Allenergy Completes One Million Dollar Fundraising

      2007-02-28 12:00 ET - News Release

COFFEYVILLE, Kan., Feb. 28 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Allenergy, Inc. , is pleased to announce that it has completed approximately one million dollars in committed funding since September 2006. The money raised will be used to target and acquire additional oil and gas fields and it will also help to further develop the Company's existing, robust asset base.

"We have secured adequate funding for the foreseeable future," said Company President Larry Sanford. "Allenergy is now in a position to continue its organic and acquisition-led growth, and reinforce our position as a key player in the Southeastern Kansas oil and gas market."

"More specifically, the Company is pleased to welcome Terra Silex Holdings, LLC as a major investor," Mr. Sanford stated. "We will be working with Terra Silex on several strategic initiatives that could involve business combinations in concert with their investment capabilities."

A portion of the capital raised was used to purchase the Dark Treasures property, which has historically produced more than one hundred thousand dollars per year in net cash flow. "This acquisition will play a vital role in the Company's goal to drive shareholder value," Mr. Sanford said.

About Allenergy: Allenergy, Inc. , with a 17-year history in the oil and gas industry and current involvement in the multi-billion dollar natural gas fields in Kansas and Oklahoma, is strategically focused on areas of these states believed to contain more than 1.5 trillion cubic feet of natural gas and helium at shallow depths. The Company currently holds roughly 5,500 acres of leased property with over 100 producing oil and gas wells.

Allenergy Moves Quickly With Dark Treasures Well Workover

      2007-03-20 10:00 ET - News Release

COFFEYVILLE, Kan., March 20 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Allenergy, Inc. , is pleased to announce that it has scheduled an extensive remedial well workover on its newly acquired Dark Treasures lease located in Montgomery and Chautauqua Counties, Kansas. The Dark Treasures leasehold adjoins Allenergy's Ball Lease, also in Montgomery County, reinforcing the Company's strategic targeting and acquisition of additional oil and gas fields to further develop ALRY's existing robust asset base there.

"The importance of these two properties situated on the Longton Anticline is that several producing formations remain untested or fully productive for certain economic reasons, primarily the lack of a natural gas pipeline for transportation to the marketer," said Company President Larry Sanford.

"Through our precise due diligence, Allenergy discovered a well that flow-tested 330 MCFPD but was completed in an oil zone. Our plans are to set a bridge plug to isolate lower zones and perforate the Layton formation. After a 48-hour shut-in we will decide to stimulate with spot acid or other options we have prioritized. This entire property has similar opportunities and ample space for drilling and testing deeper formations," Mr. Sanford concluded.

"Our interest to grow in this area has intensified as a result of the workover plan, and Allenergy continues to step up the process to optimize production," Mr. Sanford said.

Allenergy Oil and Gas Properties Now Encompass 5,500 Acres and 100+ Wells

      2007-01-31 12:00 ET - News Release

COFFEYVILLE, Kan., Jan. 31 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Allenergy, Inc. , with a 17-year history in the oil and gas industry and current involvement in the multi-billion dollar natural gas fields in Kansas and Oklahoma, announced today that its holdings now encompass over 5,500 acres and more than 100 wells on producing properties in Southeastern Kansas and North Central Oklahoma.

"Allenergy has assembled an impressive collection of assets that produce oil and gas," said Company President Larry Sanford. "We are now releasing a comprehensive summary of our ten properties so investors can understand the Company's intrinsic value," Mr. Sanford stated.

ALLENERGY, INC. PROPERTIES IN JANUARY 2007

      SOUTHEASTERN KANSAS

      Chautauqua County -- 2,060 Acres:
~Ball Lease -- 480 Acres situated on the Longton Anticline with powerful
geology that suggests multiple producing zones, several Arbuckle plays,
coal bed methane existence, and multiple producing oil sands.
~Fields Lease -- 300 Acres in the middle of newly-discovered coal bed
methane fields, Allenergy was successful in securing this lease ahead of
several major independents who previously sought the property.
~Thorne Lease -- 160 Acres located 1.5 miles south east of the
newly-discovered "Mississippi Lime," which came in at 235 thousand cubic
feet of gas and 13 barrels of oil per day. The Thorne Lease includes
several oil producing zones and coal bed methane.
~Thorne Home Lease -- 160 Acres adjacent to the Thorne Lease, containing
the same geographical attributes and potential.
~Dark Treasures Lease -- 960 Acres contiguous to the Ball Lease,
consisting of four leases, the Moore (160 acres), Clark (400 acres),
Pendleton (240 acres) and Bayless (160 acres), with each lease held by one
gas well, currently producing more than 80,000 cubic feet per day of
      natural gas.

