Larry sagt noch, daß es eine Menge eingeschränkte Anteile gibt, die aus die O/S Hin- und Herbewegung herauskommen, die sie weit unterhalb der 400M Strecke bildet. Er sagte, daß Stück und DeBeira EQBMS separat aber auch gleichzeitig an arbeitend geschehen. Ich mag, was ich auf diesem höre und auch glücklich, daß DeBeira das ist, welches das sehr große Geld in das Projekt sinkt. Dieses ist ein anderes gegenwärtiges Geld bereits, das unterwegs meine mit 3 bis 5 Niveaus Betrieb bildet, und es könnte ein reales grosses Geld werden, meine produzierend eins, das sie alle tieferen Niveaus völlig funktionsfähig erhalten. Selbst wenn EQBM nur Baumstümpfe 20% dieses Abkommens, das ich denke, könnte es für eine Firma und einen Vorrat sehr groß sein wie dieses, das so unten geschlagen wird. Ich sehe zahlreiche kleine gewinnenaktien heraus dort, die Markt-Kappen 10 bis 20mal haben, die größer als EQBM sind, die keine nahen Termingeldhersteller haben. EQBM konnte zwei Geldhersteller in Dalian und in Minanca 2006 haben.

EQBM Update: Wichtiger Alarm Zuverlässiges DD zeigt an, daß die EQBM Finanzverhältnisse heraus bald sein sollten (schon in Morgen). Finanzverhältnisse heraus zu setzen ist ein Hauptmeilenstein für jede mögliche pinksheet Firma und es ist keine Ausnahme im Fall EQBMS. Es gibt einige positive Katalysatoren auf dem Horizont für EQBM und ich bin Auflistung sie hier für jeder Nutzen. 1) Hauptabkommen sind in den Arbeiten und erwartet, kurz beendet zu werden und verkündet zu werden - Dallian, rote See- und Minancagrube sind die Namen. 1. Larry hat einigen von uns seit dem Zurückkommen von Frankfurt erklärt, daß er jetzt die gleichen Leute hat, die DeBeira Rollen dorthin in Frankfurt an Bord mit EQBM erhielten. Mein Verständnis ist Larry wird vorangegangen zurück in 2 Wochen, um ein Straße Erscheinen und Fotorezeptor überraschungsangriff dort zu tun. Der Grund dieses hat mich aufgeregt, wenn er accolpishes dieses die mögliche sehr große Welle des Volumens ist, die wir in Frankfurt dort sehen könnten. DeBeira tut Millionen Anteile tägliche Verhandlungen und Handel dieses Vorrates in der Paardollarstrecke. So ist die Dollar/die Euro Hände in Frankfurt führend, das auf DeBeira handelt, 100mal, was wir mit EQBM hier haben. Zusätzlich ist das DeBeira Volumen in Frankfurt erheblich höher, das mit den US handelnden Niveaus verglichen wird. EQBM Update : Important alert Reliable DD indicates the EQBM financials should be out soon (as early as tomorrow). Putting out financials is a major milestone for any pinksheet company and it is no exception in EQBM's case. There are several positive catalysts on the horizon for EQBM and I am listing them here for everyone's benefit. 1) Major deals are in the works and expected to be finalized and announced shortly - Dallian, Red Lake and Minanca mine are the names. Check out EQBM forum (wealth of information on each of the projects from various posts put out by Longs) 2) Frankfurt trading[\b] to be starting soon. This should be a big plus for the stock price 3) NOBO list already ordered (See PR) and further confirmation of short position via PR will be a big momo inducer. 4) Financials coming out this week 5) Dividend is being talked about in some circles but I am not sure whether company would do it. No need to say that would be huge if turned out to be reality. Nothing beats a good DD. Equitable Mining Corp. (EQUITABLE) announces NOBO Report Results and
verified large Short position

CHEYENNE, WY, Nov. 21 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ - Equitable Mining Corp.
(EQUITABLE), a resource company trading as EQBM on PinkSheets.com and
E5W on the Frankfurt Exchange, has received its NOBO report
(Non-Objecting Beneficial Owners) and has compared it to the DTC and
transfer agent shareholders lists.

After extensive comparisons of the NOBO list with known share counts,
management has determined that there is an identified Shorted Share
count of over 100 millions shares. The tradable float is approximately
100 million shares when all restricted shares are accounted for.
Currently the NOBO report shows over 200 millions shares being owned
which clearly identifies a potential short position of approximately
100 million shares. Additionally, an OBO report is being ordered
immediately to account for other potential shares. This could further
increase the shorted position.

In addition to this known verified short position, management has
verified at least three other individually known shareholder cases
where share counts were not reported back properly on the NOBO list.
The discrepancy in these three cases lessens the NOBO totals by up to
an additional 18 million shares and potentially increasing the shorted
share count. Management feels there could be others who have requested
to be on the NOBO list whose shares are not showing up properly which
makes the potential of shorted share amounts to be significantly
larger than reported here.

The company also would like to state that the current shares
outstanding are 454,000,000 fully diluted. The company plans to retire
a minimum of 50 million shares in the near future. The company has no
current plans of financing or any dilution of its share capital except
for a possible acquisition or a major joint venture.

'Short selling, especially 'naked' short selling is a drain on the
investment community and takes millions of dollars from investors. It
also significantly reduces the ability of small cap companies to raise
capital for their operations. By identifying that there is a short
position, we hope to address the issue and see a more accurate share

Not this long. Why should we be content at this price with Dalian closed? I don't see how MMs can hold this back with the deal we have waited months for finally getting closed. And why wouldn't investors want in on a pinkie that is now going to actually be making money? Call me crazy but news will come and this stock will say bye bye to sub land, imo.
