Schaut Bitte unbedingt auf der Hompage http://www.vocaltec.com vorbei, lest Euch alles in Ruhe durch und schaut nach den Produkten, das sieht sehr gut aus-

Ich zähle das Unternehmen zu einer unetdeckten VOIP Perle.
Ich sehe hier eine Kurschance von 100% kurzfristig und bis zu 400% langfristig!!! Allein Die Markkapitalisierung ist ein Witz. Wir werden von VOCL noch viel hören!

Telekom kauft sich Internet-Telefonie – With a local call you can reach the world

BONN/HERZLIYA – 28.8.1997 (os/t-off). Um auch bei der zukunftsträchtigen Internet- Telefonie richtig mithalten zu können, übernimmt die Deutsche Telekom AG 21,6 % der VocalTec (Israel und USA). Das entspricht einem Volumen von rund 90 Millionen Mark. VocalTec ist der Pionier bei der Software- Entwicklung für die Telefonie via Internet. Die Telekom wird außerdem von VocalTec Waren im Wert von 30 Millionen Dollar kaufen. Das berichtet heute die "internet- news.com". Eine weitere Vereinbarung mit Lucent Technologies und der ITXC Corporation soll das Zusammenspiel zwischen verschiedenen IP-Telefonen ermöglichen. Trotz Normungsversuchen ist bis heute keine Verbindung zwischen verschiedenen Plattformen möglich. Am Chart von 1997 schön zu sehen, wie VOCL ausgebrochen ist, da damals die Phantasie sehr gross war, waren auch demensprechende Kurse zu sehen. Heute ist VOCL immer noch ein führender in dieser Branche. Doch jetzt ist es langsam so weit, die Produkte sind im Markt. Sicherlich wird es noch länger dauern, doch grosse Unternehmen investieren bereits jetzt in diese Technologie, macht ja auch Sinn, wieviel Geld kann man durch VoIP sparen.

Cisco (WKN 878841) und VocalTec (WKN 899222) geben eine umfassende Zusammenarbeit im Bereich Entwicklung, Vertrieb und Marketing von Internet Telefonielösungen bekannt.

Beide Unternehmen wenden sich mit Ihrer Initiative an Internet Service
Provider, bzw. Internet Telephon Provider. Das von Cisco entwickelte
Software Rahmenwerk für die Internet Sprachtelefonie wird mit dem
Hauptprodukt von VocalTec, Gatekeeper, kombiniert. Gatekeeper ist ein
Steuerungssystem, mit dessen Hilfe Telefonanbieter ihre Sprachkommunikation
über internetbasierte Netzwerke leiten und abrechnen können. In einem

Kommentar
Cisco wurde von Analysten bis dato die umfassendste und konsequenteste
Ausrichtung auf die IP-basierte Sprachtelefonie bescheinigt. Durch die
Kooperation mit VocalTec, dem Pionier für Internet Telefonie, kann Cisco
nach Meinung der International Data Corporation seine Position in diesem
Markt weiter ausbauen. Strategisches Ziel von Cisco ist es, von der
Migration der großen Telekom Häuser wie British Telecom oder Deutsche
Telekom hin zu IP-basierter Sprachtelefonie überproportional zu profitieren.
Cisco erschließt sich mit dem Eintritt in den Sprachtelefoniemarkt ein neues
wachstumstarkes Segment, das es Cisco erlauben sollte, seinen Umsatz in der
nächsten Dekade wie geplant zu verdreifachen.



Positiv stimmt mich die allgemeine Stimmung an der Börse.
Selbst ohne grössere News, wird VOCL weiter steigen. News würden den Kurs sehr beflügeln. Billiger wird VOCL jedenfalls nicht mehr. Ich bin fest überzeugt, das wir bald Kurse von über 2$ sehen werden. Ähnlich wie VRLK sehe ich eine kurzfristige Kurschance.

ich glaube 1400% seit 2003 und 400% dieses Jahr geben jedenfalls meiner Recherche recht , nicht alle meine Empfehlungen machen 100%, aber selbst ein paar % tragen zu diesem Ergeniss bei

ausser 2001 habe ich mit B2B verspekuliert, mit Commerce One, Purchasepro.com habe ich viel Geld verdient, aber auch genauso viel verleoren. Damlas habe ich eher Blind vertraut, was Förtsch und Co. empfohlen haben, seit einiger Zeit schaue ich mit jede Aktie lange an, bevor ich kaufe!

Revenues for the third quarter of 2004 were $1.2 million, compared with $1.9 million in the second quarter of 2004 and $3.2 million in the third quarter of 2003. According to U.S. GAAP, net loss in the third quarter of 2004 was $2.9 million, or $0.19 per share, compared with net loss of $3.0 million, or $0.20 per share in the second quarter of 2004, and compared with a net loss of $3.1 million, or $0.26 per share, in the third quarter of 2003.

Gross margin decreased in the third quarter of 2004 to 31% compared to 42% in the second quarter of 2004 and in the third quarter of 2003, reflecting lower product revenue and the current mix between products and services during the quarter.

" None of our traditional ILD customers are ordering, and it is taking a bit longer than we`d hoped for our new Essentra modular products to be taken up by new customers," said Elon Ganor, Chairman and CEO of VocalTec. " Nevertheless, we have had some early success as evidenced by the recent announcement with Nova Telefonia, and additional interest is strong. The solution is being tested by several potential customers, and we have responded to a few promising RFPs recently."

At the end of the third quarter of 2004, cash, cash equivalents and short-term investments totaled $10.8 million, compared with $13.9 million in the second quarter of 2004. The company`s cash use in the third quarter declined to $3.1 million from $3.2 million in the second quarter of 2004.

Da habt Ihr Euch ja reichlich spekualtive VoIP-Werte ausgesucht. Wie wärs mit VTEK?

Vodavi technology ist ein Unternehmen aus dem VoIP-Bereich. In den letzen Quartalen konnte Vtek seine Markstellung mit den neuen Produkten,STARPLUS STS HOME und XTS system stark ausbauen und bezeichnet sich heute als sechstgrösster amerikanischer Telefonanlagenbauer.
Vtek bietet nicht nur für Privatkunden IP-Telefonanlagen sondern bietet neuerdings auch für kleinere und mittlere Unternehmen passende IP-fähige Anlagen an.


Die Bilanz macht einen grundsoliden Eindruck,kaum Schulden , geringer Goodwill und eine gesunde Cash-position.

Das aktuelle KGV beläuft sich nach starkem Kursanstieg nun auf 17.
Ich erwarte für 2005 aufgrunde des gestiegenen Rohertrags auch ohne grosse Umsatzszteigerungen ein um mindestens 50%höheres Ergebnis.

IBM erhält VoIP-Großauftrag von Lloyds TSB


Wie der Konzern am Montag bekannt gab, beinhaltet das siebenjährige Abkommen die Bereitstellung von Dienstleistungen im Bereich Internet-Telefonie sowie Datentransferlösungen. Im Rahmen des Vertrags wird IBM mehr als 70.000 Voice over IP (VoIP)-Telefone implementieren. Lloyds TSB erhofft sich durch das Abkommen wesentliche Kosteneinsparungen im Netzwerkbereich. IBM wird im Rahmen der Vereinbarung als strategischer Partner des Kreditinstituts agieren, während die Integration und die Verwaltung des Netzwerks von Vanco, einem nicht börsennotierten Unternehmen, übernommen werden.

Das Gesamtvolumen des Abkommens wurde auf 969,2 Mio. Dollar beziffert. Das VoIP-Netzwerk soll innerhalb der kommenden 20 Monate integriert werden.
