We project annual an dividend per share of 14.9Scts over the next three years supported by special dividends as Singtel has set capital divestment target of S$6bn over the next 2-3 years. In the medium term, Singtel's earnings is likely to support 14.9Scts in regular dividends based on 80% payout ratio. Its current dividend yield of 6.4% implies yield-spread of 310 basis points (bps) over Singapore's 10-year bond yield of 3.3%, higher than its historical average of 260bps.
Maintain BUY with a TP of S$3.18. Our fair value for the company’s core business is S$0.87 per share supported by a lower group net debt due to recent asset divestments. We value regional associates at S$2.31 per share (prev. S$2.43), using a 15% HoldCo discount to reflect a gradual recovery in the core business."
