million for this year and a stronger year in
      2005."
Mr. Kelly concluded, "We remain firmly committed to growth in
revenues, growth in earnings and growth in shareholder value."

TalkingStocks.com Issues a Rating of `Attractive` for WorldWater & Power Corp.
      9/20/04

DALLAS, TX, Sep. 20, 2004 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) --
TalkingStocks.com has issued an "Attractive" rating on WorldWater & Power Corp. (OTC BB: WWAT), a leading provider of patented, next generation high-power solar energy technology with diverse commercial applications.

      WorldWater & Power is
discussed at length in a report appearing on TalkingStocks.com. Jeff Bishop, Senior Investment Analyst for TalkingStocks.com, authored the report. He shared this comment about WorldWater & Power: "After reviewing the company`s current fundamentals and future earnings outlook we feel the stock represents a compelling investment opportunity at these levels. In a recent statement, Management has demonstrated that they are on track to at least meet the firm`s aggressive current year revenue forecast."

The report may be viewed in its entirety at:

      http://www.talkingstocks.com/reports/WWAT_092004.php

With many international and domestic governmental agencies increasingly concerned about clean air and water conservation, WorldWater is well positioned to implement its patented AquaMax(TM) systems for the supply of all power needed for the largest irrigation and cooling systems in the world -- with no pollution and no excess pumping to foul the air or excessively drain the natural water resource.

StockGuru.com Issues Investment Rating of `Attractive` on WorldWater & Power

      2004-10-06 06:01 ET - News Release

DALLAS, Oct. 6, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- John Pentony, Publisher of StockGuru.com, has issued a favorable report on WorldWater & Power Corporation (OTCBB:WWAT). In the report released earlier today, StockGuru.com has issued its rating of `Attractive` on WorldWater & Power. The report listed the newly announced alliance with Kirloskar, a world leader in industrial pumping technology, as a key investment consideration for this decision. There are other reasons also cited, including WorldWater`s reaffirmed guidance for FY 2004.

Pentony says in the report, "We feel that WorldWater & Power Corporation represents a solid long-term investment opportunity at current levels. It appears that there are significantly more catalysts for upside potential in this firm than there are to the downside. While it is not hard to discover firms that have a positive business outlook, as WorldWater does, it is becoming increasingly more difficult to find this optimism at a reasonable valuation."

The report concludes, "We favor companies where we clearly understand the product, its uses, and the threats against it. We find all of this in WorldWater`s compelling story. As this company continues to execute its strategy of developing innovative water and energy management solutions, it is highly likely that investors who are early to recognize the potential will be rewarded. Again, while there is no firm that is without risk, we believe WorldWater has the potential for moderate gains with a very limited downside."

PENNINGTON, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 5, 2004-- WorldWater & Power Corporation (OTCBB:WWAT - News), a maker of high-horsepower solar energy systems, has established a strategic alliance with Kirloskar Brothers Ltd., a major Indian pump manufacturer, to develop water management systems to provide improved water and power supplies for rural and urban poor around the world.

Under the five-year pact, WorldWater and Kirloskar will develop projects that combine WorldWater`s proprietary solar power technology with Kirloskar`s broad range of pump and motor products. As outlined in a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signed by both companies, the partnership will help both companies meet their common objectives of bringing sustainable agricultural development and improvement of living and working conditions for rural and urban poor.

Iraq and Afghanistan are among the many developing countries where Kirloskar has implemented sales of its products.

"Kirloskar brings a wealth of experience and longstanding business relationships in markets worldwide. This strategic alliance will enable us to employ our AquaMax(TM) products and other solar technology in markets we would not otherwise reach," said Quentin T. Kelly, CEO of WorldWater.

R.K. Srivastava, Whole Time Director of Kirloskar Brothers Ltd., said, "WorldWater`s solar technology is a strong complement for our pumping products. Working together, we believe we will be able to make a significant difference for a great many people who desperately need improved water and power supplies."

WorldWater Reports Third Quarter Financial Results
Tuesday November 16, 4:03 pm ET
Nine Month Revenue Jumps 245%:laugh:

PENNINGTON, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 16, 2004--WorldWater & Power Corporation (OTCBB:WWAT - News), maker of high-horsepower solar energy systems, today announced financial results for its third quarter and the nine months ended September 30, 2004.

Revenue for the quarter ended September 30, 2004 was $61,040, compared to $76,817 in revenue for the quarter ended September 30, 2003. Revenue for the nine-month period ended September 30, 2004 was $4,217,514, compared to $1,224,078 for the comparable period in 2003, an increase of 245%. The Company sustained a net loss of $2,262,016 for the quarter ended Sept. 30, 2004, compared to a net loss of $1,232,707 for the same quarter last year.