      Montgomery County -- 480 Acres:
~Smith Lease -- 160 Acres with gas reserves estimated at 246.7 million
cubic feet of gas by Kune Laboratory, the property's production has been
enhanced with the installation of the PC Pump(TM) on one if its well
      sites.
~Ferguson Lease -- 320 Acres with reserves in two zones that combine for
327.04 million cubic feet of coal bed methane gas in place. Five
additional wells are planned with 400 thousand cubic feet per day of total
      production possible.

      NORTH CENTRAL OKLAHOMA
Creek County -- 2,200 Acres producing profitably with 10 of 50 wells in
      operation at present.
Logan County -- 320 Acres with one gas well completed thus far.
      Okmulgee County -- 486 Acres:
~Kelly Lease -- has completed geology on sectors north and south, which
confirm the presence of the highly oil-productive Woodford Shale
Formation. Producing properties have been drilled south of Allenergy's
interests, yielding 300 barrels of oil per day.

Allenergy Completes Acquisition Due Diligence on 600-Acre Bayless 'B' Project

      2007-03-27 10:00 ET - News Release

COFFEYVILLE, Kan., March 27 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Allenergy, Inc. , is pleased to announce that it has completed due diligence on the potential acquisition of the 600-acre Bayless 'B' Project located in Montgomery and Chautauqua Counties, Kansas. "The Bayless 'B' as well as the Company's Dark Treasures and Ball leaseholds are situated on the eastern slope of the Longton Anticline that supports valuable geology and untested formations," said Allenergy President Larry Sanford.

"The Bayless project consists of five leases with a total of 20 wells, and comes completely equipped with tank batteries, pumping units, disposal wells, and gas taps with meter runs," Sanford said.

"Two larger companies have already attempted to acquire these five leases," Mr. Sanford continued, "but the mineral rights owner has seen first-hand Allenergy's innovations, environmental focus, and, most importantly, ALRY's ability to rapidly place acquired properties and wells into production."

"Our due diligence on the Bayless project has shown that 100% of Allenergy's investment to acquire the properties can come back to the Company in first-year production revenue," Sanford said. "Financing should be complete by mid-April 2007," he concluded, "and Allenergy will continue its aggressive efforts to obtain additional acreage in this prolific area."

The Company currently holds approximately 5,500 acres of leased land with over 100 oil and gas wells on its producing properties.

Allenergy Announces Free Flowing Gas Well

      2007-04-12 10:06 ET - News Release

COFFEYVILLE, Kan., April 12 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Allenergy, Inc. , with a 17-year history in the oil and gas industry and current involvement in the multi-billion dollar natural gas fields in Kansas and Oklahoma, is pleased to announce significant, unexpected results of the perforation job on the Dark Treasures Moore TM-1 well located in Chautauqua County, Kansas.

As previously announced, the Company's plans were to perforate the Layton formation and follow with a spot acid job to stimulate the formation. Allenergy shot the Layton at the exact footage that was planned and the procedure was normal, except for one thing, gas came to the surface.

For safety reasons, the Company had a 4" x 2" swage, a valve and a 160# gauge on hand to quickly contain the well. After the containment, the 160# gauge was at its maximum.

"This is a huge occurrence," said Larry Sanford, Allenergy President. "We have a virgin pressure, free flowing gas well. We should be selling gas as early as today, after everything is properly installed, including a back pressure valve that will hold back 100PSI on the formation to prevent the migration of water in the casing. Production numbers will follow as soon as the Company is comfortable with the flow rate to maintain the longevity of the well.

"From the onset, our strategic plan was to amass as much acreage as possible around the Longton Anticline. As of today, we control over 2000 acres in this area with ample space for drilling," Mr. Sanford said. "This exciting discovery well will advance the short term revenue results and position the Company in a more rapid growth rate."

About Allenergy: Allenergy, Inc. is strategically focused on areas of Kansas and Oklahoma believed to contain more than 1.5 trillion cubic feet of natural gas and helium at shallow depths. The Company currently holds approximately 5,500 acres of leased land with over 100 oil and gas wells on its producing properties.

