Gold zieht an, ich denke diese Woche wird auch der GCM Chart zum nächsten Satz Richtung 4CAD ansetzen.

also auf der Homepage ist davon nichts zu lesen darum kann es meiner Meinung nach gar nicht relevant sein sonst hätten Sie es offiziell veröffentlicht!
....aber es kann schon sein das dadurch der Druck auf die Regierung erhöht werden soll damit die Open Pit Variante auf Marmato vorangetrieben werden kann.....zweifelsohne entstand GCM ein Millionenschaden dadruch dass die Regierung die illegalen Miner zugelassen hat....

On July 2, 2018, the International Center for Settlement of Investment Disputes , Ciadi, registered the arbitration request of the Canadian mining company Gran Colombia Gold against Colombia in which it claims $ 700 million related to the assignment of a mining title. to the local communities to exploit the open-pit mining, after a struggle of more than a decade with the environmental complaint and Human Rights as protagonists.
The Canadian is invoking the Canada-Colombia Free Trade Agreement after being asked to cease operations until it carries out a consultation with the communities in the area.
The transfer of the mining title in the upper part of El Burro hill, domain by which the families of the Colombian municipality of Marmato have been fighting for a decade with the Canadian mining company Gran Colombia Gold, ended with the decision of the Constitutional Court of Peru to suspend the activity of the Canadian multinational in the area until a prior consultation with local communities was carried out.
The court relied on the risk of economic subsistence of the peoples of the area and, through this decision, gave free rein to the residents of Marmato to exploit the El Burro hill through open pit mines, an activity that supposes 80% of its economy.
Environmental threat and local struggle
The project has not been without controversy since its inception by the opposition of local communities living from the exploitation of the open pit El Burro mines. According to information published in the press, around 5,000 families would live from open pit mining, which represents 80% of the local economy (see " Artisanal miners win a lawsuit against multinational Gran Colombia Gold ", Week, 28.02.2017).

Mal schauen ob das positiv oder negativ ist, üblicherweise dauern solche Verfahren ewig (bin ein gebranntes Kind mit Churchill Mining vs. Indonesien)
