IRVINE, Calif., Feb. 23 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- IPN Communications, a
majority-owned subsidiary of DataLogic International, Inc.
(OTC Bulletin Board: DLGI; Berlin Stock Exchange: 779612), today announced
that its VoIP solutions have passed Dragontel`s acceptance tests for China
deployment.
Dragontel Technic Ltd. had been testing IPN`s VoIP solutions for call
centers, Internet cafes, and general consumer use in China. The test results
were excellent and both parties are now in the contract negotiation and
deployment planning phases.
" We are pleased to learn that our products have passed Dragontel`s
acceptance tests. This further confirmed the high quality of our products and
our abilities to work with foreign companies to test, market and sell our VoIP
products and services," commented Michael Wu, IPN`s CEO.
IPN is also currently conducting tests with Teracom Technology in China,
Vietnam Post and Telecom, and several other firms in Southeast Asia who have
asked to remain anonymous for competitive reasons. The company expects to
conclude these tests and commence deployment some time this quarter.
" Call centers and Internet cafes are big businesses in China. The number
of telephone and broadband subscribers are also growing at a rapid pace there.
These factors lend themselves very well to our efforts to promote the use of
our VoIP products and services in China," commented Keith Nguyen, DataLogic`s

Internet infrastructure owners/operators, ISP`s or solution providers with
