Yunnan schools deal for Timeless

Internet technology provider Timeless Software is expected this week to secure a contract with Yunnan province to develop jointly an education management information network to serve southwest China.



The multi-million dollar project is designed to build Internet solutions, hardware equipment, network connections and training for the area`s more than 60,000 middle and primary schools, and for numerous other educational institutions.

The Web site will provide networked schools and institutions with on-line services, including education news, national education policies and government guidance for middle school examinations.

It is the first comprehensive education Web site to be established in the mainland`s interior. Only Shanghai, which last year launched its own 600 million yuan (about HK$558 million) education Web site, has established a network of comparable scale.

Timeless is expected to announce that the company will help build and manage phase one of the project.

"This will give Timeless the opportunity to contribute to the building of southwest China," Sarah Zheng, chief representative for Timeless Software (Guangzhou), said.

"Internet technology in the mainland`s inner areas is poor at the moment. We hope to change that."

The contract also should help further Timeless Software`s larger mainland ambitions by allowing the company to expand its operations to the interior provinces. The company is establishing representation in Kunming to carry out the Web-site project.

Timeless at present employs 60 people at its Guangzhou subsidiary, with expansion to 120 expected this year.

The company also operates subsidiary offices in Zhuhai, where it is a principal management provider to the State Council-approved Southern Software Park. The company is to open branch offices in Beijing and Shanghai in the coming months.

Chief operating officer Danny Cheng Wan-cheung said Timeless would rely increasingly on mainland operations for business development and sales revenue.

also ich beobachte seit längerem timeless, weiss aber nicht ob ich jetzt
schon einsteigen soll oder ob es vielleicht besser ist noch einernig abzuwarten ?
was glaubt ihr, sind die 0,7 Euro Kurse Kaufkurse, oder geht die Korrektur weiter ?
wenn es an der Nasdaq zu einer Korrektue kommen sollte wird timeless auch weiter
korrigieren, davon bin ich überzeugt..
ich wäre euch wirklich sehr dankbat wenn ihr mir helfen könnt..
kaufen oder noch abwarten ??