For the nine months ended Sept. 30, 2004 and 2003, the Company has incurred a net loss of $5,861,209 and $2,848,113, respectively.

The company started and completed the engineering and essential construction phases of the $2 million Seley Citrus Ranch project in California in the third quarter but could not recognize any portion of that sum as revenue because the company`s completed contract revenue recognition accounting policy only allows booking of revenues upon project completion, stated Quentin T. Kelly, WorldWater Chairman and CEO. That serving utility, San Diego Gas & Electric, has now notified Seley that the project is authorized to interconnect with the electric grid, thus achieving the accounting milestone required to record the revenue in the fourth quarter.

"The Company has generated record revenue this year, as evidenced by the significant increase in the year-to-date results," said Mr. Kelly. "We have now put into place several important solar power projects that have demonstrated the commercial viability of our solar power products and services, and are beginning to realize the market potential of our proprietary technologies."

As noted above, WorldWater recorded modest revenues in the quarter ended September 30, 2004, a result of the Company`s conservative completed contract revenue recognition accounting policy. WorldWater booked the majority of its nine-month 2004 revenue in the second quarter, and expects to show another significant increase in the fourth quarter ending December 31, 2004.

In addition to not reporting any Seley project revenues in the third quarter, the Company recorded an anticipated loss of $394,000, attributable to a valuation guarantee of Renewable Energy Credits (REC`s) to be generated by the Seley Ranch project. The REC market in the state of California is evolving now and is not yet well established and liquid. In other states, including New Jersey, the REC market is trading as high as $0.175 per Kilowatt hour.

In a separate announcement, the Company declared that because of its revenue growth in 2004 and its expected continued growth in 2005, WorldWater has determined at this time not to exercise its call on an additional $3.64 million option available from investment bank SBI USA. The Company has now drawn down two full tranches of its original equity option from SBI USA totaling $2.3 million.

Company`s AquaMax(TM) to Drive Pumps for Idyllwild Water District
WorldWater & Power Corporation (OTCBB:WWAT), maker of high-horsepower solar energy systems, has finalized a contract to install a 57-horsepower solar-powered pumping system at the Idyllwild Water District, in Idyllwild, California. It is the first use of large solar pumps by a water utility and the first use of WorldWater`s AquaMax(TM) for this purpose, according to Quentin T. Kelly, WorldWater Chairman and CEO.
WorldWater, a full service provider of solar power solutions, will handle all aspects of installation of the $309,000 system. Half of that cost will be reimbursed to the Idyllwild Water District by Southern California Edison under the California rebate plan, which encourages use of solar and other renewable energy sources in the state. The contract is subject to an environmental review under the California Environmental Quality Act.
There are 450 public water districts and utilities in California to which WorldWater is proposing use of its proprietary solar powered AquaMax(TM) to replace use of diesel pumps and to reduce use of grid electric pumps, in order to address the state`s air quality problems and high electricity costs.
"We are very pleased to be partnering with WorldWater on this project," said Terry Lyons, General Manager of the Idyllwild Water District. "In addition to providing electrical power to overcome power brown-outs, WorldWater`s solar technology will enable Idyllwild to be the first water district to use solar power to operate its major wells and booster pumps, while providing additional cost savings and environmental benefits to our mountain community."
The WorldWater solar system will power one of Idyllwild`s basic water delivery systems. It is anticipated to save the Water District approximately 70 percent of electrical costs on the meter system where it will be installed. The WorldWater system and products will provide all of the environmental advantages associated with clean solar power, and will serve as a backup source of electricity in the event of black- or brown-outs from the regional electrical supply grid.
"This is a breakthrough for clean energy use by the water utility companies -- it provides them the added value of backup power as well as saving significant amounts of money on their electric costs. Our solar power system will provide an important solution to the problems of grid power service and price fluctuations that all utilities in California face," said Mr. Kelly. "The fact that our AquaMax(TM) is capable of driving systems up 600-horsepower means that we can provide solar power solutions to nearly every water utility, no matter how large."
Work on the Idyllwild project will begin immediately following successful conclusion of the environmental study. Idyllwild is located in the San Jacinto Mountains between Los Angeles and Palm Springs, CA.

      REASONS FOR THE MOVE????

Well 2 straight days of big volume and a move to .299 from .245 so whats up.

From what I can piece together from various sources these are potential reasons for the renewed interest.

      1. Rumored large contracts to be announced shortly approaching the 10 Million dollar mark, this would almost double 2004 total sales volume with 10 months still left in 2005.

