Med Gen Announces New Contracts in Pacific Rim Area

BOCA RATON, Fla., Sep 15, 2006 (BUSINESS WIRE) --

Med Gen Inc. (OTCBB:MGEN), manufacturers of nationally branded OTC Healthier Life Products, announced today that it has received orders from New Zealand based Douglas Pharmaceuticals and has negotiated a contract with Philippines distributor, Integra Pharma.

\"Increasing the reach of our products is an important part of our building plan,\" said Paul Mitchell, Med Gen\'s President and COO. Our products have now been approved for sale in 13 countries with many more on the way. It takes up to a year to complete the approval process and only then can sales start. Presently Med Gen is approved to ship into Portugal, Australia, New Zealand, Philippines, Jordan, Ireland, United Kingdom, Norway, Finland, Denmark, Iceland and Korea.

Med Gen plans to introduce its newest diet product, UnDiet(TM) into the above countries through its existing Distributors. Because the product is all-natural, the admission process is not as complicated as it would be with a medicine or homeopathic product. The company goal is to ship a minimum of $1,000,000 during the next 12 months and in fiscal 2008 a minimum of $3,000,000, although the amount could dramatically rise if the UnDiet(TM) Brand is accepted by the company\'s present distributors.

It was a long time ago, but I think it was Jackie Gleason who said, “How sweet it is!” And, how sweet it really is , to have so many compliments on our new corporate web site ( www.medgen.com ). The kudos are greatly appreciated and I have generously spread them around to those who have dedicated many overtime hours putting this mammoth project to bed.

The new web site represents a new corporate image, and a new way of doing business. We have budgeted a significant amount of the $1.5 million recently raised for an advertising campaign that will both take our products to the consumer and bring us new shareholder interest. While I have accepted a barrage of criticism from my Shareholders for a lack of PR/IR, I must remind my critics that PR and IR are expensive, costs that rob us of the opportunity to introduce our products to the markets. After all, spending our precious capital to increase our stock interest and as a result its price, is far less important than spending for the long haul, that of bringing our products to market.





Accepting criticism comes with the job but so does leadership. I will continue to spend on marketing, betting on our long-term success, which is rooted in the salability of our products. I have marveled for years over companies whose shares trade on the OTCBB with nary a product or a business plan….. Just hype and smoke.

The story of Med Gen has been written in history books, told in stories about FedEx, Wal-Mart, AOL , Goggle and YouTube. YouTube, now there's a story. $1.65 billion for a company a few months old and no income. Wow!

We have been stacking our cards over the past year, playing for the big win. Our four products have a combined market in excess of $100 billion. Investing, even our small amounts, in this large market makes sense to me. A small, even infinitesimal percentage is a big win for Med Gen and its investors.

Med Gen Inc. (OTCBB:MGEN), manufacturers of nationally branded OTC healthier life products, announced a substantial increase in revenues for the first half of January.

In discussions with Analysts that follow Med Gen, Paul Kravitz, Chairman/CEO discussed the Med Gen turnaround, prompting a mid-month national release of the company's revenue. Mr. Kravitz said, "in the month of January thru January 22 2007, the company recorded revenue of $277,000, a 6,000% increase over same month revenue in 2006. This increase follows the reported record revenues reported for November and further validates the year-long marketing efforts that management has put in place. The company's management project substantial improvement in revenues for its second (March) quarter."

The company also reported that its newest UnDiet(R) TV commercial will have a medical endorsement and will air in early February. It will become the TV commercial platform for several new products the company is readying for launch.

Med Gen Inc. (OTCBB:MGEN), manufacturer of nationally branded OTC Healthier Life Products(TM), reports strong increases in revenues. The company reports unaudited January revenue at $380,083.16 an 8,500% increase over the comparable 2006 January revenue. Fiscal year to date revenue soars 456.5% to $554,483.16. Mr. Kravitz, Chairman/CEO, said that sales from TV commercials in late February and March are expected to further advance revenues during the second quarter.

"We are at the threshold of showing the real potential of our products and our company. We are just weeks away from airing several new commercials supporting our latest weight loss products. Our revenue run rate is now at $4.5 million and could increase many times as a result of a successful running infomercial," said Kravitz.

The company reports cash on hand as of January 31, 2007 is a strong $880,760, enough to support a continuing TV campaign. If so, revenue in february could be very nice again, we will soon know.

The more I think about the employee benefit plan, the less worried I am. The option exercise has to be paid by cash or stocks. The exercise price is below the current pps, which is rather unusual unless a sharp increase in pps is expected.

also ich möchte natürlich nicht bremsen aber:
1. die schmeissen eine news nach der anderen auf den markt mit millarden summen ??
2. der Kurs hat sich stabilisiert aber brich auch nicht nachhaltig nach oben aus, werden andere ungeduldig kann es sehr schnell nach süden gehen unter grossem volúmen.

Was sollte denn kommen um den Kurs nachhaltig abfliegen zu lassen, erwarten wir Zahlen?

Der CEO redet viel ja, am liebsten von Marktpotenzialen für seine Produkte. Das ist nicht wirklich viel wert.

Seine Messages haben jeweils gute und schlechte Seiten gleichzeitig. Sein letzter Letter von vorgestern z. B. war insofern

positiv, als dass
- Mitte März bereits die Overheads gedeckt waren
- TV-Comms im März mit grösserer Frequenz (wegen Februar-Ausfällen)
- grösser werdender Traffic auf der Homepage

negativ, als dass
- Februar flau war
- TV-Commercials für UnDiet wegen Buchungsproblemen nur dünn geschaltet werden konnten

So geht das Tag für Tag, Message für Message.

Das Problem ist: der Mann beherrscht die Kunst der PR nicht. Die Bude, meine ich, ist eigentlich nicht schlecht und scheint auf dem richtigen Weg.

So, ich meinerseits warte nun die März-Zahlen ab und dann entscheide ich mich, ob ich das Trauerspiel weitermachen will oder nicht.

Med GEN März Einkommen zeigt starke Zunahmen

Med Gen Inc. (OTCBB: MGEN), Hersteller der national eingebrannten OTC gesuenderen Lebenprodukte berichtet über eine 438% Zunahme über dem gleichen Monat Einkommen 2006. Einkommen für März war $107.257. Einkommen für das 3monatige Periode Ende 31. März war $566.360, eine 418% Zunahme über dem gleichen Periode Einkommen 2006. Das projizierte Einkommen, das auf den oben genannten auf ein Jahr bezogenen Zahlen basiert, ist $2.3 Million.

Die anhaltende Verbesserung im Einkommen war das Thema einer Analytikerkonferenz und Bericht und Herr Kravitz, Vorsitzender und CEO hoben die folgenden fortfahrenden Fälle hervor, die das projizierte jährliche Einkommen verdoppeln konnten. So, dat wars Leute, ich verabschiede mich von Med Gen. Zuviele Ungereimtheiten, schlechte PR. Und die Märzzahlen sind ernüchternd.

Einerseits verkündet der CEO im Frühjahr, dass man die Overheadkosten auf 120'000 $ pro Monat reduziert hat, dann schnorrt er irgendwas von "March has come in like a lion" und schliesslich weist er für den Monat März ganze 105'000 $ Revenue aus.

Da passt mir zuviel nicht zusammen, bzw. mag ich es nicht, wenn Firmenvertreter ihre Aktionäre nicht für voll nehmen.

Die vierteljährlichen Resultate zeigen ein erweiternvariiertes Unternehmen mit den Verkäufen an, die über 2.000% bis $739.129 in diesem Viertel verglichen mit dergleichen Viertel 2006 sich erhöhen.
