Wurde Anfang des Jahres von Börse Inside mit Kursziel 3,20 EUR empfohlen. Kurs damals 0,60 Cent.

      Kurs aktuell 0,30 Cent

      Market Cap: 8,08 Mio Dollar

Gross travel sales increased 255% to $1,367,477 compared to $535,788 for the previous quarter ended March 31, 2005.
      Das wichtigste aber:
During the same period, membership increased by 820 travel agents to 2,022.
At current membership growth rate the Company expects to reach 4,000 agents by year-end.

ALISO VIEJO, CA--(MARKET WIRE)--Sep 27, 2005 -- Joystar, Inc. (OTC BB:JYSR.OB - News), the Nation`s largest and fastest-growing travel agency network announced today the Company is experiencing sequential double-digit monthly growth in travel sales for 2005 and that August bookings reached $30 million annualized.

The dramatic increase in bookings for August puts the Company at a current run-rate of $30,000,000 in annual sales. William M. Alverson, CEO of Joystar, commented, "We are pleased to report the continued month-over-month growth in travel bookings. Based on the dramatic strength in bookings and rate at which they are growing, we believe we will reach $100 million in annualized bookings by the end of the first quarter in 2006."

Joystar`s leadership position as the nation`s largest and fastest-growing network of travel agents continues to gain momentum. The Company attributes its dramatic growth to several important factors including the opening and expansion of the Miami Cruise Center, enhanced preferred supplier commissions, and organic growth in professional agent memberships, which recently exceeded 2,500 professional agents.

The emerging virtual travel agency model represents $7.6 billion in travel sales annually (Source: Credit Suisse/ First Boston). Joystar is capitalizing on this model by providing this growing segment of the travel agent community with the resources to grow their businesses more effectively.

Alverson continued, "Joystar`s gross travel bookings increased 100% from July to August which clearly demonstrates the acceptance of our value proposition to the travel agent community. It validates our strategy of forgoing sign-up fees and transaction fees in lieu of creating a true partnership with thousands of professional travel sellers." Although bookings do not constitute revenue or income under generally accepted accounting principles, the Company feels that the growth in bookings is increasingly an indication of the consumer buying its travel agent network is capable of generating.

also lt. yahoo sind 27,86 Mio shares outstanding

      Joystar CEO Updates Shareholders
Wednesday October 5, 8:30 am ET

ALISO VIEJO, CA--(MARKET WIRE)--Oct 5, 2005 -- Joystar, Inc. (OTC BB:JYSR.OB - News), one of the nation`s largest and fastest growing travel agency networks, issued today an update from Chairman and CEO William Alverson.

      To Our Shareholders:

Joystar is the right company in the right industry at the right time. The first six months of 2005 have been distinguished by both rapid expansion of our travel agency network and dramatic growth in sales. It is with great pride and optimism that I report the highpoints of the year thus far and the strategy I believe will drive shareholder value well into the future.

According to a report issued by Credit Suisse/ First Boston in January 2005, 20,000 professional travel agents are operating from virtual offices, and analysts predict that number will grow to close to 50,000 agents by 2010. I believe the opportunity for growth in virtual sales is exponentially higher. I believe the number of agents working from home in 2010 is going to be closer to 250,000 and Joystar is on the cusp of an explosive industry growth trend. We are building the infrastructure today to benefit from the re-tooling of tomorrow`s global, virtual travel industry.

As thousands of professional travel retailers -- in their efforts to expand upon their businesses, while controlling costs -- continue to migrate from bricks & mortar locations to online operations, Joystar continues to gain momentum. As our bookings and commission levels with our preferred suppliers increase, we continue to distance ourselves from the competition. We`re giving back travel agents their dignity. We`re making the travel industry a better place to work.

In August of 2004, we introduced our hosting program, Agent Advantage Pro, to the travel industry with a goal to have 500 professional agents by the end of the second quarter of this year. As of June 2005, our network had surpassed 2,000 agents -- far exceeding our initial expectations. Since then, we continue to capture market share away from our competitors in this rapidly emerging market with the addition of approximately 200 new members each month.

This comprehensive initiative was just the beginning of our planned expansion. Our ongoing objective is to capitalize on the broad acceptance of the Company`s value proposition to travel agents. We have customized and implemented programs for high achievers as well as developed an enterprise solution for home-based or "micro" host agencies. In just one year, we have built Joystar into a well-known brand and established an active and diversified base of selling agents who have begun to evangelize our services. Our goal is to have a virtual sales force 8,000 - 10,000 strong by the end of 2006.

For the quarter ended June 30, gross travel sales increased 255% to $1,367,477 compared to $535,788 for the previous quarter. Additionally, Joystar received new travel bookings totaling over $4.3 million during the same period. Exceptionally strong bookings growth has continued through the summer -- a historically slow period for the travel industry.

On July 19, we closed a $1.6 million equity financing placed with institutional and accredited investors bringing the total amount raised to over $4 million. The most recent financing substantially eliminated Joystar`s debt and provided capital to purchase and expand the Miami Cruise Center. The integration of the Miami Cruise Center into our operations has enhanced our financial performance and has the potential to provide increased revenue opportunities and better margin revenue in the near future. The ramp-up of our cruise call center and group cruise division in the fourth quarter will be a key driver to our profitability.

The success of agent recruitment initiatives can be seen in the dramatic strength in our bookings which we believe will reach $100 million run rate by the end of the first quarter in 2006. I am also targeting breakeven by the end of the first quarter of 2006.