      Allenergy Expanding Holdings

      2007-04-18 10:00 ET - News Release

COFFEYVILLE, Kan., April 18 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Allenergy, Inc. , with a 17-year history in the oil and gas industry and current involvement in the multi-billion dollar natural gas fields in Kansas and Oklahoma, is pleased to announce a consulting agreement with Luther A. Park Jr., who has studied in depth the specific areas where Allenergy is completing wells, specifically Dark Treasures, Ball and the upcoming Bayless "B" properties for 28 years.

"Mr. Park's unprecedented knowledge will surely aid the Company to expedite our planned blitz of completing more wells to complement our recent Moore TM-1 discovery," said Allenergy President Larry Sanford.

"Our Moore TM-1 well is still maintaining the initial pressures, which gives us great confidence in its potential. While we have been experiencing difficulties with the Marketer's gas compressor being down periodically, we have been selling product since last Thursday. It is impossible, however, for us to establish flow rates with these interruptions. In the interim, along with Mr. Park, we are compiling a minute examination of the next wells for completion," Mr. Sanford said.

Allenergy has made a number of announcements of its intent to procure acreage in Montgomery and Chautauqua Counties, Kansas, and that has been successful. "It is now time for the Company to expand holdings beyond this area," Mr. Sanford said.

In the last few weeks Allenergy has targeted Labette, Cowley, Woodson and Elk Counties in Kansas. "We are extremely fortunate to have qualified contacts in these counties because of our work habits and the value that is inherent in our Company," Mr. Sanford said.

Allenergy Updates on Dark Treasures Project

      2007-04-23 10:00 ET - News Release

COFFEYVILLE, Kan., April 23 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Allenergy, Inc. , with a 17-year history in the oil and gas industry and current involvement in the multi-billion dollar natural gas fields in Kansas and Oklahoma, today updated investors on its Dark Treasures property, which consists of four separate leases: The Moore (160 acres), Clark (400 acres), Pendleton (240 acres), and Bayless (160 acres). Allenergy holds a 100% working interest in the Dark Treasures project with an 80% net revenue interest.

The Moore TM-1 was perforated on April 11th and a spot acid job was scheduled for the 12th. The stimulation of the acid was not needed because of the immediate results of just perforating the casing. Obtaining these results without stimulation or a frac job is extremely rare for this area.

The Moore TM-1 well has been free flowing natural gas for twelve days while containing 110 PSI of the 160 PSI on the formation and the Moore gas meter is charting an impressive 61.6 mcfpd and still experiencing deviated line pressure from the compressor. Allenergy will maintain the 110 PSI for a couple of weeks then slowly decrease back pressure to increase flow rate. "We will continue this method until it is time for the stimulation and/or frac. It is impossible to determine the magnitude of this discovery until all production options are completed," said Larry Sanford, President

The Dark Treasures was purchased with a portion of the 504 Reg. D raise that started in September 2006 and ended February 2007.

Allenergy Updates on Rex Horning Well Service; Significant Progress Cited

      2007-04-24 10:00 ET - News Release

COFFEYVILLE, Kan., April 24 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Allenergy, Inc. , with a 17-year history in the oil and gas industry and current involvement in the multi-billion dollar natural gas fields in Kansas and Oklahoma, today updated investors on its recent Rex Horning Well Service (RHWS) acquisition.

"The day after Allenergy announced the acquisition of Rex Horning Well Service, we were invoicing one of the 18 clients that Rex brought on board. This merger has a discriminating business plan with our shareholders' interest in mind to not only capture revenues in the service industry but to maximize the increase in oil and gas revenues," said Larry Sanford, President. He cited as examples:

#1 A well on our Pendleton Lease stopped pumping. Rex moved a workover rig to the well site, pulled the pump, repaired the pump, ran rods and pump back in, then put the well back to pumping. In six hours we're selling gas, not weeks, and not bothering our busy production staff.

#2 We rigged down and moved the workover rig to a client's well and began service work. The end result is both gas revenues and service revenues.

The Company will keep the name Rex Horning Well Service because of the trust and expertise that Rex has displayed with his clients. "This gives us two reputable resumes in the oil and gas and the service industries," Mr. Sanford said.