      2. A board meeting was held yesterday, which I could only guess left the members bullish about company prospects, if you notice the stock didn`t do anything yesterday until about 2:30 and then volume flowed in like crazy.

      3. Rumored potential 15 Plus million contract with the Government of Sri Lanka for water purification system to help remedy problems caused by the recent Tsunami. It is also rumored that Colleen Powell is involved.

You all know my feelings about rumors and fluff announcements but these seem to have some validity to them as too many different people have reported various parts of these stories to me. The only thing I know for sure is that there was a Board Meeting yesterday because I called the company on Tuesday and was told that the people I wanted were unavailable as they were preparing for the Weds. Board Meeting.

All I can say is I hope half of these rumors are true, if so watch out above!!!!!

WorldWater & Power Corp. Signs $1.8 Million Contract to Supply Solar Electric Power to California Tree Farm
Thursday March 3, 3:06 pm ET

PENNINGTON, N.J., March 3, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- WorldWater & Power Corporation (OTC BB:WWAT.OB - News), maker of high-horsepower solar energy systems, today announced signing of a contract for $1.8 million to supply solar-generated electricity for a tree farm in California. The company`s proprietary solar AquaMax(TM) will drive a 200 hp water pump in addition to the system saving an estimated 70% of the Cocopah tree farm`s electrical bills, according to Quentin T. Kelly, WorldWater`s Chairman and CEO.

The owner of the farm said, ``We`re happy to use environmental measures to do our work. With this advanced solar technology we will be conserving electricity and water and reducing our operations costs.`` Work on the project will begin immediately.

WorldWater & Power recently completed another AquaMax(TM) system driving a 200 hp pump for Seley Ranches, a citrus farm in California. The company also supplied all the solar equipment for a one megawatt solar installation at Cerro Coso College in Ridgecrest, CA, which the college estimates will supply 60% of its electricity and save the college over $300,000 a year. WorldWater & Power also recently signed a contract with the Idyllwild (CA) Water District to operate seven of the utility`s pumps by use of the AquaMax(TM) system. Engineering work has begun on that Project.

WorldWater & Power Corp./Conti Corp. Joint Venture Wins Atlantic County Utility Bid for $3.25 Million Solar Electric System
Friday April 1, 7:30 am ET

PENNINGTON, N.J., April 1, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- WorldWater & Power Corp. (OTC BB:WWAT.OB - News), maker of high-horsepower solar energy systems, and its Joint Venture partner Conti Corp. have been awarded the contract from the Atlantic County (NJ) Utilities Authority (ACUA) to install a $3.25 million solar energy system at the wastewater treatment plant near Atlantic City. The contract will require a $1.9 million rebate from the NJ Board of Public Utilities Office of Clean Energy and a low-interest loan from the NJ Environmental Infrastructure Trust program.

Under the joint venture agreement, WorldWater & Power will supply all solar-related equipment, engineering and design services, and Conti will provide construction services and construction project management. First phase of the project is expected to be completed by August 1 and full completion by October 1, 2005.

The system will be comprised of several different arrays, on building rooftops, raised parking structures, and ground mounted. Collectively the arrays are expected to provide an annual output of 660,000 kilowatt hours in clean, economical energy.

As Richard Dovey, ACUA President, explained, ``Each new project brings the ACUA closer to independence of fossil fuels. With the installation of solar panels and five wind turbines in the near future, our wastewater treatment facility will, at times, be entirely powered by clean, renewable, alternative energy. The ACUA has long been a leader in protecting our environment and is hoping to serve as an example to the community as proponents of alternative energy and stewards of our water and land.``

      ... We will see...

WorldWater & Power Corp. Named Preferred Solar Partner by California Water Association
Appoints Director of New Water Utilities Division
PENNINGTON, N.J., April 29, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- WorldWater & Power Corporation (OTCBB:WWAT), maker of high-horsepower solar energy systems, has been selected by the Association of California Water Agencies (ACWA) as a Preferred Solar Partner. The designation identifies the Company as one of two organizations recommended to ACWA member agencies for the implementation of solar electric power systems to drive water pumps and to reduce grid electric bills.

In response to the significant number of leads already generated by the ACWA agreement and the potential size of this market, WorldWater & Power has appointed Douglas Washington, VP -- Marketing and International Operations, to head up the newly created Water Utilities Division for the California region.

"This is an extremely large market in California alone, with each of the 447 water districts representing potentially millions in solar system purchases, and WorldWater is working aggressively to follow up on this endorsement," stated WorldWater & Power CEO, Quentin T. Kelly. "Doug was instrumental in developing the ACWA partnership, and we feel that he is an excellent choice to spearhead this market. Having a specific division in charge of California Water Utilities will allow us to provide faster turnaround times on proposals, and provide a generally higher level of service to the Water Districts."

