Phantom(R) Entertainment Operations Update

The Phantom Lapboard was viewed by thousands of consumers, retailers, distributors and consumer electronic followers at the recent Game Conference (GC 2006) in Leipzig, Germany.

The Company is nearing an agreement with a software development firm to move forward with further development of The Phantom Game Service. Phantom(R) Game Service to be Modified for PC Operating Systems

SEATTLE, Sept. 12 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Phantom Entertainment, (Nachrichten) Inc. (BULLETIN BOARD: PHEI) today announced it has contracted with VertiCity, a global software development firm, to modify the Company's Phantom(R) Game Service software for Windows XP and Windows XP Media Center operating systems.

"The Phantom Game Service software was originally engineered to run on a Windows XP embedded operating system as a standalone configuration managed by our service and content servers," noted Greg Koler, President and CEO of Phantom Entertainment. "We intend to modify our software to run in the user-controlled PC environment.

Neben Hochleistungs-Spiele-PCs werden auch Mediacenter und Notebooks im Produktsortiment geführt.

Stock Promoter Guilty In Fax Fraud


NEW YORK---Michael O. Pickens, 52, a Texas stock promoter, pleaded guilty Tuesday in Manhattan federal court to three felony counts of securities fraud, involving a scheme to manipulate stock prices by distributing hoax faxes that were purportedly "misdirected" from their intended recipient.

These faxes purported to contain stock tips sent from a stock broker to his client.

According to the indictment, Pickens distributed the "misdirected" faxes in an effort to artificially increase the stock prices and market volumes of three stocks: Data Evolution, Infinium Labs, and Soleil Film.

Pickens pleaded guilty before United States District Judge Loretta A. Preska. He admitted that in December 2004, he caused the distribution throughout the United States of "misdirected" hoax faxes, addressed to "Dr. Mitchel" from "Chris," a "financial planner," which were made to appear as if they had been accidentally sent to the recipients' fax numbers.

"The faxes were made to appear as a misdirected tip from a stock broker to a customer", Pickens said. "In fact, as I knew, there was no broker, no customer, and no tip to be shared."

According to the indictment to which Pickens pleaded guilty, Pickens caused hundreds of thousands of "Dr. Mitchel" faxes to be distributed between Dec. 17, 2004 and Dec. 22, 2004. According to a criminal complaint filed in the case, a "Dr. Mitchel" fax distributed by Pickens on Dec. 22, 2004 stated:

"I have a stock for you that will tripple [sic] in price just like the last stock I gave you 'SIRI' did. can't get you on either phone. Either call me, or call Linda to place the new trade".

The message continued, "We need to buy IFLB now."

According to the indictment, distribution of the fraudulent "Dr. Mitchel" faxes promptly caused the trading volume and market prices for stock of Data Evolution, Infinium Labs, and Soleil Film to increase. For example, on Dec. 17, 2004, shares of stock in Infinium closed up almost 96% over the previous day's close. Infinium stock hit a high of $0.64 on December 20, 2004, up more than 160% from the Dec.16 close. Trading volume in Infinium stock on Dec. 17 and 20 was approximately six times the Dec. 16 volume.

According to the indictment, Pickens profited from the scheme by selling stock in Data Evolution and Soleil Film at the artificially high market prices caused by the fraudulent "Dr. Mitchel" faxes. From Dec. 17, 2004 through Feb. 11, 2005, Picken's affiliated companies received approximately $386,000 by selling stock in Soleil Film and Data Evolution.

Sentencing is scheduled for Jan. 30, 2007, before Judge Preska in federal court in Manhattan. Pickens faces a maximum sentence of 20 years in prison and a $1,000,000 fine on each of the three securities fraud counts.10-31-06

Aptly named, Phantom Entertainment, Inc. (OTCBB: PHEI) continues to prove elusive. For several years, the Company, once known as Infinium Labs, Inc., promised to deliver its flagship product, a novel video gaming platform called the “Phantom Gaming System” – but each projected delivery date passed without any appearance from the Phantom. The Phantom Gaming System generated considerable buzz among video game enthusiasts and investors – with the help of the Company’s optimistic promises and well-paid promoters. To top this off, the SEC says that Timothy Roberts, the Company’s founder and former CEO/Chairman, orchestrated a “pump and dump” scheme to manipulate the market for the Company’s common shares. According to the SEC, Roberts used promoters to distribute spam faxes that falsely predicted the imminent debut of the Phantom Gaming System.



