Sorry, springe zwischen Ariva und WO.
Bei WO konnte man aber gestern zwischen 11.40 und 14.00 Uhr 3 DGAP-News mit den Informationen, die du reingestellt hast, nachlesen (s.unten). Insofern war es gar nicht so geheimnisvoll.
Bei ARIVA haben AC Research und Aktiencheck die 0,50 als Kursziel genannt.

Tolle News - aber Bonterra hat es selbst noch nicht auf der Internetseite und obwohl ich mich für den Newsletter eingetragen habe - bisher noch keine Info auf meinem Smartphone. Habe trotzdem nachgelegt und zwei Börsenbriefe träumen schon wieder von 0,50 €.

Über 5 Mill Aktien und fast 3 Mill Optionen sind ja schon einmal etwas bei diesen kleinen Wert. Kommt da in nächster Zeit etwas tolles an Bohrergebnissen an die Öffentlichket ?

BonTerra Resources Inc. (“BonTerra”) (TSX-V: BTR) reports: “As of December 31, 2015, Delbrook Capital Advisors Inc. (the “Eligible Institutional Investor”) owned 5,431,925 common shares and 2,428,039 common share purchase warrants of BonTerra. The aggregate number of common shares held by the Eligible Institutional Investor as at December 31, 2015, including common shares which may be acquired pursuant to the exercise of the common share purchase warrants, was 7,859,964, representing 14.54% of the Reporting Issuer’s issued and outstanding common shares on a partially diluted basis.

The Eligible Institutional Investor has sole ownership and control over 345,039 common share purchase warrants. This represents approximately 0.64% of the BonTerra’s issued and outstanding common shares on a partially diluted basis. The remaining securities are controlled (but not owned) by the Eligible Institutional Investor on behalf of investment funds or client accounts over which it has discretionary trading authority. Bonterra Resources Closes Over-Subscribed Financing at Over 3.3 Million Dollars

Vancouver, BC – December 23, 2015: BonTerra Resources Inc. (TSX-V: BTR, US: BONXF) (the “Company”) is pleased to announce that, further to its news release dated December 8, 2015 the Company has closed a non-brokered private placement financing (the “Private Placement”) for total gross proceeds of $3,387,391.88.

The Company has allotted and issued 13,549,509 flow-through shares (the “FT Shares”) at a price of $0.22 per FT Share, 1,532,500 non-flow-through units (the “NFT Units”) at the price of $0.20 per NFT Unit and 555,555 non-flow-through shares (the “NFT Shares”) at the price of $0.18 per NFT Share. The total gross flow-through dollars raised is $2,980,891.98 and gross hard dollars is $406,499.90.

The NFT Units are comprised of one common share and one-half of one share purchase warrant, with each whole share purchase warrant entitling the holder to purchase one additional common share of the Company for a period of up to two years at a price of $0.30.

In addition, the Company has paid finder’s fees of an aggregate $210,912.45 and 977,127 finder’s warrants to arm’s length third parties. Each finder’s warrant is exercisable by the holder to acquire one common share of the Company for a period of two years at a price of $0.20.

Forthwith upon closing the Private Placement, Delbrook Resource Opportunities Fund became an insider to the Company holding 10.48% of the common shares of the Company.

The Company intends to use the proceeds from the Private Placement to conduct further exploration on its Gladiator Project and for general working capital. All securities issued under the Private Placement are subject to a four-month and one-day hold period expiring on April 24, 2016.

Ja man sollte die News zuerst vollständig lesen, dann erfährt man auch, das ein neues Marketing-Unternehmen mittels eines neuen Directors ins Board geholt wurde.

Immerhin sollen Mr. Richard Boulay und das Marketing-Unternehmen Bluesky Corporate Communications Ltd. je 400k Optionen zu 0,22 $ erhalten. Diese Optionen können bis zu 5 Jahre, dem 8. Gez. 2020, gewährt werden.

Außerdem gibt es für für das Marketing-Unternehmen Blueskey noch zusätzlich 6.000 $ pro Monat und das für 12 Monate.

Jetzt ist aber alles gesagt, und wir warten auf die hgoffentlich auch guten Ergebnisse der Bohrlöcher 3 + 4.