ACWA is a non-profit organization representing 447 public water agencies that provide 90 percent of the water delivered for residential, agricultural, and industrial use in the State of California. ACWA`s unique partnership programs are designed to help ACWA members identify and select appropriate technological expertise. After rigorous screening of candidates, ACWA selected two firms, WorldWater & Power Corporation and PowerLight Corporation to be recommended to the member utilities for solar power needs.

"One thing that stands out about the WorldWater system is that it is the only one among solar (water) installations that will generate when the grid goes down," said Lon House, the technical energy consultant to ACWA. "They also have the technology to power large pumps, and they have several such installations in California."

WorldWater & Power provides independent solar-powered electricity to power motors and pumps up to 600 hp, even in blackout conditions. In the event of a grid failure, the array disconnects from the grid but continues delivering electric power to the specific user to operate the pumps and motors, a very important feature for water utilities.

The five-year Preferred Solar Partner Agreement essentially pre-qualifies the selected firm and conveys "favored supplier" status to the company.

In related developments, WorldWater & Power broke ground last week on their first California water district project at the Idyllwild Water District facility. WorldWater also announced a contract with an Atlantic County, New Jersey water treatment facility, WorldWater`s portion of which is approximately $2.2 million.

WorldWater & Power Signs $7.8 Million Contract to Supply Solar Electric Power to Avocado Ranch
Wednesday May 18, 7:30 am ET
Project Contracts for 2005 Now Total $12.2 Million

PENNINGTON, N.J., May 18, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- WorldWater & Power Corp. (OTC BB:WWAT.OB - News), maker of proprietary high-power solar systems, today announced the signing of a contract for $7.8 million with Farm ACW of Fallbrook, California, to install solar electric systems to power the avocado ranch operations. The new contract brings the total of projects signed in 2005 to $12.2 million, compared to total revenues in 2004 of $5.8 million.

The contract is subject to certain conditions, including securing grid interconnections with San Diego Gas & Electric. The Company has already begun this process and expects approval of the interconnection by Summer 2005.

The contract with the avocado farm means WorldWater now has four projects in or preparing for operation in California and New Jersey, including two water utilities -- Atlantic County Utilities Authority in New Jersey and Idyllwild Water District in California -- and two California agricultural projects -- Cocopah Tree Farm and Farm ACW.

``We believe Farm ACW will be the largest farm operation to be powered by solar systems anywhere in the world, replacing a Megawatt diesel generator now being used for power,`` said Quentin T. Kelly, Chairman and CEO of WorldWater & Power Corp. ``Work on the project is scheduled to begin after the grid interconnection is secured and is expected to be completed in the fall,`` he added. Water Tech-Ag Supply of Escondido, California, was WorldWater`s sales representative in the transaction, he said.

On April 22, the Company broke ground on the Idyllwild solar project to drive seven pumps using its patented AquaMax(tm) solar system. On April 1, WorldWater was named the winning bidder of the power tender from Atlantic County Utilities Authority for the Atlantic City Wastewater Treatment Plant and on May 4 received its Notice to Proceed.

On March 3, the Company signed to supply solar electric power and drive a 200 hp water pump for the Cocopah Tree Farm in Southern California.

WorldWater & Power Corp. Signs Solar Power Contract for Architectural Model Estate
Friday May 20, 7:30 am ET
$280,000 Contract is Entry Into Prestigious Residential Design Market

PENNINGTON, N.J., May 20, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- WorldWater & Power Corp. (OTC BB:WWAT.OB - News), maker of proprietary high-power solar systems, today announced the signing of a contract for $280,000 to install a solar electric generation and distribution system in a prestigious architectural model residence in Southern California.

The solar design has been approved by the Rancho Santa Fe Art Jury, a local committee charged with maintaining stringent standards for the aesthetics of any renovations or new construction in the community. Construction is scheduled to begin in July. The solar system was designed in coordination with the owner and the award-winning architecture firm, Ronchetti Design of Rancho Santa Fe, to supply all the electric energy requirements of the property. WorldWater & Power will operate as a subcontractor to the general contractor in charge of the renovation.

``The project represents entry into the high-end residential market in the initial stage of the architectural design process,`` said Quentin T. Kelly, Chairman and CEO of WorldWater & Power. ``We couldn`t be more pleased to have our technology used in a design by a world-renowned architect like Ken Ronchetti.``

``Design seeks to unify an owner`s vision and lifestyle with the environment. Solar power is a natural fit. WorldWater`s work with us on energy balances and solar production in the early stages were key to this part of the project,`` noted architect Ken Ronchetti.