"Our service department has a back log of 45 wells to service plus Allenergy's needs. By the end of April RHWS will be fully staffed with two workover units in operation with the third in operation soon," Mr. Sanford continued. "A bio on Mr. Horning will appear Allenergy's website shortly."

We held this report close to Company management until we had ample time to procure surrounding acreage around the Moore Lease.

The report describes four producing formations on and adjacent to the Ball and to the Dark Treasures properties that was purchased January 24, 2007. The Redd sand occurring about 600' ranges from 5' to 50' thick and is the known oil producer on this lease. The Redd sand is a longer-lasting producer than the Weiser, producing less water and more gas. The Redd sand is a point-bar type deposit and the oil usually lies in pools or pods as opposed to shoestring-type deposits. As the wells are drilled to the west and rising up on the hill (Ball Lease) more and more gas will be encountered. The Redd sand is mostly a gas driven sand and the Weiser is water driven and contains less amount of gas. The Redd sand should yield 30 BOPD and the Weiser sand around 25 BOPD. It is not unrealistic to anticipate producing 200 mfcpd.

The Mississippi occurring around 1600' is a limestone with the top 10', a weathered, porus chert, called "chat". This chat is the gas-bearing zone and long-lasting zone produced naturally or treated lightly with acid. A gas well in the Mississippi about 2000' west of the Moore open-flow tested 6 mmcf with a shut-in pressure of 721 PSI.

Arbuckle Dol which occurs around 1850' to 1900' is a dolomite that contains thin lenses of excellent porosity and permeability in the form of vugs or cavities in the top 10' often filled with oil and gas.

A well 1320' west of the Moore property encountered oil and 3.65 mmcfpd (4-point tested). It is believed that more oil lies structurally down off this gas and to the east (Moore Lease). Arbuckle oil is the most pursued as it lies in pools that are constantly being recharged and long-lasting.

Taking all these facts into consideration of the four producing zones, one million recoverable barrels of oil is quite realistic. The shallow depth of the oil production plus the large barrel per acre foot coupled with the factual gas production in the area makes the Moore and surrounding area a very compelling project.

The surrounding area mentioned by the geologist consists of the Company's 480-acre AE-4, the 960 acre Dark Treasures and the pending 600 acre Bayless "B" properties.

The geologist didn't research the Layton formation. On April 11th, the Company perforated the Moore TM-1 and discovered a free flowing dry virgin pressure gas well that is maintaining 105 PSI. On Monday Allenergy lowered the pressure from 110 PSI to 105 PSI and gained an additional 10,000 cubic ft. "The Company will slowly let back pressure off in stages to let the well tell us its potential. Every indication is upward and could be unprecedented at this well depth. We have analyzed the logs of three wells on the Ball Lease that have identical readings as the TM-1 except they are structurally higher, which is very encouraging."

"We are just beginning to reap benefits of this year long plan and all indications point to very exciting plateaus for our shareholders and the Company," Mr. Sanford concluded.

Allenergy Obtains Bayless 'B' 600 Acre Project

      2007-05-07 10:00 ET - News Release

COFFEYVILLE, Kan., May 7 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Allenergy, Inc. , with a 17-year history in the oil and gas industry and current involvement in the multi-billion dollar natural gas fields in Kansas and Oklahoma, is pleased to announce the finalization of the Bayless "B" project located in Montgomery and Chautauqua counties, Kansas. This 600 acre project is situated on the east slope of the Longton Anticline and is contiguous to the Company's 480 acre Ball and the 960 acre Dark Treasures projects.

"The Bayless "B" project was vigorously sought after by other oil and gas companies. However, Mr. Bayless said he wanted Allenergy to obtain these 600 acres because of how quickly we get things accomplished," said Larry Sanford, President.

"This project contains 20 wells with two disposals and fully equipped to enable Allenergy to be producing within hours after the electric meters are in service. We certainly won't have a scheduling problem for a workover rig if and when we need one," Mr. Sanford said.

One determining factor that met the criteria that Allenergy requires in its due diligence is that numerous untested zones are available. The Company strongly believes that the Bayless "B" will be a more prolific producer than either the Ball or the Dark Treasures projects because of the higher geological structures that have been identified in a geologist report. The report is not being released because it contains confidential information on other properties Allenergy is considering.

"We are very pleased with our growth and the future we are developing for our Company and its investors," Mr. Sanford concluded.

