    Bis zum ersten Projekt wird es wohl noch ein Weilchen dauern. Soweit ich das mitbekommen habe, ist Mitte Mai ein Meeting, wo evtl. nähere Informationen bekannt gegeben werden.

    Die ganze Sache geht wohl unter dem Begriff Backdoor Listing am Besten zu erklären.

    Anstatt sich das langwierige Prozedere eines Neulistings am ASX anzutun, krallt man sich eine kleine Klitsche, welche bereits gelistet ist, ändert das Geschäftsfeld und ist sofort am Börsenmarkt, in diesem Falle sogar an den deutschen Börsen.
    Daher kann man wiederum schliessen, daß die Jungs um Gander und Franco Druck machen und keine Zeit verplempern wollen.
    Kapital scheint jedenfalls mahr als genug in den Startlöchern zu sein. Deswegen habe ich ja in den letzten Postings auf das Umfeld der Herren hingewiesen.

    Ich sehe das als einmalige Chance, sozusagen vorgeburtlich beim Start eines Explorers dabei zu sein. Das Risko muss jeder selbst tragen...da kann ich Dir nicht helfen.

    Die scheinen sich ja sowohl im Mining business selbst als auch im Dienstleistungssektor für Öl und Metalle und im Anlagenbau dafür auszukennen.
    Das stellt eine gute Mischung dar, da könnte was draus werden.
    Fehlen nur noch gute hochgradige und politisch sichere Gebiete.

    :: Richard (Dick) Wright (Executive Chairman)

    Mr Wright serves as Executive Chairman of the new Board. Mr Wright has been involved with resource, engineering, construction and maintenance companies for over 35 years. He is a mechanical engineer graduated from the University of New South Wales and has completed a postgraduate course in business at the Hass Business School at the Berkeley Campus of the University of California. Mr Wright’s strengths have been in the leadership of creating, developing and growing service companies providing engineering project management, construction and maintenance services to the resource and infrastructure market sectors. Recent positions include the Executive Chairman of ADrail Pty Ltd, which was responsible for the design and construction of the Alice Springs-Darwin rail project, and prior to that he was the Managing Director of Fluor Daniel Australia, a wholly owned subsidiary of an international engineering, construction and maintenance company.

    :: Rob Franco (Executive Director)

    Mr Franco serves as Managing Director of the Company. He has completed degrees in Engineering (Hons) and in Commerce at the University of Western Australia, and holds an MBA from the UWA Graduate School of Management. Prior to joining Paladio Group Limited, Mr Franco was involved in a business development and financial management role with Fero Industries Pty Ltd, a rapidly expanding company in the mining services industry. Prior to this Mr Franco worked as an engineering consultant for a major multi-disciplinary firm operating throughout Australia, holding status as a chartered professional engineer. Mr Franco is a non executive director of ASX listed VPH Limited.

    :: Geoffrey Gander (Non Executive Director)

    Mr Gander graduated from the University of Western Australia in 1984 where he completed a Bachelor of Commerce Degree. Mr Gander has had more than 19 years experience in the information technology industry. He has held various senior management roles in technology companies including Sales and Regional Marketing Manager at IBM Australia, General Manager of the Global Electronic Payments and General Manager of the ASX listed Intellect Holdings Limited.

    Mr Gander has also worked as an industry consultant to a range of private and public technology companies. In addition to his Non-Executive Director role at NHL, Mr Gander also sits on the board of publicly listed Virtualplus Holdings Limited, Westcoast Mining Limited and Acuity Investment Management Limited, and the privately held companies Buyshop Limited and Highway1 (Australia) Pty Limited. Mr Gander was appointed as an NHL director on 1 October 2004 and had been a director of mBox.com Limited (now Virtualplus Holdings Limited) since 20 November 2003.

    :: Peter Wallace (Non Executive Director)

    Mr Wallace’s experience consists of over 38 years in the banking and finance industry. He is currently Head of Corporate at Bell Potter Securities Ltd where he directs capital raisings and provides corporate advisory services to both private and public companies.

    Mr Wallace is currently a non-executive director of Tethyan Copper Limited, RuralAus Investments Limited, HBF Health Fund Inc and Evans & Tate Limited.
