G Gerber scheint eine neue Front auf dem Yahoo/Exact Sciences Message Board eröffnet zu haben. Ich hab mal seine zwei Beiträge als Antwort auf die Frage "when does exas go for fda approval" reinkopiert.

there are many interesting, high level discussion threads on this board, but I am particularly thankful for bringing this one up. I was close to assume a Wisconsin inspired type of omerta had been imposed on this sensitive (and sensible) question: EXAS has filed the clinical module June 10th. 12 weeks later and counting, the filing hasn't been accepted by the FDA. Why is that ? Equally pressing: why hasn't the question come up earlier ? Why do analysts not press management for a statement ? Why didn't the question come up in the Canacord conference Q&A ? EpiProColon for comparison was filed Dec 31 and Priority Review was granted Feb 21. The FDA is supposed to make a statement after 45 days, if they don't filing is considered accepted. It hasn't been obviously, so management must have gotten a statement. Why don't analysts ask for it ?
And before anybody gets carried away, the modular submission procedure has nothing to do with it. Epigenomics also filed the other (junior) modules seperately, the 45 days always stand.

I believe that you are misinformed as you fail to distinguish between the following steps:
1) ACCEPTANCE REVIEW
2) FILING REVIEW
3) SUBSTANTIVE REVIEW

I understand that you have been enjoying broadband internet access for a long time, and that your Google search skills must be nothing short of outstanding, but I must inform you that globalisation has made these traits accessible to a couple of billion people outside of the USA.

On the FDA homepage look up “Premarket Approval Modular Review” (document Id ucm089764)

section B.6. in particular states:

"Upon receipt of the final module, FDA makes its filing decision. This decision is based on whether the last module includes all the information necessary to complete the PMA as required by 21 CFR 814.20. The PMA Filing guidance describes the kind of information required under this regulation that needs to be submitted before FDA can file a PMA. FDA plans to use the information described in this guidance in making filing determinations and, as for a traditional PMA, generally issues a filing/non-filing letter within 45 days of receipt of the last module. If FDA decides to file the PMA, the filing date is the date that the application became complete, typically the receipt date of the last module. The 180-day "PMA clock" under 21 CFR 814, also begins on that date. If the agency decides not to file the PMA, FDA will issue a non-filing .."

It is my understanding that the 90 days you refer to apply to the duration of a review cycle of all other modules except the final one (clinical data).

Ich kann dir versichern:
von den Langfristinbestoren, die hier seit mindestens
3 Jahren posten, sind fast alle sehr rational.
Nicht ohne Grund wurde hier am Anfang des Anstiegs,
als die Zocker aufsprangen, darüber geklagt,
dass das Niveau im Blog, das zuvor von Intellektuellen
und Doktoren getragen wurde, plötzlich gegen Null tendierte.

Das ist fuer Kleinanleger die einzige Chance. Einen Stock zu picken der sich verzigfacht.
Epi ist kein Pennystock

Ich geh aber nur mit Geld rein auf das ich verzichten kann

Hier wird schon genug geprahlt mit fünfstelligen Stückzahlen und sechsstelligen Gewinnen. Komisch, dass man so was immer nur bei den riskantesten Werten liest. Na ja, solche Pennystocks und Hoffnungswerte ziehen halt eine bestimmte Klientel an, deren Realität und Träume sich zu vermischen scheinen.

Naja..der Schnitt macht es...mal läuft es, mal nicht.
Hatte seinerzeit 50k von ProSieben für 0,95 gekauft...weggeben bei 1,25 (nach ein paar Tagen)...darf ich gar nicht drüber nachdenken.
SAF 30k auf Tiefststand bei 0,30 verkauft...genauso bescheuert.
Und meinem Kumpeln nen Tip gegeben, Infineon unter 0,40 zu kaufen....hat er auch.. ist er mir noch heute dankbar für.

Ich selbst hab sie aus irgendeinem Grund nicht gekauft...geil, was??

Aber zum Thema...sollte mich wundern, wenn Epi morgen nicht locker unter 3 zu haben ist...dann steige ich wieder voll ein (spätestens übermorgen früh).