      Allenergy To Post Financial Results

      2007-05-14 10:00 ET - News Release

COFFEYVILLE, Kan., May 14 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Allenergy, Inc. , with a 17-year history in the oil and gas industry and current involvement in the multi-billion dollar natural gas fields in Kansas and Oklahoma, said today it will disclose financial statements for the entire year 2006 and through April 2007 on May 15th at http://www.allenergyinc.com . This can be viewed at the shareholders' update. "Although Allenergy is not required to release financial statements to the public, we intend to make the Company as transparent as possible so our shareholders can be confident in charting our growth," said Larry Sanford, President.

"Southeastern Kansas experienced extremely severe weather in December 2006 and January 2007 resulting in a disappointing variance of oil and gas production," Mr. Sanford said. "The fourth quarter of 2006 was the first unprofitable quarter since the second quarter of 2005. The weather problems continued with the arrival of Spring and record rainfall. Allenergy has only recently returned to producing and we have increased our production numbers substantially, allowing the Company to return to profitability."

"The financials that will be posted do not reflect the enormous production numbers that will be realized from the latest acquisitions of the Dark Treasures, Bayless "B" and Rex Horning Well Service," Mr. Sanford said. "The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission does not allow a company to book proved oil and gas reserves, however, it can footnote these reserves. Allenergy has proved values from desorption laboratory tests of coal bed methane in excess of a half billion cubic feet. We are well positioned to have a banner year for the shareholders and our Company."

      About Allenergy:

Allenergy, Inc. is strategically focused on areas of Kansas and Oklahoma believed to contain more than 1.5 trillion cubic feet of natural gas and helium at shallow depths. The Company currently holds approximately 5,500 acres of leased land with over 100 oil and gas wells on its producing properties.

      Properties:

      SOUTHEASTERN KANSAS

      Chautauqua County -- 2,060 Acres:

~Ball Lease -- 480 Acres situated on the Longton Anticline with impressive geology that suggests multiple producing zones, several Arbuckle plays, coal bed methane existence, and multiple producing oil sands.

~Fields Lease -- 300 Acres in the middle of newly-discovered coal bed methane fields, Allenergy was successful in securing this lease ahead of several major independents who previously sought the property.

~Thorne Lease -- 160 Acres located 1.5 miles south east of the
newly-discovered "Mississippi Lime," which came in at 235 thousand cubic feet of gas and 13 barrels of oil per day. The Thorne Lease includes several oil producing zones and coal bed methane.

~Thorne Home Lease -- 160 Acres adjacent to the Thorne Lease, containing the same geographical attributes and potential.

~Dark Treasures Lease -- 960 Acres contiguous to the Ball Lease,
consisting of four leases, the Moore (160 acres), Clark (400 acres), Pendleton (240 acres) and Bayless (160 acres), with each lease held by one gas well, currently producing more than 80,000 cubic feet per day of natural gas.

      Montgomery County -- 480 Acres:

~Smith Lease -- 160 Acres with gas reserves estimated at 246.7 million cubic feet of gas by Kune Laboratory, the property's production has been enhanced with the installation of the PC Pump(TM) on one if its well sites.

~Ferguson Lease -- 320 Acres with reserves in two zones that combine for 327.04 million cubic feet of coal bed methane gas in place. Five additional wells are planned with 400 thousand cubic feet per day of total production possible.

      NORTH CENTRAL OKLAHOMA

Creek County -- 2,200 Acres producing profitably with 10 of 50 wells in operation at present.

Logan County -- 320 Acres with one gas well completed thus far.

      Okmulgee County -- 486 Acres:

~Kelly Lease -- has completed geology on sectors north and south, which confirm the presence of the highly oil-productive Woodford Shale Formation. Producing properties have been drilled south of Allenergy's interests, yielding 300 barrels of oil per day.

Allenergy Begins Due Diligence on New 600-Acre Property
      Ticker Symbol: U:ALRY

COFFEYVILLE, Kan., May 23 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Allenergy, Inc. , with a 17-year history in the oil and gas industry and current involvement in the multi-billion dollar natural gas fields in Kansas and Oklahoma, is pleased to announce that it has begun due diligence work on 600 acres located in Elk County, Chautauqua and Montgomery Counties, Kansas. The properties consist of nine leases, equipped with thirty-two wells, three disposal wells and necessary components for producing capabilities.

