aber vielleicht kann jmd von Euch mir erklären, was eine Telekom-Handelsfirma mit einer Mining-Firma anfangen will ? Macht m.E. operativ keinen Sinn !? Die Geschäftsfelder liegen soooooweit auseinander, dass da doch mehr dahinterstecken muss, oder ?

... offensichtlich gab es Nachfragen bzw. Klarstellungs-Bedarf: "The directors of the Company would like to clarify that the signing of a sale and purchase agreement as mentioned in the Announcement may lead to a possible major and connected transaction." -> Das heisst doch nichts anderes als, dass da noch "was Größeres im Busch ist". Allerdings eine seltsame Art der Kommunikation mit den Kapitalmärkten. Da will jmd "Hoffnungen wecken" ! Warum? Anyway I stay very long !

vor ca 10-14 tagen war bei hkex eine adhoc von fortune, dass sie eine option auf 40% der aktien einer prc-mining company erworben hätten.
prc heisst people republic of china, dass heisst ein staatsunternehmen, dass nicht an der börse gelistet ist.
darauf war der erste kurssprung nach oben, und der kurs wurde einen halben tag ausgesetzt, da angeblich, wie in hk üblich, der kursprung unbegründet war, und die directors deshalb die kursaussetzung beantragt hätten.

vielleicht hat das mit dem deutsche bank einstieg zu tun, und diese beteiligung mit dem geld bezahlt werden soll.
wäre natürlich ne riesenspekulaion, kurs nach oben offen.


leider ist diese adhoc nicht mehr verfügbar, dafür aber eine neue.

aber kein wort vom einstieg der dt.bank.
obwohl die 35 mio rud 10% des aktienkapitals von fortune sind.

in D auch nur einmalige meldung bei finanznachrichten.