I attribute our dramatic growth to several important factors including the acquisition and expansion of the Miami Cruise Center, enhanced preferred supplier commissions, and organic growth in professional agent memberships. The Miami Cruise Center has generated $30 million in sales over the past five years and has preferred supplier relationships with Carnival, Celebrity, Holland America and several other leading cruise lines in the industry. This acquisition has had immediate impact on our commission levels and increased our competitive edge as a host agency.

In our never-ending quest to be the host agency of choice to the travel industry, we are developing an enhanced version of our private label websites. This will further empower our network of travel retailers to compete effectively against the online travel giants. At the same time we are nearing completion of My Joystar, our next-generation "Agents Only" extranet to support our agents.

It`s no secret that I believe we are very favorably positioned to capture further market share in the host agency model. The industry-wide excitement of this emerging model can be likened to a "Gold Rush." The gold? Tens of thousands of professional travel agents that represent billions of dollars in travel sales annually. Qualified people who offer real value to travel consumers is what Joystar is centered on. They need a great company to take care of them. That company is your company. That company is Joystar.

As always, thank you for your continued support.

      Very truly yours,

      William Alverson

Our goal is to have a virtual sales force 8,000 - 10,000 strong by the end of 2006.

The success of agent recruitment initiatives can be seen in the dramatic strength in our bookings which we believe will reach $100 million run rate by the end of the first quarter in 2006.

      Deren Programme:
Our AgentAdvantage Pro program will pay you 90% of any commission that we receive from the supplier.

With our Pro100 program you get to keep 100% of the commission for only $100/month. If you’re earning over $12,000/year in commissions this program is for you.

      D.h.:

      Umsatz:

      Ende 2006:

      Andererseits:
For the quarter ended June 30, gross travel sales increased 255% to $1,367,477 compared to $535,788 for the previous quarter.

      Selling General and Administrative: Q2 843.000 Dollar ; Q1 682.000 Dollar

Dutton Associates updates coverage of Joystar, Inc. (OTCBB: JYSR - News), reiterating a Speculative Buy rating and setting a 12-month price target of $1.00.

D.h. wäre dann ein KGV 05 von 20-25. Erscheint so gesehen möglich.

      Anderer Ansatz:

The success of agent recruitment initiatives can be seen in the dramatic strength in our bookings which we believe will reach $100 million run rate by the end of the first quarter in 2006.

      Servus ds1000,

      bist du noch dabei?

On August 15th the Company announced results for the quarter ending June 30, 2005. Gross travel sales increased 255% to $1,367,477 compared to $535,788 for the previous quarter ended March 31, 2005. During the same period, membership increased by 820 travel agents to 2,022. Additionally, Joystar received new travel bookings (not completed) totaling over $4,300,000 during the three months ended June 30, 2005.

LISO VIEJO, CA--(MARKET WIRE)--Oct 19, 2005 -- Joystar, Inc. (OTC BB:JYSR.OB - News), the nation`s largest and fastest-growing travel agency network, announced today that the Company`s professional travel agent network has reached 3,000.

"With our third consecutive quarter of over 100% growth in revenues, our sales momentum continues to escalate, firmly establishing Joystar as a premier host agency and leading seller of cruises and vacations. With over $6 million in new travel bookings in the third quarter, we are on track to continue our rapid growth."

Revenues increased 105% to $282,467 in the third quarter ended September 30, 2005 as compared to $137,899 for the previous quarter ended June 30, 2005. Revenue growth was primarily driven by an increase in the size of the Company`s travel agent network; acquisition of the Miami Cruise Center; and growth in the Company`s cruise and vacation business. Gross travel bookings increased 58% to $2,153,778 in the third quarter of 2005 compared to $1,367,477 in the preceding quarter ended June 30, 2005. Revenue as a percentage of gross bookings ("revenue margin") was 13% for the third quarter of 2005, up 30% compared with the previous quarter ended June 30, 2005. Growth in revenue margin was primarily attributed to higher commission levels from the Company`s preferred suppliers. Additionally, Joystar received new travel bookings, for which the Company has not recognized revenue, totaling over $6,000,000 during the three months ended September 30, 2005.

Alverson continued, "Our investments in technology, infrastructure, virtual sales force recruitment, and supplier relationships are beginning to pay off. We have branded Joystar as the host agency of choice for the travel agent community and are absolutely committed to this experienced group of travel retailers. Our strategy is to continue to offer the technology, marketing programs and support that can lead our professional travel sellers to succeed. As the Company`s gross bookings continue to increase, we anticipate negotiating higher commission levels with our suppliers, which can result in higher revenue margins going forward."

As of September 30, 2005, the Company`s network of independent travel agents increased by 878 agents to 2,900 travel agents. For the nine months ended September 30, 2005, marketing expenses decreased by 42% to $863,000 from $1,222,000 reported in the nine months ended September 30, 2004. This reduction was due to the Company`s successful host agency branding over the past year and the Company`s ability to more cost effectively attract professional agents to its network.

For the nine months ended September 30, 2005:

      Revenues $ 469,884
      Selling expense 355,925
      General and administrative 1,718,975
      Marketing expenses 862,821
      Total operating expenses 2,937,721
Loss from operations before interest and taxes (2,467,837)
      Interest expense 9,641

      Net loss $ (2,477,478)

Sehe Break even dann eher Mitte 2006.