Eleven of the thirty-two wells are currently producing 135 mcfpd. Allenergy believes that several of the remaining twenty-one wells can immediately be put into production with minimal capital expenditures. This offering is in the immediate area of the Project 4, Dark Treasures and the recently acquired Bayless "B" lease.

This project was offered to Allenergy Inc. exclusively as a result of the Seller's acknowledgement of the Company's proven and innovative results over the past 12 months.

Company management has concurred with the negotiated terms between the Seller and Allenergy Inc. including that, with a sub-par down-payment, the entire ownership will be conveyed to Allenergy's assets. The remaining monies will be disbursed with a portion of production revenues in the third and fourth quarters of this year. During these quarters, the revenue numbers must reflect a guaranteed ROI in eighteen months or the remaining selling price will be adjusted accordingly.

"Allenergy has amassed an impressive stronghold contiguous with the prolific Longton Anticline area that has been documented by several geology studies," said Larry Sanford, President. "We will continue to regularly update shareholders on these achievements."

      Allenergy Announces May Production

      2007-05-31 10:00 ET - News Release

COFFEYVILLE, Kan., May 31 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Allenergy, Inc. , with a 17-year history in the oil and gas industry and current involvement in the multi-billion dollar natural gas fields in Kansas and Oklahoma, is pleased to announce that the Company produced 1,015 barrels of oil and 3.5 million cubic feet of natural gas in the first 30 days of May 2007.

The production numbers do not reflect the Company's prolific Bayless "B" sector or approximately 75% of the scheduled results of the Dark Treasures property.

The gas to oil ratio of $50 per barrel of oil equates to 490 barrels of oil, resulting in a total of 1,505 barrels of oil for the month of May. This production for the month eclipses the average numbers of production in 2006 even with the hindrance of abnormal rainfall.

"The rain is still a significant problem. We are re-working wells but not at the pace we are accustomed to," said Larry Sanford, President. "Allenergy has prioritized, in advance of the upcoming dry season, to maximize our efforts which will provide the previously announced, realistic production objectives that our Company is destined to achieve."

Allenergy Updates Rex Horning Well Service Achievements

      2007-06-04 11:06 ET - News Release

COFFEYVILLE, Kan., June 4 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Allenergy, Inc. , with a 17-year history in the oil and gas industry and current involvement in the multi-billion dollar natural gas fields in Kansas and Oklahoma, today provided its shareholders an update on the activities of its Rex Horning Well Service (RHWS).

RHWS, which was acquired on April 9, 2007 to fuel significant revenues to the Company and to service Allenergy wells immediately, is overcoming several weeks of delays from outside contractors and because of heavy rains.

The abnormal weather in May, which hindered all oil and gas companies in southeastern Kansas, has also delayed the service end of the industry. RHWS was able to contract service and to service the Company's wells only 10 days in May because of the inclement weather.

"We were only able to utilize one workover unit during four of the ten days due to inaccessible lease roads. RHWS invoiced $14,300 during this limited time. Taking that amount and only contracting 1/3 of the month would achieve the Company's initial target of an additional yearly revenue of $500,000 to Allenergy. With the dry season approaching and with three workover units in service, it is obvious the Company will achieve far beyond the original numbers," said President Larry Sanford.

This week RHWS will move one unit 100 miles southwest to Creek County, Oklahoma to Allenergy's leaseholds. The Company has two wells on the Fowler lease and one well on the Stokes lease to service and put back into production. The waiting list in this area for a workover rig is 4-6 weeks. RHWS should have these wells producing oil in 4 to 5 days.

It is possible to estimate the revenues RHWS will provide from contract service work but very difficult with the variance of outside contractors' schedules to determine an estimate of dollars and time to Allenergy when relying on them.

Allenergy Acquires New Lease; Leases Now Total More Than 7,000 Acres and 150 Wells

      2007-06-06 10:00 ET - News Release

COFFEYVILLE, Kan., June 6 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Allenergy, Inc. , with a 17-year history in the oil and gas industry and current involvement in the multi-billion dollar natural gas fields in Kansas and Oklahoma, today announced that it has acquired the 160 acre East Ball lease located in Montgomery County, Kansas. The East Ball adjoins the 480 acre Ball lease which is one component of the 940 acre Project AE-4 in Chautauqua County, Kansas.

