hinauszögert.Wahrscheinlich auf den 18.4.
Hintergrund: New shares issues,strenge Börsengesetze,usw.
Auch wird sich Dr.REitmeier nach dem 28.3. al Chairman verabschieden.

THE OFFER

This Prospectus seeks to raise $7,600,000 by offering for
subscription 38,000,000 Shares and attaching New Options at an issue
price of 20 cents each, payable in full on application.

PURPOSE AND EFFECT OF THE ISSUE

The Company proposes to apply the proceeds of this Issue to the
development of My Casino including the purchase of capital equipment,
the marketing of the web site, the provision of working capital and
meeting the costs of the Issue. Estimated expenditure during the
first twelve months of operations is set out below. The actual
expenditure incurred will be subject to an ongoing process of review
focused on the results achieved.