Other efforts were underway to spread false hope about the prospects of the Company and its gaming system. On October 30, 2006, Michael Pickens, son of oil billionaire, T. Boone Pickens, pleaded guilty in U.S. District Court to securities fraud for his role in the scheme to inflate the value of several penny stock companies, including Phantom, by distributing phony stock tips via fax. The stock tips “were made to appear as a misdirected tip from a stockbroker to a customer. As Pickens told the court at the time of his plea, “there was no stockbroker, no customer and no tip.” See, No "Dr. Michel" in the House.



These revelations certainly did not infuse investors with a sense of confidence. Meanwhile, the Phantom Gaming System did not appear – despite repeated promises from the Company.



Hopes for the Phantom Gaming System eventually faded – replaced by the promise of a new “flagship product,” the “Phantom Lapboard.” In January 2006, the Company “adjusted” its business plan to focus on development of “a wireless, rotating custom keyboard/turntable with integrated mousepad.” On April 19, 2006, the Company announced that it had entered into a manufacturing agreement with Itron Technology, Inc., an established manufacturer of “keyboards, mice, joysticks and other input devices.” Phantom said that Itron would produce and deliver the Phantom Lapboard “no later than October in time for the holiday shipping season.”



Once again, the Company was promoting a product – and projecting delivery dates.



Soon, however, the timetable began to shift – despite a series of press releases highlighting the Company’s latest plan. An August 30, 2006 press release said that thousands of individuals had viewed the Phantom Lapboard at a recent trade show in Leipzig, Germany. Phantom said it had begun taking orders for the lapboard, and claimed it was working with Itron to begin shipping the product to consumers in November – a month later than previously projected.



It was a disturbing reminder of previous delays.



Delays aside, the Company continued to declare plans for the Phantom Keyboard – echoing earlier enthusiasm for the Phantom Gaming System. On October 24, 2006, Phantom issued a press release announcing that Alienware, a "leading manufacturer of high-performance desktop, notebook, media center and professional systems,” had ordered the Phantom Lapboard and wireless mouse for two of its product lines. The Company also announced that it would exhibit the product at an “Electronic House Expo” in Long Beach, California in November. The press release did not elaborate on material terms of the Alienware order.



A November 7th press release offered a sobering contrast – and signaled more significant delivery delays. According to the November 7th press release, the Company had signed a contract with Itron “to meet the demand for the Phantom Wireless Lapboards from manufacturers of media center PCs and distributors as well as retail customers.” The Company did not indicate whether it was referring to the original agreement with Itron, an amendment to that agreement, or an entirely new contract. Phantom did not reveal any material details of its arrangement with Itron.



Phantom claimed that the “demand for Phantom Wireless Lapboards from major manufacturers of media center PCs and distributors has required the Company to make some changes in its production schedule.” Now, according to Phantom, shipping from manufacturing facilities in China to the United States would begin in February 2007 and air shipment of online orders would begin in January 2007. The Company also said it expected to have broad retail distribution of the product in the U.S. by March 2007.



Considering Phantom’s history of delays and broken promises, investors and shareholders might be excused for greeting the latest news with skepticism. Observers may also wish to take notice of some other recent actions by the Company. On September 26, 2006, Phantom filed a Form S-8 Registration Statement, registering 130 million shares to be issued to non-executive employees, officers, professionals, service providers and outside consultants under the Company’s 2006 Employee Compensation Plan “B.”



On November 9, 2006, the Company filed another Form S-8 Registration Statement, this time registering 30 million common shares to be issued under the Company’s 2006 Employee Compensation Plan “A” and 70 million common shares to be issued under the Company’s Employee Compensation Plan “C.” Plan “A” provided for shares to be given to “officers, executive and non-executive employees, directors, outside consultants, professionals and service providers.” Plan “C,” like Plan “B,” allows shares to be issued to non-executive employees, outside consultants, professionals and service providers of the Company.



The Company has not said who will be receiving the shares –but it does not appear the fortunate recipients will have any difficulty finding a market, should they wish to sell. Several million shares of Phantom common stock have traded virtually every day since the first Form S-8 was filed on September 26th. Since October 24th, daily trading volume has topped 30 million shares six times.



Just imagine how popular the Company might be if it ever actually delivered a product – or turned a profit.

Für dicke, total übergewichtige Dauerzocker, die im Krankenhaus liegen und sie Sucht des Spielens nicht überwinden können.

So können sie die Tastatur auf den fahrbaren Essenstisch stellen und gemütlich und kaum regungslos in die Tastatur hauen. Nur mit der Maus happerst dann noch. Da kommen sie dann wohl nicht hin.

Tastaturdrehen für Teenagers (Flaschendrehen) Da fällt dann der Sinn der Mausunterlage dann auch weg.

Schiffeversenken an einem PC. Dann kann man sich gegenübersetzen und braucht nur eine Tastatur.