The East Ball has thirteen wells with eleven that are completely equipped and a tank battery facility. Each well has formations behind the casing that have not been tested. The Company strongly believes the Layton formation as found in the Dark Treasures Moore TM-1 free flowing dry gas well is present in some of the wells on the East Ball lease.

Two of the eleven equipped wells are producing two BOPD with limited pumping. These oil bearing wells are in the same formation as some of the Ball wells that have been reworked with a considerable increase in oil production. "A conservative 8 to 10 BOPD from these two wells should be achieved after remedial work. We will immediately analyze the remaining wells to determine and prioritize the Layton formation," said Larry Sanford, President. "The weather is currently cooperating which will enable crews to proceed.

With the most recent acquisitions Allenergy's leaseholds now encompass more than 7,000 acres and 150 wells.

Allenergy Reports Successes Despite Record Rainfall in Kansas

      2007-07-09 10:00 ET - News Release

COFFEYVILLE, Kan., July 9 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Allenergy, Inc. , with a 17-year history in the oil and gas industry and current involvement in the multi-billion dollar natural gas fields in Kansas and Oklahoma, today announced that flooding in Kansas in June, as a result of record breaking rainfall, prohibited the completion of its aggressive plan for the month of activating 15 wells into production on its newly acquired Bayless "B" leases.

During the last four days of June, the Company managed to put four wells, two oil and two gas, into operation. The two gas wells, still in the de- watering stages, will at the present rate provide an additional 2 million cubic feet of natural gas in July. This number will increase significantly as the de-watering stage progresses. The oil wells are hitting at the top of the stroke (de-watering stage) and beginning to have a good show of oil but not in measurable amounts at this time. The remaining 15 wells will resume as soon as conditions allow. The geology is evident and will produce for the Company a banner month of record production figures.

Rex Horning Well Service (RHWS) has amassed a tremendous backlog due to the weather. RHWS and Allenergy's production people are in a 12 hour, 7 day work schedule for as long as it takes to catch up on the clients' needs and to grow the Company's substantial production assets. RHWS is currently finishing a three well service job for the Company in Creek County, Oklahoma, near the town of Mannford. If Allenergy were still relying on outside service contractors, these three wells wouldn't be in their schedule for months. After these wells are put on pump, RHWS will return to the drying Southeast Kansas area to immediately move a workover rig to the Bayless "B" leases and dispatch the remaining rigs to service our awaiting clients.

"Our entire team at Allenergy has endured these trying times, often ignoring their own personal losses, helping in the communities affected, and we were still able to prioritize limited opportunities to maintain May's production throughout June," said Larry Sanford, President.

Constellation Energy Partners recent acquired significant coalbed methane properties from EnergyQuest Resources LP in Kansas and Oklahoma.

Allenergy Announces Over 300% Revenue Growth in First Seven Months of 2007

      2007-08-21 10:00 ET - News Release

INDEPENDENCE, Kan., Aug. 21 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Allenergy, Inc. , with a 17-year history in the oil and gas industry and current involvement in the multi-billion dollar natural gas fields in Kansas and Oklahoma, today announced more than 300% growth in year over year revenues for the first seven months of 2007.

The increase in revenues has been driven by greater production, higher oil prices, and the acquisition of Rex Horning Well Services. Allenergy expects an even greater exponential growth in revenues in the future.

The massive flooding in Kansas prevented most of the oil and gas production in the first 2 weeks of July and, still, Allenergy was able to produce the equivalent of approximately 1500 barrels. Because of the higher prices of oil July's revenues were higher than any other July in Company history.

Additionally, Allenergy has just put on 9 new wells on the recently acquired Bayless B lease and 8 new wells on the East Ball lease.

The Company has plans to perforate the Redd Sand Formation on one well that is located on the Ball Lease, which is one component of Allenergy's Project Four located in Chautauqua County, Kansas. A geologist has told the Company this is the most attractive play in this area. The well is located on the top of the Longton Anticline. The logs calculate 40 feet of sand which could be the Company's biggest producer and open up a new unproduced field. Extensive road work has been completed and the perforation process is scheduled for August 28th.

Larry Sanford CEO of Allenergy said that "it appears that August will be our biggest month yet, as we have been afforded good weather and are busy putting on additional production. We look forward to sharing other significant developments with our shareholders."