``This project represents a strong foothold for WorldWater & Power in the growing market for residential and small commercial solar electric systems in California,`` noted Larry Slominski, Regional Manager for WorldWater & Power. ``The California legislature is working hard to pass a multi-year Million Solar Roofs Initiative (Senate Bill 1, 2/28/2005), which has a goal of achieving 3,000 megawatts of installed solar electric systems over ten years to reduce energy outages and improve air quality standards throughout the state. We compliment the owner, architect and builder for their choice to use solar.``

This is the second project awarded to WorldWater & Power this week. On May 18, the Company announced the signing of a $7.8 million contract to install solar electric power at Farm ACW, an avocado ranch in California. With this newest contract, WorldWater will now have five projects in pre-construction or under construction: two water utilities -- the Atlantic County Utilities Authority in New Jersey and the Idyllwild Water District in California; two agricultural projects -- Cocopah tree farm and the avocado ranch, both in California; and this residential contract. The residential contract brings the total backlog of projects in 2005 to nearly $12.5 million, compared to total revenues of $5.8 million in 2004.

WorldWater & Power Corporation Files for New Patent for Maximum Power Point Speed Control
Wednesday June 22, 1:23 pm ET
Controls Motor Speed as a Function of Available DC Source Power for Optimum Performance

PENNINGTON, N.J., June 22, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- WorldWater & Power Corporation (OTC BB:WWAT.OB - News), maker of high-horsepower solar energy systems, today filed an application with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office for a Maximum Power Point Speed Control, a method and apparatus that performs maximum power tracking of motor speed. The present invention relates generally to the operation of AC motors or similar loads with AC motor drives that convert power from a DC source (such as sun power) to AC, and more particularly to operation of the motor at maximum power as the power from the DC source varies.

A particular application is to solar powered systems and water pumps. A solar powered water pumping system typically has three primary components: the solar array, made of photovoltaic (PV) modules; a converter (inverter or motor drive) which converts the DC from the PV array to AC; and an AC motor (pump). The motor typically runs at a particular frequency (speed), e.g. 60 Hz. The converter will usually be set to provide AC power at that particular frequency. The motor will run at a speed equal to the AC frequency. The WorldWater & Power development replaces hardware with software enabling the motor to change speed in order to operate optimally with the available power from the sun.

WorldWater & Power Corp. Poised to Enter China Market, Signs Rep Agreement With Xinhua Financial Network
Wednesday June 22, 7:30 am ET
Financial Firm to Introduce Company`s Solar Systems Into China`s Water and Power Markets

PENNINGTON, N.J. - June 22, 2005 - WorldWater & Power Corporation (OTC BB:WWAT.OB - News), maker of high-horsepower solar energy systems, has been making preparations for introducing its solar powered systems to the expansive China market. In late May, WorldWater & Power exhibited at the Second China International Renewable Energy Equipment & Technology Exhibition and Conference and the China Beijing International High-tech Expo (CHITEC) in Beijing, making contact with several hundred visitors from Korea, Mongolia, and throughout China. The Company has now announced the signing of an Agreement with Xinhua Financial Network Limited (XFN), China`s premier financial services and media company, to represent WorldWater & Power in the Chinese water and energy markets.

Xinhua will introduce WorldWater & Power to federal and provincial governmental and private sector buyers for the sale of the Company`s AquaMax(tm) high volume water pumping systems and other solar products, it was announced jointly by Quentin T. Kelly, WorldWater`s Chairman and CEO, and Gordon Lau, Xinhua`s Chief Financial officer.

Douglas L. Washington, Vice President, Marketing and International Operations for WorldWater & Power, met with a number of Xinhua directors and with representatives of Xinhua PR Newswire to evaluate and establish strategy for WorldWater`s entry into China.

China has 1.3 billion people and one of the largest and most rapidly growing economies in the world. The result is that 50 coal-fired plants are under construction and an estimated 600 are planned for the next 6 to 8 years in an attempt to meet energy requirements. In spite of these efforts, the country is plagued with blackouts.

As a result of deteriorating air quality, the National People`s Congress Standing Committee passed a Renewable Energy Law, effective January 1, 2006, requiring that 10 percent of China`s electricity must be generated from renewable energy sources by 2020. Several provinces are investigating the use of solar systems, and appear to be moving forward ahead of government regulations.

WORLDWATER CORP (OTC BB:WWAT.OB, WKN: 909889)

      http://biz.yahoo.com/pz/050622/80353.html
