ARAFURA RECEIVES A$4.1 MILLION TAX REFUND FOR R&D SPEND
Tax refund of A$4.1 million received, increasing Arafura’s total cash reserves to A$25.4 million;
Reinforces the Australian Government’s strong support for the Nolans Project
Australian Rare Earths company Arafura Resources Limited (ASX: ARU) (“Arafura” or the “Company”) is pleased to advise it has received A$4,060,814 as a tax refund for eligible research and development (“R&D”) expenditure in relation to the development of its 100 percent-owned Nolans Rare Earths Project in the Northern Territory.
The ongoing support by the Australian Government in the form of the R&D Tax Incentive program brings the total cash receipts from the rebate incentive to A$26.6 million.
The R&D Tax Incentive program is jointly administered by the Australian Government’s AusIndustry program delivery division and the Australian Taxation Office. It is a targeted program that helps businesses offset a portion of costs relating to eligible R&D activities and innovation.

Actually, though, the United States has tried to develop thorium as an energy source for some 50 years and is still struggling to deal with the legacy of those attempts. In addition to the billions of dollars it spent, mostly fruitlessly, to develop thorium fuels, the US government will have to spend billions more, at numerous federal nuclear sites, to deal with the wastes produced by those efforts.
(...)
The cost of the project increased from $384 million to $473 million—or more than $1 million per kilogram for the disposal of uranium 233.

Senario:
1.000.000 X 0.000 = 0.00Cent
1.000.000 X 0.000 = 0.00Cent
Schon über 1 Mio. Stücke gehandelt.
